Assalamu Alaykum Residential Tourists, “The Muhammad’s”! Amazing content for carnivores. To put it nicely, I will tell you that consumption of decaying flesh - meats, processed foods such as white sugar, white breads, white rice and so on are primarily responsible for sickness, disease and premature death of Black people.
In fact, the only reason one eats those deadly highly and processed foods are because it’s latent with drugs or MSG ingredients, ie, flavoring or extreme survival. Eating to live, consist of consumption of fruits, vegetables. herbs, pure water, berries, seeds, and lentils.
