Such a nice property! The making of a house into a warm home is no walk in the park....you gave your all. Intrigued for Part 2.... that naija movie soundtrack at the end with animated Mrs Mhd is never to be missed!..😂
Whoa! this is what am talking about this vlog was so captivating its like watching Netflix you guys are on to something you are going to blow up your subscription like crazy with this kind of content keep up the good work and keep it coming🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I wish I had the money. Kenya needs a site to advertise and rate fundis on workmanship, delivery, cost, timeliness and more. That would save a lot of anguish for project managers and property owners. The fundis could also seek assistance from each other to help with on time delivery when stranded.
Karen was a good choice for a family with children it has USA system international schools in the neighbourhood. Most international schools are British. That compound is massive and beautiful too. You dis a great job with the decor.

Wow wow wow!!! I'm amazed 👏 I don't normally comment but this time round you did great 👏 we shall have this on Netflix the editing the transition from day one to a different day. We want to see more of this. CONGRATULATIONS Residential this is awesome 🎉

Omgoodness! This was a movie series. Dang it. To be continued? Seriously? I was so invested like you won't believe. Oh maaannnn. I feel frustrated with you about the person who did not deliver and kept calling you every 5 minutes for nothing or maybe to try and reassure you that they were still coming. Grrrrrrgh. So mad for you. Anyway, I hope this mini-series will have a good ending. Wow! I cannot. Don't know if to laugh at life or to get more mad. While I figure that out, thank you for yet another very, very interesting edition of "The Residential Tourists" channel real-time videos. AMAZING!!!
I tend to differ on generalised work ethics of artisans(fundis) I know many aren't time conscious but I've seen and dealt with some of the best. But when you want to deal with them directly as u pay them per day instead of peace rate.. you will definitely suffer
Welcome to the world of Kenyan "fundis" or tradesmen/ artisans. They make sure they drag your work, keep changing deadlines, slow work, varying costs etc because they know they are not easy to find or replace. You can't just change your plumber, electrician or plasterer as you wish. It is worse when constructing a new house. You should ask landlords what they went through with fundis during construction and hear horror stories. Best option is to hire a company, and that is why Chinese companies have huge building contracts in Kenya. Carpenters are the worst fundis.

@@TheResidentialTourists I am moving to Kenya and my house is on the market in TN USA. However I have been keen to buy property on the outskirts of Nairobi as my mind was telling me Nairobi is just a concrete jungle. But this property really surprised me. It’s a gem especially with the chicken enclosure. Never thought this would be in Nairobi with this green kinda setting

Yep. And get referrals. There are professional Fundis that you can get to do your repairs. But you need to supervise and ensure they move 😂😂😂
