Hello ! May Allah protect and guide you to his light and happiness in this life and the hereafter, God bless, Ameen. Excuse me for giving a little presentation of Islam, because it is very misunderstood nowadays, especially on those « Antichrist's » times, where media and politics are mixed to distort history and truth. Thank you very much for your time. Islam is an arabic word that means the Surrender to the One and Only God, our Creator, Protector, Provider, who gives us life and all that we have, we are safe and sound by his will and grace, we are His and to Him we return, and we have to thank him in this trial life by submitting to him by our free will, or later in the Day of judgment when it's too late to save our own skin. Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them). Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI). Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy. Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful. Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI). Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad). Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning! Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures. Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement. It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them. (19-22 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).. God said : Say, “We believe in Allah, and in what was revealed to us, and in what was revealed to Abraham, and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the Patriarchs, and in what was given to Moses and Jesus, and in what was given to the prophets from their Lord. We do not differentiate between any of them. And to Him, we surrender.” (2:136 / Translated by Community) Salam (Peace) -----------------
As a Lao person, who was born and raised in Laos I can confidently say that no one in Laos call Netflix as Netfly (or something I couldn't catch it) judging from the pronunciation and accent I think the woman who has shown up in the video is not a real Lao though. We call Netflix as Netflix, McDonald as McDonald, and for Sandwich we also call it Sandwich; we do have the word 'Khao jee' but it means bread not sandwich
I agree with you I never hear people say that way before 555 it kind of funny thing. I want to know which part of Laos that she came from because I was born in south of Laos and raised in Vientiane
Yeah! as a Lao person i feel embarrassed for this girl, i see that her English and Korean accent all not good either. I don’t know why she could be there? In my country there’re a lot of people who are better than this girl. Just a question why was she? And how ?🤷🏻♂️
The Thai word for Bi-cycle is very interesting to me as an Indian. For it is derived from Samskrit, Chakrayan(Bi-Cycle) = Chakra(Wheel in Samskrit) + Yan(Derived from Yanam which means Vehicle in Samskrit).
That's right, because most of the Thai language has received its culture and influence from ancient sanskrit that came with Buddhism From the names of people, places, and things, you will know that they are Pali and Sanskrit words.
@@นักปรัชญาหมายเลข7รีเทิร์นส์ Thank you for your kind words and yes you are correct, Vidya or knowledge is also derived from Samskrit, the dhatu/root vid which means to know. It is also an old common female name in India.
As a Thai person I like this content because it includes my country language but they mostly use words that has the same pronunciation so there is rarely any differencessss
The reason why Singapore used English is because that’s one of the official language. Our national language is actually Malay. But we have four official language; English, Malay, Mandarin and Tamil. We also have our own creole language which is Singlish (English with mixture of Chinese dialects & Malay language). Also, our English we use is the British English which been taught since kindergarten. So, for the Singaporean girl, she’s Chinese. Therefore she likely speak mandarin & English. If it’s a Singaporean Malay, they’ll speak Malay & English. Basically we’re taught to be bilingual since birth. For Malay language, it’s basically a language unique to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei & some small area in other SEA countries. Malay language have words that’s fully in Malay and we also have words that borrowed from other languages.

In Indonesian, the real translation of Popcorn is “Berondong Jagung”. It’s so sad that younger people and people nowadays rarely use the real Indonesian word.
@@raihanm1390 doubt that. a lot of foreign words are translated into proper Indonesia i feel like mostly so that we have it in the dictionary so it can be used in super formal situations like newspapers and news broadcasts. for example, cellphone/smartphone (ponsel) vs HP is a good example, no one ever uses ponsel in real life even in the past.
As a Malaysian myself, I can guarantee that most Malaysian call popcorn as popcorn and cupcakes as cupcakes. But the proper *Bahasa Melayu* translation of Popcorn is Bertih jagung and cupcakes is kek cawan. As I believe that most people in this video translated the words given to their own mother language. It's a shame and very sad to admit that nowadays generations are more proud of foreign languages than their own mother language.
@@kimkardashi-un2004 It's not the pronunciation, but the word in their home country. The Malaysian one maybe not that fluent to speak in Melayu, coz not all Malaysian can speak Bahasa Melayu fluently. It depends on which community and family you are in as well as school you went to (Malay, Chinese, or Indian). Ex, If you are Chinese and go to Chinese School all materials taught in Mandarin and your environment mostly speaks Chinese or English. If you go to Sekolah Kebangsaan (Government School) all materials in Bahasa Melayu/Malaysia. It's same in Indian School type as well. In Malay, we speak each other mostly in English except exactly you know that person can speak Melayu or people who live in rural area or East Malaysia.
I don't think it is accurate to say they are more proud of using something foreign. Maybe it is just more common for them to communicate this way within their circles or environment. Languages do evolve that way or else we should actually be speaking in sanskrit now.
Dalam video ni bukan suruh translate tp mcm mana org negara tu sebut benda tu dalam daily dorang. So takde org lg beli popcorn sebut bertih jagung walaupun sy tahu mmg popcorn tu bertih jagung dalam bahasa. Jgn complicate kan benda yg easy
In Malaysia, we have those words in our own language. But we also have our own English variety separate to that of USA or the UK. Videos like this can be confusing sometimes. Cupcake for example In Malay it’s kek cawan In Malaysian English, “muffins” is preferred
@@igedewisnutemaja3923 interesting. It can be confusing. But Indonesia doesn’t have their own English variety like Malaysia has. Indonesia learn either AmE or BrE. In Malaysia, we have MyE which is its own thing.
as an indian we are highly educated and informed. indians only speak english like this indian girl because our indian government invest a lot of education although some indian will speak hindi. we indians are leading in technology and a lot of ceo are indian because of high indian education and talent. and our indian language is very easy, everyone should learn hindi. i am proud to be indian.
The girl from India does not have a native Indian pronounciation. She spoke an Americanised English as opposed to the many different accents for English that we have here.
As a Laotian, Ive never heard a Laotian said “Netprize” (Netflix) before! 😂😂😂 Our language are very similar to Thai. And for the McDonald part. Here in Laos we do not have McDonald’s, but I don’t think we pronounce McDonald like that. 😅
I see this many countries have Indian names. Like Thailand says "Chakrayan" which is Indian Sanskrit word. Also Indonesia says "Roti" which is also Indian name. & many more...
in singapore and Malaysia we have like 3 other mothertoungue languages so it isn't really accurate but the main language that majority use in Singapore is English and in Malaysia is English and malay, sometimes chinese

mostly in my country we called it just "popcorn".. but for some reason we called "berondong jagung" the "berondong jagung" word rarely to used by some indonesian
2:09 Actually, the standard word for Popcorn is Berondong Jagung. Because people rarely use the word berondong jagung is that many people in Indonesia imitate westernized styles too much or what is usually called westernization So it is very rare for Indonesians, especially young people, to often use standard Indonesian. CMIIW ❤❤️❤️❤️
As an Indonesian and was working on a bakery before covid we call cupcakes as "kue mangkok", we make it with rice flour, and even though we don't sell popcorn i know that it was called "berondong jagung" in Indonesia....😅
Aku kira cara baca dalam inggris versi setiap negara tapi pas ke sepeda, hmm kayanya setiap kata harus diterjemahkan dalam bahasa masing masing negara. Ahh lupakan.
In Laos we say “ned fig” not “netprize “ Also “mag-doe-noa” for McDonald’s not “ em do nus “ We also say “pop con” not “bob con” And sandwich in Lao is “saen wid” not “khao jee “ as she’s said khao jee is the French’s beget
Actually in Malaysia Cupcake is Kek Cawan and Popcorn is Bertih Jagung because Malay is National languange. But many people use english languange because is short, simple and familiar to hear.

I like how the tallest among them are in the back and the smallest in the front , last video said "Mongolians are tall" and now i see her being taller than everyone except the gentleman from Uzbekistan 😂
I kind of wish that they were organized by how related their languages are or how close their countries are geographically, but then it may have been more immediately obvious that there are people from the same countries.
As a Mongolian, i just wanna say that average Mongolian female's height is 155cm-170cm and the Mongolian girl in this video is actually really taller than an average Mongolian female.
In Turkish: 1. Netflix=Netfliks (pronunciation as written in Turkish ortography, in written form, being a private company, it's written as in English) 2. Popcorn=patlamış mısır (literal meaning: exploded corn 3. McDonalds=Same as in Netflix, official written form as in English, pronunciation in Turkish ortography=Mekdanılds, nickname: "Mek" 4. Cupcake=Kupkek, sometimes English form is also used 5. Bicycle=bisiklet 6. Sandwich=Sandviç. The thing is, the Uzbek word (velosiped) and the Indonesian word (sepeda) are related, from an old French word for bicycle: vélocipède. One through Russian where it's also the same word, but nor sure about the Indonesian, because Dutch has "fiets" for bicycle. Still the bicycle racing venues are called velodromes.
Sorry but in laos 1. Netflix we also say Netflix (I don't know how could she pronounce that😅) 2. popcorn we also say Popcorn 3. McDonald's (In laos we don't have McDonald's but we would say McDonald's) But all of the Accent are cute ❤ I like this variety
For Laos I never heard people say that way before it's kind of weird sounds or something. Netflix = Net Fik or Net Flik not Net Plie or something McDonald's = Mek Do Noo not M do Nut or something Sandwich = Zaen wit 😢😂
In Myanmar,we say 'cycle' for motorbike.Sometimes,we would even say 'motorcycle'. For bicycle,it is always 'set-bee' which literally means 'mechanical wheel'.
Yeah cuz Singapore mainly speak English. But we also speak our mother tounge like mandarin but the common language is English so she just said the common language
No actually we have different words for each in different Indian languages but since she can tell what is most common which is english one so that's why she used english terms...like In pure hindi there are many words for that but we don't use it
Laotian here, I don't know what that girl was on to. We don't say "Net pies" or "M donuts". If you really want to know how we say those things just listen to the second Thai girl (I don't really know why they brought two Thai), We have the same pronunciation for those words in the video.

Cupcake for example
In Malay it’s kek cawan
In Malaysian English, “muffins” is preferred
Muffin for the ones without cream. Cupcake for the ones with cream.

actually the same as Indonesia, cupcakes here can be said to be kue/roti mangkok. but actually kue mangkok are a traditional cakes
@@igedewisnutemaja3923 interesting. It can be confusing. But Indonesia doesn’t have their own English variety like Malaysia has. Indonesia learn either AmE or BrE. In Malaysia, we have MyE which is its own thing.

in singapore and Malaysia we have like 3 other mothertoungue languages so it isn't really accurate but the main language that majority use in Singapore is English and in Malaysia is English and malay, sometimes chinese
We all know singapore using singlish while in Malaysia its supposed to be malay.
English is widely spoken in both singapore and malaysia.

In Turkish:
1. Netflix=Netfliks (pronunciation as written in Turkish ortography, in written form, being a private company, it's written as in English)
2. Popcorn=patlamış mısır (literal meaning: exploded corn
3. McDonalds=Same as in Netflix, official written form as in English, pronunciation in Turkish ortography=Mekdanılds, nickname: "Mek"
4. Cupcake=Kupkek, sometimes English form is also used
5. Bicycle=bisiklet
