Hi Manoj, the Manual will be an extremely fun pick (the iMT really makes it enjoyable). Do get the 4x4 tho as thats the USP of these SUV's. All the best !

Hi Raja, i believe Mitsubishi is currently concentrating to launch the Outlander 1st around festive season of 2017. The Pajero Sport will come in early 2018. I would still pick the Fortuner as i dont prefer the all new Pajero's shape.
KKC On A-Motive thanks a lot for your reply, currently I am driving safari storme and though I am not a off roader but I drive around 3500-4000 km per month. I am planning to upgrade myself from storme to fortuner/endeavour or pajero sports but it seems pajero is far away from launch I would have to decide on the previous two. going by the trend fortuner would be the ideal choice as in our market we do research a lot about after sales and resale which I guess toyota wins by far. I will be going for automatic top end and I must say your review has helped me in finalising my choice. only drawback would be no sunroof

The only thing I didn't like was when you take your hands off the wheel around 5:15-5:25. I miss my fortuner (3.0-D4D, 5-speed auto). Wishing you safe and happy kilometers of driving.

Raj, i picked the Fortuner as the Endeavour 3.2L did not have manual transmission option but only the 2.2L m/t. Hence the Fortuner easily trumps the Endeavour in the manual variant. But the A/T is a strong performer and may be better than the Fortuner A/T too.
OK , Really nice Explained in Detail Video about New Fortuner by You, Loved the Video, also can you help me in choosing a new Car, I will be Selling my 2008 Maruti Suzuki Swift Vdi with approx 350000 kms & confused between Baleno, Vitara Brezza, S-Cross, BR-V, Creta & Duster, which one is most comfortabli in rear seats for elderly people and for long journeys, I know the Ideal Vehicles are Fortuner/Inoova Crysta but they are way out of my Budget
Ratanbir Singh - Hi, the best bet would be the Brezza as its real VFM, Creta is overpriced but good, BRV dont buy as its not comfortable and its a van pretending to be an SUV, coming to the DUSTER it is really best in ride quality but rear seat space is not great & lastly the SCROSS, that car is really good but honestly i dont like it so much as deep inside its an SX4 without a boot. So Test Drive all the cars and decide according to your & your family's choice. All the best !
That torque modulation technique whether it is the same like how we modulate the A_pedal to avoid bouncing or it is much more than that? do you still miss some high quality/grade suspension? A proper gift for the festive season in the form of review brother👍😊
Hey Ramesh, Thanks for your positive comments. The pitch & bounce control is probably the similar thing what you just explained. Suspension is good enough for a body on frame TOUGH SUV.
Very good review giving both the pros and cons of the new Fortuner. Are you going to review the Tata Hexa both manual 4X4 and automatic? You maybe pleasantly surprised as to how far Tata Motors have come with this new offering. Also will you do a review of the Safari Storme 400 Nm sometime soon ?
Congrats Karan. Good car but Endeavour needs to worry only if they try to increase their prices further. The Endeavour does have slightly more features like Sun roof, Terrain management system, and more powerful 5 cylinder engine. A Comparo would definitely be awesome.
Hi sir, you are doing the review much good then the professionals 👌. Sir I am bit confused between the manual 4×4 or automatic 4×4 , kindly help me out in this .
Hello, thanks for your compliment. In the Fortuner 4x4 the manual is surely the pick, as its extremely fun to drive also better control off road. But if you do a lot of city runabouts in trafic and this will be your daily then pick the A/T.
Hi, I'm a bit confused about going with a automatic transmission or manual one for the fortuner. I'm a city self driven person. I would be glad with more power and torque
sir you said pick AT for city MT for highway. but how labourous or difficult for DRIVER in new fortuner MT in city Road regarding gearshift vis a vis old fortuner MT
Hi KKC, if we were comparing apples to apples say the Endy 3.2 auto to the fortuner auto, which car according to u is better as far as refinement, performance and features go? btw great work with the videos. Keep them coming!!! :)
You have tested both the Endy and Fort. Which one, according to you is an overall better package? Is the AT box of the Endy a deal breaker? In day-to-day life which one is easier to live with? And most importantly, which one will be more reliable, last longer and prove it's worth?
Amrit, The Endeavour is a great product as well, specially in the 3.2L A/T. BUT if you want to pick the manual then the Fortuner trumps the Endeavour. Both are equally reliable, but psychologically people pick the Toyota for reliability.
Actually we also own a classic fortuner and it's been a very stress free experience. It is 6 years old but still feels very solid and I am hoping it will last us at least a couple of years more. But I am in love with the road presence and engine note of the 5 cylinder in the Endy, will it be as stress free as our Fortuner or at least in the same territory? One of our relatives have just got their new fortuner and they are a bit disappointed with the ride quality over broken roads. I suggested them to downsize the alloys and opt for higher profile comfort oriented tyres like LTX. Any other suggestions that I could pass to them? Thanks.
Ask your relatives to check the tyre pressure coz many times after delivery the tyre pressure are very high (40-45 psi) due to transport/logistical reasons. Regarding reliability the Endeavour is good too as its based on the RANGER pick up which is competing with the legendary HILUX (which the Fortuner is based on) Hence buy any car the reliability will be good. Just Toyota will have a better resale.
Tyre pressure was the first thing I suggested and they found out it to be 35 psi and I suggested them to maintain 30 psi. Will tell them to go further down at 29. Thanks for the info (Y)
Hi karan, I'm planning to buy an suv but I'm confused between the fortuner and endeavour, I want to keep the car for atleast 8 years and it should be a niggle free car. It should give me a peace of mind. my heart says endeavour but my mind says fortuner. I'm gonna buy the 4x4 varients. Please tell me in detail.
Both the cars are equally capable. If you want a proper 4x4 with a manual then the Fortuner is a pick. In the A/T the Endeavour is more VFM and a better product. Test Drive both the cars & decide.
Thanks Gaurav. I believe the new Rapid is definitely a great performer and looker. Also the Vento being a sibling will be very similar. Chose according to your brand preference & whichever is a closer service centre for you.
Thanks Nitin, good question ! Not sure about the tyre upgrade, i am confused too that weather it will rub the wheel well or the front bumper or stay clear.
thanks sir for considering my que one more que sir most of the reviews say ford endeavour is better but fortuner is sold more, even u have both fortuners why is it so
Indian audience has a favouritism towards Toyota brand hence the sales figures of Toyota are better obviously. Overall both are very competent products. If picking an A/T then the Endeavour is better if M/T then Fortuner. Other things in Fortuners favour are space, service, reliability (Endy is equally reliable but mindset is of TOYOTA again).
Endeavour is definitely a SUV too, but the 3.2L Endy doesnt have a Manual Transmission & thats where the Fortuner M/T trumps the Ford. With respect to Automatic the Endeavour is definitely a better product & more VFM option. More queries should be solved when i do a comparo.
i am using innova crysta, gear shift in innova is definitely not a pleasure...is there any difference in gear box technology except no of gears? waiting for your reply
I think you have the 2.4L Crysta. That has a 5 speed M/T if im not mistaken, whereas this one has a 6 M/T, overall this gearbox is the new one for the 2.8L with the iMT as i mentioned in the review. Other changes i am not aware of.
Is there any anti stall technology in the manual transmission of fortuner for easy climbing of obstacles? Some review videos mentioned this technology but only briefly.
Hi, not exaclty anti stall but the iMT (intelligent manual transmission) helps in that. But the main reason o iMT is for a jerk free driving experience (with clutch) and revv matching while downshifting. Overall with the manual its always easier to go over & control the car over obstacles compared to a/t.
Sir when i drove the Automatic version of Fortuner i felt that its quit slow in acceleration[Maybe because of the Gearbox]............Can you tell me that does the Manual version which you have is quicker then the Automatic? Do know know how much time Fortuner M/T takes to reach 100 km/h?..........Sir just a request can you do a video on Fortuner VS Endevour if possible for you because you give the best detailed explanation about the pros and cons of both the car
The Manual version is quick and also feels quicker than A/T version. The 0-100 timing i havent timed with VBOX but it should be 11 seconds-ish. A/T fortuner was initally 4 speed in the older gen then they upgraded to 5 speed and in this new gen its 6 SPEED. SO this is the most refined and fastest A/T Fortuner. Endeavour v/s Fortuner i am planning something.
I liked your review very much and a special mention of your automotive knowledge which most of the Indian motovloggers lack but on your part it was bang on. just a little correction its "subtle throttle response or a gradual" not "subdued" apart from that u r pure class, ways to go man and keep up your hardwork. Subscribing your channel. Why does your car have a 'DN' registration?
how fast is it when it comes to neck to neck overtaking in single lane highways and how much time it takes to go for 0-100 I have driven many cars but when it comes to pickup and fast overtaking creta is really impressive it just moves like rocket how is fortuner in this
Fortuner takes aprox 12.5 secs to complete the 0-100 km/h sprint. Creta ? It is lightweight & monocoque construction (where as Fortuner is body on frame) so it is unfair to compare against Creta as its not a real SUV in my eyes its just a hatchback on steeroids Crossover.
ya that's true but fortuner has 420NM torque and 175bhp don't know exact figure creta is no match to its power and I never driven fortuner so I was eager to know its performance
hi....any update on as to when the new Toyota Fortuner Sportivo is likely to be launched in India as the vehicle has already been launched in Thailand and ideally should head to India soon..!
Hi Amit. No update and i dont see it coming any time soon. May be next year November they will get an anniversary edition and the year after that the TRD Sportivo. Just guessing ...
Very refreshing review,in depth analysis.Kudos.Much better then overdrive-shit PS--Can you please let me know the camera and Bluetooth mic u used. Thanks in advance.
Thanks and please keep it up ur informal (read personal touch) way of presenting , U R UNIQUE n so genuine. Thanks for ur efforts.i take proud seeing fellow INDIAN growing......
Should do 185 km/h, but on the speedo will show around 195ish (considering the speedo error). Will it topple ? Any car if you dont drive responsibly may topple. Also high speed cornering in such high GC body on frame SUV's may not be always good, but the straight line stability is better than previous gen at high speed. Cornering may not be as good as its lost full time 4wd.
Sir the 5k intervals are just normal checkup and wash or they change oil during the service also,or at 10k kmas and i heard that two fortuner owners do their oil change at 15k kms and 20kms and cost is 4k ive read in xbhp, and after one year whats the insurance we ve to pay sir is the same 140000
M/T v/s A/T question, again the M/T of the Fortuner is a different animal altogether, the A/T does not match the driving pleasure of A/T specifically the gear shift quality & the revv matching. A/T is practical and thanks to the paddle shifters you can have a bit of fun sometimes. But after spending about 6 months with the Fortuner i believe overall its a winner any which ways even if you pick the A/T or a M/T.
Wow, sir absolutely marvellous review. Really very crisp & explained technical specifications clearly. I have planned to buy this hulk. I prefer super white colour.
I'm in a very big dilemma right now, ford endavour or the fortuner? Which one should I buy?! I'm looking forward to the car which has more features, better performance, better drive... Please help me out man?!!
The Endeavour is a great product as well, specially in the 3.2L A/T. BUT if you want to pick the manual then the Fortuner trumps the Endeavour. Do a thorough test drive of both the cars and then decide.
Nice and honest review! This car suits your macho look ;) ..One suggestion though - make it look super sporty by applying black colour on wheels , front chrome and the roof just like the Sportivo Edition of this car ...then it will stand out of the crowd :)
SKS ON A MOTIVE - Well, in my opinion there are better tyres available which will enhance the looks and performance as well. Check out Pirelli scorpion atr or continental cross contact at or Michelin cross series
SKS ON A MOTIVE - Dueler H/T is a very average tyre man, the ones I suggested are much more exotic. If you are not confident about it then stick to the OE factory Dueler H/T again.
Thanks.still cant decide whether to go in for the a/t or m/t.had the old car 2010 model drove it around 2.5 lakh kms.test drove the new autobox found the paddle shifts very useful.
Yes the paddle shifts are useful, also during braking the downshifts using paddles really shed the speed well. Overall the M/T is more fun, but in traffic conditions you may miss the A/T obviously hence choose accordingly. All the best !
nice detailed review. but you missed out the most important part. i had seen you review the endeavor and i was expecting you to compare the two. plz make a comparison video as well. the cars dont have to be in the video. you csn just rate them on comfort, festures, mileage, pricing etc.
Akash, i think you are confused between a generation / model change and a facelift / makeover model. What you are talking about was the facelift / makeover of the 1st gen AN60. There were ONLY 2 GENERATIONS of the Fortuner; 1) AN50, AN60 (Facelift) - 1st Gen [2005-2015] 2) AN160 - 2nd Gen [2015 - Present] Do a simple wiki research and you will know; en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_Fortuner
Uzaif, Picking colours is a personal choice, but if you ask my opinion i'd say pick the super white as phantom brown is a colour which demands a good amount of care and polishing every 3-4 months to keep it looking gleaming and the gloss alive. Super white on the other hand is not that demanding. Lastly the Fortuner In my opinion looks unparalleled in the white shade.
As for parking sensor, you exactly said my words that I questioned Toyota for seeing the sensor off option in the new corolla altis. It's absolutely unnecessary and during cleaning my drivers too don't realize most times they accidentally switched off the sensor and need to put it back on.
The A6 is good only if you buy the quattro. The 5 is indeed a great allrounder but the new 5 is round the corner and should be launched in 4-5 months. Wait for that if you can. Also look the the Volvo s90.
@@KKCOnAMotive Hi Sir, Read on team bhp that new fortuner's 4X4 can't be used at highway speeds. The Toyota SA was "good enough" to announce, it can't be used on road (facepalm). Couldn't find the final conclusion on this topic on the forum discussion. What are your views? Thanks!
@@_Navneeth - It still very controversial, a lot of discussion has happened on this but havent really had an official confirmation about doing the same. I'l keep you updated once i do.
@@KKCOnAMotive Thank you very much sir for the reply. In such a case I'm losing the 4*4 vs 4*2 argument with my father. I think I will have to settle for 4*2 then. Wish I had a team bhp membership, but they never accept, 😅. Anyways, It is amazing to have a direct conversation with Karan561. Thanks again Ps : that E46 of yours !!!!!
Rachit, If you want to improve the braking performance in the old Fortuner then the best bet is doing a BRAKE BOOSTER upgrade, i had done the same thing in my Fortuner, check out the details here; www.team-bhp.com/forum/long-term-ownership-reviews/129124-my-brute-fort-toyota-fortuner-4x4-m-t-upgraded-brake-booster-t-tyres-5.html#post3338958
Thanks for helping karan. I checked that metal piece which is pointing upwards in my fortuner as you said. But when I see installation guide you posted in team-bhp, it says Real Brake booster part no should be 47200-0K460, but there is different part no in my fortuner 47200-0K151. Does it mean they fitted wrong part?
Initially they had fitted the wrong part, hence i mention the real brake booster. You show the service guys the above post and about this upgrade. They will do it. Aprox costs were around INR 10-11k. The part no. mentioned on the installation guide is of the upgraded booster & ur Fortuner part no. may be of the factory fitted one. All the best !

You maybe pleasantly surprised as to how far Tata Motors have come with this new offering.
Also will you do a review of the Safari Storme 400 Nm sometime soon ?
Thanks Jimmy !
May not be able to do the Storme now, but Hexa il try.
Also i really want the Hexa to do well as its a great effort by TATA.
Congrats Karan. Good car but Endeavour needs to worry only if they try to increase their prices further. The Endeavour does have slightly more features like Sun roof, Terrain management system, and more powerful 5 cylinder engine.
A Comparo would definitely be awesome.
Thanks Stan.
Hi sir,
you are doing the review much good then the professionals 👌.
Damn That Old to new fortuner Transition 👌👌👌👌👌👌
Thanks Pratik !
KKC you done such very detailed review. great job
Thanks for your appreciation.
Finally dream come true❤ I bought 2023 fortuner automatic 4x4
Awesome review sir👍Kudos... Left behind the fancy media Car Reviews by miles..Wonderful detailing. Passion speaks ✌
Thanks Mandar for your compliments & appreciation !
Nice video man.loved it.PLs try to make videos more often
Thanks Sayantan !
Hi, I'm a bit confused about going with a automatic transmission or manual one for the fortuner. I'm a city self driven person. I would be glad with more power and torque
Hi, for city self driving id suggest pick the A/T. BUT if you are having other A/T cars in family then pick this one in M/T as its more fun.
Hey man your reviews are great and love your cars too. And I'm soon buying the 2nd gen fortuner.
Thanks Vinit & all the best for your Fortuner purchase.
sir you said pick AT for city MT for highway. but how labourous or difficult for DRIVER in new fortuner MT in city Road regarding gearshift vis a vis old fortuner MT
Hi KKC, if we were comparing apples to apples say the Endy 3.2 auto to the fortuner auto, which car according to u is better as far as refinement, performance and features go? btw great work with the videos. Keep them coming!!! :)
Logan, in the A/T the Endeavour is definitely a better and more VFM option.
Thanks !
Thanks alot!!
karan what about 3rd of endy .which one u like more and one more thing ford should also give all black interior rather than beige interior .
3rd Row you mean ?
The Fortuners is more spacious easily, also its reclinable.
Black interiors look really sporty, but Indian audience prefer beige.
Recommended tyre pressure of new Fortuner is 29psi.
Tyre pressure was the first thing I suggested and they found out it to be 35 psi and I suggested them to maintain 30 psi. Will tell them to go further down at 29. Thanks for the info (Y)
Really the best review in India for the Fortuner. Keep it up Karan!
Hey! Looking out your window it seems like you're in Mulund, Mumbai right?
Love your videos btw 🙌🏻
Yes, Thanks !
loved the review and your knowledge about the Fortuner great work...keep it up brother....!!!!
Thanks for your appreciation Rahul !
Hi Aditya,
Check out my comparison video of the 2 SUV's;
ua-cam.com/video/HFvfuvMPrBI/v-deo.html
Im sure it will help you out, all the best !
Will all the toyota cars have the same service intervals?
Hi bro! I am confusing between 2016 ford endeavour or toyota fortuner. Which one is better?will you please upload it's review?
Both the cars are equally capable. If you want a proper 4x4 with a manual then the Fortuner is a pick. In the A/T the Endeavour is more VFM and a better product.
Test Drive both the cars & decide.
Sir i am confused between vento tsi and rapid automatic, just want an overall good experience. Plz reply
Nice in depth review thanks
vento Tsi is a far better car than the rapid petrol
Thanks Gaurav.
I believe the new Rapid is definitely a great performer and looker. Also the Vento being a sibling will be very similar. Chose according to your brand preference & whichever is a closer service centre for you.
Sir !!! Your voice is best & our fortuner is excelent
Thnxx bro for information I was thinking all time that this is third generation
Arbazshaikh real indian - No problem man !
really great review and very useful and informative.
Thanks Sid !
good job sir
just want to ask that is there any kind of vibration in gear lever..
and if we replace 285 60 r18 tyre with stock tyres, any problem
Thanks Nitin, good question !
Not sure about the tyre upgrade, i am confused too that weather it will rub the wheel well or the front bumper or stay clear.
thanks sir for considering my que
one more que sir
most of the reviews say ford endeavour is better but fortuner is sold more, even u have both fortuners
why is it so
Indian audience has a favouritism towards Toyota brand hence the sales figures of Toyota are better obviously. Overall both are very competent products.
If picking an A/T then the Endeavour is better if M/T then Fortuner.
Other things in Fortuners favour are space, service, reliability (Endy is equally reliable but mindset is of TOYOTA again).
How good do you think is the new fortuner if compared to the new endeavour?
Endeavour is definitely a SUV too, but the 3.2L Endy doesnt have a Manual Transmission & thats where the Fortuner M/T trumps the Ford.
With respect to Automatic the Endeavour is definitely a better product & more VFM option.
More queries should be solved when i do a comparo.
Hello karan great review i recently purchased the all new endeavour and in love with ride handling ahd comfort.
Congrats, well yes i agree the Endeavour indeed has a great ride/handling balance for a body on frame SUV.
that just explained me the new fortuner inch by inch, amazing review, pro channels like autocar india etc needs to learn from you man.
Thank You Sanchit for your compliments.
Such a detailed review!!!.... keep it up👍🏻
Thanks Avinash !
i am using innova crysta, gear shift in innova is definitely not a pleasure...is there any difference in gear box technology except no of gears? waiting for your reply
I think you have the 2.4L Crysta. That has a 5 speed M/T if im not mistaken, whereas this one has a 6 M/T, overall this gearbox is the new one for the 2.8L with the iMT as i mentioned in the review. Other changes i am not aware of.
Really nice review! Very informative as well..👌
Thanks Farhaan !
Endeavour v/s Fortuner i am planning something.
great review on fortuner ...in depth.Well done
Thanks Tanweer for your appreciation !
Wow what is the price of this new Toyota fortuner?
I liked your review very much and a special mention of your automotive knowledge which most of the Indian motovloggers lack but on your part it was bang on.
just a little correction its "subtle throttle response or a gradual" not "subdued" apart from that u r pure class, ways to go man and keep up your hardwork. Subscribing your channel.
Why does your car have a 'DN' registration?
Thanks for your appreciation my friend.
DN coz i have my work there and keep shuffling between two cities.
KKC On A-Motive ok..... well awesome n looking forward to your upcoming reviews🖒
Thanks !
how fast is it when it comes to neck to neck overtaking in single lane highways and how much time it takes to go for 0-100 I have driven many cars but when it comes to pickup and fast overtaking creta is really impressive it just moves like rocket how is fortuner in this
Fortuner takes aprox 12.5 secs to complete the 0-100 km/h sprint.
What is the mileage you’re getting bro both in City and Highway limits?
City around 9-10 km/l
Highway 12-13km/l
hi....any update on as to when the new Toyota Fortuner Sportivo is likely to be launched in India as the vehicle has already been launched in Thailand and ideally should head to India soon..!
Hi Amit.
No update and i dont see it coming any time soon. May be next year November they will get an anniversary edition and the year after that the TRD Sportivo.
Just guessing ...
Tx.
Very refreshing review,in depth analysis.Kudos.Much better then overdrive-shit
PS--Can you please let me know the camera and Bluetooth mic u used. Thanks in advance.
Thanks. Well the camera is DSLR & GoPro4. Mike is by RODE (collar)
Thanks and please keep it up ur informal (read personal touch) way of presenting , U R UNIQUE n so genuine. Thanks for ur efforts.i take proud seeing fellow INDIAN growing......
Thanks for your support !
What is the top speed and how stable is it at high speed cornering? Will it topple?
Should do 185 km/h, but on the speedo will show around 195ish (considering the speedo error). Will it topple ? Any car if you dont drive responsibly may topple. Also high speed cornering in such high GC body on frame SUV's may not be always good, but the straight line stability is better than previous gen at high speed. Cornering may not be as good as its lost full time 4wd.
Sir the 5k intervals are just normal checkup and wash or they change oil during the service also,or at 10k kmas and i heard that two fortuner owners do their oil change at 15k kms and 20kms and cost is 4k ive read in xbhp, and after one year whats the insurance we ve to pay sir is the same 140000
5k intervals are for check up/ top ups & wash etc... People who change oil after 15-20k would be using fully synthetic oils.
Always fortuner is the best compared to endeavour
i'm going to purchase the all new fortuner but confused between automatic and the manual which is better in your opinion
KKC On A-Motive thank you ......the samething a showroom employee told me that after some year a single servicing cost is 70-80 k
Now I'm going to book the M/T
Excellent review !
Thanks Vikas !
Finally Booked the car!!!!!!!
dont know how much to wait for2017 manufactured one
Congrats Viraj !
Wow, sir absolutely marvellous review. Really very crisp & explained technical specifications clearly. I have planned to buy this hulk. I prefer super white colour.
Thanks Irshad for your compliments. All the best !
What is the mileage that you are getting, in city and highway conditions both??
City aprox 9.5-11 km/l.
Highway aprox 12-14km/l
I'm in a very big dilemma right now, ford endavour or the fortuner? Which one should I buy?! I'm looking forward to the car which has more features, better performance, better drive... Please help me out man?!!
The Endeavour is a great product as well, specially in the 3.2L A/T. BUT if you want to pick the manual then the Fortuner trumps the Endeavour.
Do a thorough test drive of both the cars and then decide.
Hmm alright thanks man, keep up your good work! Atbb!
did u take ur fortuner to its max. revs.? if yes how much max. speed u could get from this machine?
Not yet, but you can do about 185 km/h So with the speedo error just under 200 km/h on the speedo.
Nice and honest review! This car suits your macho look ;) ..One suggestion though - make it look super sporty by applying black colour on wheels , front chrome and the roof just like the Sportivo Edition of this car ...then it will stand out of the crowd :)
Hey Sid, Thanks. Those kind of mods will do later. Right now enjoying it stock.
Bro I just booked a 4x4 A/T fortuner in black
Do You think it is a good deal or not?
A fortuner is always a good deal.
Yesss...!!!! Is's better than endevour but I was just asking for the variant 4X4 A/T
Congrats Tanishq Sharma. Well getting a 4x4 is the USP for such SUV's with the A/T it will add to the practicality.
All the best !
C T R howz d auto box? Shud i go for auto or opt manual?
nice and crisp review there karan 👍
Now I'm eagerly waiting for our off roading season to start. Will be interesting to do that review alongside ✌😊
Hey SATYEN ! Yes looking forward bro ...
Sir I want to change tyres of my xuv currently I am using bridgestone dueler HT I am happy with them. should I again go for it ????
SKS ON A MOTIVE - Well, in my opinion there are better tyres available which will enhance the looks and performance as well. Check out Pirelli scorpion atr or continental cross contact at or Michelin cross series
+KKC On A-Motive Are they as solid as bridgestone dueler i had done 80,000 without a puncture....
SKS ON A MOTIVE - Dueler H/T is a very average tyre man, the ones I suggested are much more exotic. If you are not confident about it then stick to the OE factory Dueler H/T again.
SKS ON A MOTIVE - Also getting a puncture is a matter of luck. You can end up getting a puncture in a M/T tyre as well if you are unlucky.
+KKC On A-Motive should i go for pirelli scorpion atr.....
hope you could do a review on the 4wd auto vs manual.no reviews yet on th autobox
4wd Auto reviews are there on the net. I think AUTOCAR INDIA have driven both in 1 video, check out;
ua-cam.com/video/wzRkgtbfMpA/v-deo.html
Thanks. Hopefully a comparo video will soon be shot as well.
KKC On A-Motive looking forward to it. btw are you selling the 328i? i saw an ad on carwale of a white one which looked just like yours.
Nope, not yet.
it is the 3rd gen fortuner not second, there was another model of the fortuner before with updated styling and interior from the 1st gen
Akash, i think you are confused between a generation / model change and a facelift / makeover model. What you are talking about was the facelift / makeover of the 1st gen AN60. There were ONLY 2 GENERATIONS of the Fortuner;
1) AN50, AN60 (Facelift) - 1st Gen [2005-2015]
2) AN160 - 2nd Gen [2015 - Present]
Do a simple wiki research and you will know;
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_Fortuner
Great knowledge delighted to watch!
Thanks Vagarth for your inspiring comments.
what is the manual car because i have automatic 4x4
'This was an awesome review. Keep it up!!!!
Thanks for your appreciation !
sir i am buying new fortuner and I am confused in colour which colour would be better super white or phantom brown
Uzaif,
Picking colours is a personal choice, but if you ask my opinion i'd say pick the super white as phantom brown is a colour which demands a good amount of care and polishing every 3-4 months to keep it looking gleaming and the gloss alive. Super white on the other hand is not that demanding.
Lastly the Fortuner In my opinion looks unparalleled in the white shade.
yes sir this is true
Great explanation thanks!!!
Innova crysta 2.8 or 2.4 ?? Which one is better bet?? Which one is practical in the city??
Well for city i believe the best bet would be sticking to an A/T & thats only available with the 2.8 so go with the 2.8 A/T.
KKC On A-Motive Yes I was right but It down shift early.. Perhaps it's the nature of auto transmission bcoz Iam first in automatic
KKC On A-Motive thanks karan..you look handsome in beard
Thanks !
As for parking sensor, you exactly said my words that I questioned Toyota for seeing the sensor off option in the new corolla altis. It's absolutely unnecessary and during cleaning my drivers too don't realize most times they accidentally switched off the sensor and need to put it back on.
Well said Abhishek, thats exactly the issue.
I am looking for a premium executive sedan which is better current Bmw 5series or the Audi A6
The A6 is good only if you buy the quattro. The 5 is indeed a great allrounder but the new 5 is round the corner and should be launched in 4-5 months.
Wait for that if you can.
Also look the the Volvo s90.
KKC On A-Motive Thks for advice but is Volvo a reliable brand
Yes it is. Just make sure in your city you have a service outlet.
I have booked my fortuner 4*2 MT, but they have 4*4 MT in ready stock. Which one should i buy?
Hi Harshit, definitely the 4x4 M/T.
@@KKCOnAMotive Hi Sir,
Read on team bhp that new fortuner's 4X4 can't be used at highway speeds.
Thanks again
Ps : that E46 of yours !!!!!
Hi, do you know the diameter of front disc rotors of the old generation fortuner?
Is it advisable to upsize the front disc in older fortuner?
Rachit,
If you want to improve the braking performance in the old Fortuner then the best bet is doing a BRAKE BOOSTER upgrade, i had done the same thing in my Fortuner, check out the details here;
www.team-bhp.com/forum/long-term-ownership-reviews/129124-my-brute-fort-toyota-fortuner-4x4-m-t-upgraded-brake-booster-t-tyres-5.html#post3338958
