Black Desert is nt what it used to be more and more it shifts into a brain-dead meta reading the comments of the official website for the Opt 1/2/3 I am starting to think I see why PA is miss understood you people like Sorc Main that think it's justified to have a grab and disregard the movement nerfs they were talk about that come with it. If the devs go ahead with Opt 3 the game is dead a grab fest meta is something that is not healthy for the game nor is a SA meta in everything in life there needs to be balance and black desert is no exception to that rule
They can easily make it so that if everyone gets a grab, then they should give everyone S block and make it so grab only works against SA but can be blocked. I mean, there's no reason why you can't block about to land on you if you can block every other hits.
Grabs have been in this game since the beginning and it hasn't broken the game yet. I don't know what happened to make it suddenely op though? Unless..... it's not OP in fact it prevents most fights from being a straight up gear check SA trade to the death which is something that the majority said they didnt want to do long ago. So the people who want to SA trade to death and cc fish EVERY fight can play grabless classes and the ones who don't can play grab classes. This game is never going to be balanced. When has it ever been balanced? It's about flavor of the month constant rerolling for them to sell more inventory and weight on top of costumes. Anyway grabs aren't going anywhere i suggest you get used to it.
The reason your speed needs to be nerfed is simple. If Musa gets a grab and has their current speed they will zip, come in, grab, and kill. Now, to be blunt, many other classes need their speed nerfed like Berserker for this patch. But that won't ever happen. I main ranger. We have the lowest Dr scaling in the game and are one of the squishiest. We are less mobile but have mid-protection. Our grab helps, but it isn't protected so you must be wise when using it. Our speed is not the lowest but far from the top. If everyone gets a grab the solution is adjusting multiple classes speed. Burst speed is fine. Musa is just one of many that need that tweak possibly including my own that I have gained for 900 days of play time.
I dont think any musa wants a grab tho, Hell I dont even want Sa trading to death to be a thing, I really enjoy earning cc and learning gaps in class other wise it feels like I am bullying with gear.
Funny you mention Zerk is to mobile with it's grabs but dont mention anything about Lahns at all. Especially when Lahns are just as if not more mobile, can straight up fly into or out of anywhere they want, have more i-frames, and have a ranged grab..... Zerk has been the same class since the beginning and as much as people tend to cry over them they are no where near as OP once the 30min 200% cd came into play. Now if they get rid of everyone's CC like they are talking about AND they buff every classes protection as well then maybe people will start taking the Zerks are OP people seriously.
