@@James-yy4vl A ghost bike is a bike that is painted completely white and placed at the scene of a bike related death. Much like the crosses and such people place at car death spots. It's a form of remembrance that shouldn't be fuckin messed with. So if this was one then fuck this.
Looks to me like someone's 'custom' paint job. Most ghost bikes I've seen have the tires, bars, and everything sprayed white. I could be mistaken, but I'm not getting the ghost bike vibe on this one.
