Ripped from the game, it's essentially the same track as the original. It came out kind of quiet when I recorded it so I boosted the volume a bit, hopefully without any loss. This may or may not be on the official OST cause again I think this is just the original track re-used. As for when it plays...when you stumble upon the Great Knife. Doesn't start in the Cell like it did in the original.

there's an even a texture bug which shows 2 pivots of the scissor instead of one. mr. ito even mentioned this visual bug lol.
