I am a long long time watcher who just started commenting on videos and I wanted to thank you for making this beautiful condo tour videos. You have such a light and feminine style that really influenced me on palette choices when planning for my apartment. I do have to get a little heavier pieces because my boyfriend says he'd be coming home to a Barbie house, but it's been so fun mixing modern pieces and finding that balance. You helped me when I was really lost about a direction. Keep doing what your doing and we would LOVE an updated tour just showing little things like if you ever painted your columns!

It's going to feel so good watching TV on the 60 in! Ever since my family bought the huge TV, our viewing experience changed forever!
I find it so interesting the things that annoyed you in the apartment are things that wouldnt have bothered me in the slightest. I guess money does make you more picky. Not hating, just find it interesting.
It's got nothing to do with money it's about personal taste. I'm not wealthy and the columns would annoy me too.

Did I miss something? Does she sound unhappy to you? Because she seems thrilled to have her own gorgeous apartment in California as would anyone. You can be perfectly happy somewhere but you can still dislike certain aspects of the place and that HONEY, is a matter of taste.
I absolutely love your home decor! If the mother of pearl piece you have was made out of natural wood you may want to inspect it for wood beetles, which eat through the wood!

For your remote controls, you could also get a holder for them. I have one that holds 6 and you can always tell if one remote is missing and you can put it back before you misplace it.

You have someone who picks your decorative pieces. Wow.. I wouldnt miss that for the world. Picking out decor is the best part of moving. I would never pay someone so I miss that opportunity. But I guess it´s because you are busy all the time.
I really do not like how we all glorify being busy. We are missing out on life in general just because work consumes us and our time.
Whatever you do not like then change it in YOUR own life and stop complaining on a video. Who asked you what you would of done with your condo decor? What is important to you is not important to others. Work on doing your own condo or house or whatever.

Still stop complaining on videos and appreciate the share, no one asked you what "you" would of done. Go and do what you desire with your money, if you have extra.
It's a beautiful place but I think it's too much for a condo? Apartment? I mean, what are you going to do when you want to move to a bigger place? When you meet someone and have children? I'm not hating. I just think it's not practical.
I think she is just going to keep the place. ( i would) Doesn't make sense to sell her condo if she can eventually keep it and do all that work. She could rent it out to someone else if she owns the condo.
I see your point but I also see hers. After all that´s where she spends most of her time in, that´s where she works (I think), that`s where her kid lives (Pineconito as she called him) and, as always with everything, if there is anything we don´t like about something, we try to fix it. I think she´s just enjoying herself right now, would be silly to not do what you want just in case something else happens, what if nothing happens, you just will live with the "would´ve could´ve should´ve". I think hehe.
Maybe she doesn't really want to have children? I'm married and my husband doesn't care at all how our home is decorated. She can always sell her condo or keep it and rent it out and make money off of them. : ) That's what I would do I think. I see what you're saying though!
When you live in places like LA, homes are practically a million bucks for half as nice as her condo. She isn't renting it, she owns it too. Based on location, jobs, marital status, a condo can be a long time home for someone and her house could afford two people if she got married. Its very open and nice!
She has 2 bedrooms so if she does get married and has a kid she has another room which would cut costs at first since she wouldn't have to move.
But like the other Hannah said, realty in SoCal, LA especially is very expensive and now that she's done up a lot of stuff and is a you tuber some rich fan girl can buy the condo from her or rent it if Elle does decide to move out haha.
My favorite thing you've done with your condo so far is definitely those columns. It pulls the room together.

I'm extremely ambitious and my ultimate dream is to have this life style some day but at this moment in time, as I'm struggling in my run-down apartment in the ghetto barely making rent, I don't see it ever happening and that's scary. I just wish we could tips from some of these amazing ladies ....
what kind of tips would you be looking to hear about? :)

I know it sounds weird and not a lot of people think doing this is real, but when my family and I moved into our new home we would always hear scratching or just weird noises so my mom called to get our house sage and the negative energy out and we haven't heard anything since

I personally have no patience to visualize a decor like that ... I am the kind to just go to a decor shop and pick random stuff which I think might go well in my room and decorate it in a day or 2.
