I love that both of you have your own space but are still in the same building. So much love! Now that I've had a few places that I've lived in- I think I like the layout that Blair has better. the small hallways are going to be really hard to move furniture in for Elle and the living room looks small but its only becuase of the layout. I'm sure you will make it flow really good though Elle. I wish you both much more success and growth. You both are awesome! Congrats

I wish I could afford a 1,000,000$ Condo :D But I've been watching Elle and Blair for years now and I think it's kind of disappointing that they rarely show things that are actually affordable for normal Teenagers.. I'm not hating on them and I think it's awesome what they achieved but I'd like to see more Videos that show "normal" and affordable things. :)
I think I see enough normal stuff in my everyday life. I like seeing these beautiful things that I can work to hopefully someday to achieve.

It's a reasonable price for a huge condo I would say because in HK you cannot get that huge apartment even you pay 1 million usd

I like that all of your kitchen is together as opposed to Blair's apartment. It feels more like a home-ey kitchen as opposed to an apartment.

I love this condo!! A daybed for your guest room is good, I have one in my guest room and it's good because my guest room is also my office, too. Can't wait for your furniture to come in!!!

i'd seen Blair's 1st and they are both just so beautiful! i'm not sure, but if i remember correctly, the kitchens are similar? i give you both credit for being able to purchase your places at such young ages. you both should be proud of yourselves. congrats!! can't wait to see it after you decorate. you have really nice taste in home decor.

I like parts of yours like your kitchen and your hall with the 2nd bedroom but i also like blairs how she has to enterances to the balcony and her closet.

layout can also be referred as a floor plan. So she likes how the bathroom and bedroom was designed in Blairs, but she also likes how Elle's kitchen/living area was designed.
If you guys don't know what these Ladies do for work (as in do your research), then don't watch or comment, did your Mother never teach you "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all"? This is someone's first home and she is excited, just give her a congratulations! Congratulations Elle, I can't wait to see it all done.
I will clarify this for you. You can rent an apartment and you can also rent a condo. The two major differences between the two is an Apartment building carries a single deed of trust that encompasses the properties as a whole.
A condominium carries an individual deed of trust for each unit. It is totally possible for a single purchaser to own every unit in a condominium developement and opperate it in the same manner as an apartment developement.
I think all of the people who comment in a negative way are so rude. Elle and Blair have worked incredibly hard in life to get where they are. I bet if you all had this money you would want to show it to the world to. I loved this tour Elle, the condo is beautiful

I LOVE the columns. When my husband and I purchase our next house we will be adding them
on that wall- can you "fill out" the wall with drywall up to where the colum ends? like thicken the wall and flatten in? thickening the wall will make that side of the room a few inches shorter but maybe the convenience of being able to put your bookcase there or a dresser will make it all worth it... good luck, and looking forward to seeing your condo tour once you decorate it!
Same! People think I'm crazy for not turning my AC on when it's over 100 degrees but when you grow up never having the luxury of air conditioning you really get used to it! Plus the AC makes me get sick because it dries the surrounding air.
I bought my own house last year and there is nothing better than owning your own space. Congrats!

I agree with you 100% esp. the taste in decor thing, I saw Blair's condo tour and I LOVE them both but her furniture in the living room kind of is like...I don't know how to describe it but it doesn't look like it fits

Even though everyone is saying Blair's is better I don't see why. Blair's feels like one big room, but Elle has an entry hall, and guest quarters. The layout feels bigger and more organized. They're both amazing though, congrats :)

I have that day bed-to-king bed from ikea, and I really love it. The only problem is that when the bed is pulled out, the two mattresses separate and you end up laying on the slats in the middle of the night

They probably designed the building that way. If you are speaking about the columns, its more of a design feature that gives the living space a more architectural look. If people don't like them, they don't have to live there. I think its a key focal point for the building.
You can put really cute wall decals on the collums!!
