We've certainly got the talent to win the competition, we've got some great players, we just need consistent performances and a bit of luck but being an England fan for the last 38yrs I'm not holding my breath and will probably end in more heartache..... I hope I'm wrong though and still looking forward to watching it!

Id like to say we will win but we never have any luck in tournements. If it's a 50/50 call it goes against us every time.
Noatter how skilled you are, you cant win anything without at least a certain degree of luck thrown in.
We are just cursed to never lift a trophy.
England win it , if they play to there full potential and tactics, as they are as good as say, France, Portugal, Spain and Belgium, but for this to happen they need to win more penalty shootouts, as they have a bad record on this in World CUP'S and EURO Tournaments. They have to beat the top footballing nations, which they failed to do in past tournaments. England beat Italy home and away in euro qualifying, but this is a poor Italian side, as since beating England in the last EURO 2020 Final at Wembley on penalties, have not made the last two World Cups and just made it to this EURO 2024 Tournament. I am a Italy fan, so i know, that for us to retain the trophy, we have re-build a side that has problems in all area, that can compete against the best footballing sides. I do not know as how far England can get, as it depends who they play and are they up for it.

Going forward I think England is the best Europe. But, the rest of questionable. I hope Portugal wins it, but don’t think we gonna do it with CR7 up front. If we can’t win it I hope England gets it.

Cr7 is still a good striker, we can rotate him with Ramos if hes playing badly, We have the squad and a good manager now so its possible but these tournaments are unpredictable, imo best squad in europe is france but england are top 5
@@sparkz2337 I know, but I think Ramos should start not Ronaldo. And about Martinez being a good manager is debatable, he never won anything important. I think managing Portugal is his best opportunity to actually win something big, I hope!

I agree, but apart from Les Bleus and a Seleção das Quinas, I don’t think any nation who could surely overcome the Three Lions. I’m saying this as a non-English fan, but I’m probably biased. However, I’m more than confident all of England’s opponents will have the take them more than seriously at the next Euros.

Many teams have the talent..but it takes more.. Look at Belgium and Portugal and their golden generations.. If you listen to Didier Deschamp, who does not even pick the best 23 in his squads, it's all down to squad unity during an event .. the fact that the players will spend so much time together, it's crucial that eveyone gets on well.. and I think Southgate is getting it right.. I love it when England loses in sport event but I have ulmost respect for Southgate who has a plan

Of course you may ! I think some England haters or non-fans are still looking for possible flaws and ways to bring the past frustrations back. Anyhow, there is great reason to believe in these Three new Lions, and I say this not being English myself.
