Hi Gina! I used the classic Red Velvet ingredients (vanilla, a hint of cocoa and vinegar) + white chocolate because I think a brownie recipe always needs chocolate :P

I am allergic to food coloring. what can i put to make it red ?
I don't know at which food coloring component you're allergic, I can't tell you...but consider there are also natural organic food coloring like red beet powder (if you're not allergic). The color is not bright like the usual food coloring, but it's an option. Happy baking
