Most these guys are chumps IRL they talk a lot of shit but can’t back it up if ever pressed about it. So they flock to discord and DB cause it lets them be the punks they are with little to no consequence. Also helps they can have their entire VC coach them 😂

2:45 I checked with the main judge group right before Niagara because we were testing Belle for that YCS, despite us thinking that Belle would force Hallowed into either sending another Sinful Spoils card or resolving without effect, the card is still on the field and able to be used by Hallowed. Something that moves Wanted (Delta) would make it resolve the way you're thinking

After talking so much trash as well, beating your opponent like this is super cheap, money on the line or not

Since the activation was negated, the card is immediately sent to GY on the resolution of Belle (CL3). Wanted never happened (CL2), then Azamina has nothing to send in order to resolve (CL1) The difference with Ash Blossom would be that the EFFECT of Wanted is negated, so it stays on the field until the entire chain resolves, thus being available for Azamina to send to GY, utilizing the basic ruling that "all cards that would be sent to GY during a chain are sent when the entire chain resolves"
For another example we have Varudras (negate the activation) and ilia (negate the effect) vs Skill Drain. In Varudras' case, even if it doesn't detach any other material, Skill Drain will be sent to GY when CL2 resolves very similarly to using Cosmic Cyclone. The reason is the action placing the card on the field was negated In Ilia's case, since Skill Drain has no effect on activation (it's just continuous) and the action placing the card wasn't negated, it will resolve properly, effectively wasting Ilia. Illia however when activating against something like Throne would still negate the search/destroy effect, but Throne would stay on the field. Finally the last difference between Varudras and ilia is that Varudras would allow a 2nd Throne to activate (since it negates activation, and throne says you can only activate one per turn) while ilia wouldn't since throne was successfully activated. This is about "activate" vs "use". Hope these help

Nah that ruling has to be fake, you place the spell card on field to activate it. It being negated shouldn't matter at all.
