An oven in the attic? Why not!! Guys, as usual, please remember to press the like button under the video to support the channel, doesn't cost anything but really helps the channel to grow :)
Wow, never thought of an oven in an attic before! Very quirky / funny! Definitely would keep it for that reason alone…!!! Great views, and lots of land. Wood paneling wouldn’t really be my first choice, but it does look in excellent shape. If purchaser doesn’t want it, I would guess that they’d have no problem selling it - some people do like it, and it would be ULTRA expensive to do anything like that today! Love the space, and like your viewer MrSpeenBoy posted, I’d install a lot of solar. (I’d install it on the ground for ease in keeping it cleaned and maintained.) The garage building would become a shop. Keep ‘em coming, friend Rino! Great job, as always!!!
The attic oven is a new one on me! 😆But you know what? I'd keep it The 70s chalet look definitely has to go, should be a pretty simple job with a crowbar It's definitely habitable, I would modernise the kitchen, but it's usable as is. With the "worst" room, so long as the water damage isn't terminal, and the uncovered stone/concrete isn't crumbling, there's really no problem other than decorating/updating. The bathrooms are all nice, maybe a glass panel or shower curtain here and there. Really, new kitchen and double glazing throughout are the only big ticket items here Other than that, I'd put a ton of solar panels up and run the house electrics off inverter(s) I'm guessing the concrete/stone structure with the manhole cover on it at the back of the property is a well? If so, and it's still got water in it, I'd maybe look into using it for irrigation, and maybe set up a vegetable/fruit garden on a small part of the land - you've got a perfect growing environment for oranges, lemons, tomatoes, peppers, onions etc. you could even run the irrigation system automatically using internet of things sensors and single board computers (e.g. Arduino, ESP32 etc.)
wow, that is a proper feedback, full of ideas, just what we need! And of course the oven would stay, to quirky to go!! Interesting the idea of the arduino integration!

It pretty cute , the wooden paneling is nice . Land gorgeous!
Grazie Rino. Mi piaciono questi tipi di grandi case di campagna che offrono un sacco di spazio.
Anche a me è piaciuta molto, e che terreno!!
Great possibilities with this property... Stunning views including olive trees... Thanks for this taste of Abruzzo!

Thanks for the message! Given the land available and the exposition, solar panels would do wonders there! Thanks for the compliments :)
The house can hold a nice large family.
Definitely, it's massive!
Untouched land and house! !!

The High-Voltage power lines can be a huge health hazard, internet and wireless phone issue.. You're avoiding to show them, it seems. ;)
The video is old but I think I have filmed those? Also, the first thing we tell the potential buyers is about those.
@@OneStopAbruzzoThank you for the prompt reply. We enjoy watching your videos from Reno, Nevada. Keep it up and Good Luck!
Thanks for the support!!
Don’t like the giant electricity pylon 20m from the front door.
Yeah, not the best, however it's 70 meters :) Just measured it on google earth, so not necessarily close, but still not the best, I agree.
Hi rino . How many sqm? Becouse from here to there we can not understand!
Hi Gabriela, for all the details please email the agent at info@vignaverde.com
Why did I get the feeling that this place kinda “ Creeps you out” ? 😂 You seemed to end this one quickly 🤔
ahaha? Not really! Maybe I rushed things without even realizing it!
😂
