I teach high school. I've suggested this to a couple kids as a outside of class. I would LOVE to show it to all my classes, but I'm not sure what would happen if my principal walked in (something that happens frequently at our school). I did have one student come back and say "You should show this to the whole class." I've been wanting to, but so far, I've been apolitical in class. I may have the guts this year to do it. I would call it an "anti-racist lesson" if I was questioned about it and spin the leftist verbage back at 'em.

I really don't think this should be considered conservative. The fact that it is is kind of sad. This is progressive in it's most pure form.
The goal is progressist, but the policy this video endorses is conservative. Progressists think that affirmative action is at least necessary to correct the bias in the first selection of resumes by employers and HR specialists, so that they examine every one of them, no matter how dark the picture on the top is, and THEN every personality, values and ability, can be honestly scrutinized.
The conservative approach here acknowledges collective bias but the speakers only call for the individual responsibility of the employers.

The content of this video is excellent! I'd really like to see an updated, modern version. Not "modern", but with new cameras, lighting, sound, "wardrobes", and overall production quality.
I'm sure this was standard fare for the 90s, but it's such a good video, I'd love to see it appeal to more people with an update.
Perhaps use Will Witt and Amala Ekpunobi in the new version, as they're both quite good looking young adults.
