    I have been intermittent fasting for past 4 months now.. When I started off I used to eat eggs and avocado.. But after 1 month I stopped that also.. Now on pure veg Indian diet and not at all having any cravings.. I lost little over 20 pounds so far.. I don't 'loose more than 1 pound a week this maybe because I eat a very balanced south Indian meal.. Consisting of rice, bhaji, ghee, sambar or pulusu, daal, pickle, grated cucumber and curd. I only eat breakfast and lunch.. It's call 2 meal a day or 2mad way.. breakfast at 8/9 am lunch at 2 or 3 pm. Stopped. Earing dinner, non veg, milk, sugar and bread ( I thought I could never do this.. It's been 4 months and i don't miss it! I have reversed my hormonal issues, pms problems, Brain fog and feeling sudden lows. Best thing is how this diet targets belly fat! No I don't go to gym or do crunches. I only walk daily! If I can do it any one can..try it and Enjoy the healing effects.. God bless!

    Mam, I have few questions on this intermittent fasting because I tried for week then I ran into severe sinus issue..I will tell you what I did.. 1) I kept my eating window from 1pm to 8 pm
    2) I used to have coffee with sugar on empty stomach because it kills my hunger until I start eating
    3) in the eating window.. I had snacks as usual in my tea time but with no sugar...
    I never understand what made the sinus to trigger high.. because I have sinus from past ten years and I never faced like this much pain ..so I stopped fasting...

    Madam..intermittent fasting lo can we eat curd and have green tea with honey and lemon. If we go for 14/10 in between can we eat 2 times and have green tea or butter milk in between the eating hours. Please suggest.

      The problem is I'm looking like male from back look means my upper body is very large my shoulder s and arm back shoulder, my lower body is very thin than my upper body. . if even I workout I loss my wait in lower body than my upper body.. n have no side butta also.. y m saying this about my side buts is very important for every girl if in case no shame n no male version if I'm very thick with perfect shape.. but can you give me any suggestions for body shape. Bcs observe many girls most are very thick but looks like a girl.. n more ever fat is grown on my face than my body.. how I reduce.. please suggest.. my I choose which workout like yoga, gym , any suggestions please help me out..

    Hello.. I know you are coming up with more videos but in the mean time.. I have questions on intermittent fasting.. during the fast period can we take fruits or is it just water.. I usually fast between 7 am to 7 pm once in a week and will have fruits during lunch time. If we shouldnt eat anything during this fast time how can we overcome the hunger .. please suggest... What to eat during and after breaking the fast and ideal time for fasting..

      I followed intermittent fasting 10o clock mrng ki vegetable juice, 1clock ki lunch vegetables with chickpea, 4any fruit juice or coconut water, 6one roti with omelette, or chicken n dryfruits with buttermilk and one hour exercise I never cheated in my diet now I reached my ideal weight of 56

      stoppp everything above 5 cal, where milk is 149 cal..... so milk should be taken in last minute of ur feeding interval
