      Hello, @Hetviyadav16! 100 calories are burned off in 15 minutes. Your present weight, height, age, gender, and metabolism all affect how many calories you burn.     well sorry guys i couldn’t do day three of trying to do all of robertas work outs but i will make sure to do day three and day for tmr sorry but its ok to take breaks right and i was also working on a project so at least i have a reason 😊

It depends on your weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and the effort you put into your workouts. Some notice changes in just a week, while others may take 3-4 weeks or longer. Consistency is important, and so is your diet-cutting down on grains, sugar, and junk food can help a lot. Keep at it, and best of luck with your fitness goals! 💪
