Hi, guys! Great update! He is adorable. Looks like he is adjusting really well. That is nice that him and Bella are getting along. They look adorable next to each other. You guys are doing a great job. The breeder sounds like a really good one. That is wonderful she spent so much time with the puppies. Fantastic share dear friend. Happy Monday. Many blessings to you. Have a beautiful day sweetie.🥰❤️❤️🌻🌻🌞
Thank you, we think he is pretty cute! We are really relieved that Bella is doing so well with him, they are fast becoming buddies! Thanks as always for watching, Michelle!💕🤗
You guys are doing great with training!!! I’ve got a now, 10 month old, 95 lb GSD & a 9 year old 10 lb Pom. What a combo. They get a long but they don’t. The GSD is huge and extremely playful where as my Pom has been just laid back and chillin his whole life so he is not with that playing and being rambunctious like she is.
Hi Tonya, sorry it took so long to respond, your comment went to my spam folder for some reason🤷♀️ That is a combo! I grew up with GSDs and love them, they are full of energy! Your Pom being chill probably doesn't know what to do with her! Thanks for watching!
Rocky is the cutest. Oh no! He got scared? Poor thing. 😦 Looks like you guys know how to correct that. That's good. The week by week training is something that would appeal to us too. Glad that Bella is getting used to him too.
Ur a great fur baby mommy awww thanks for sharing have a bless night sister prayers and peace hugs 💓🤗 love u sis 💓 awww are fur babys got all happy to get a new fur baby ")
We had to transfer from a kennel for our cats to a room, becuase the new cat is taking longer to transition to being around other animals that aren't trying to attack him. Professor Tushi is trying to teach him to play though.
I think it is always an adjustment for animals when a new one comes in. I'm just glad Bella accepted Rocky fairly quickly because I didn't think she would. I hope your new cat gets accepted soon, that's good Tushi is trying to play with him! Thanks for watching, Vara!
Aww Rocky was the name of my very large beautiful German Shepherd I had back in the 80's. Boy do I miss that dog he was special back in the days before the bread declined to where it is now.
Do you all know if you breeder had done any early training with sounds and things in the first 8 weeks? Wondering it the fear of the noises and other dogs barking was an issue even after early sound training?
That is a great question and yes, he had that issue regardless of early training but he came out of it quickly. She does a lot of early training with her pups as far as exposure to different things. She also doesn't let them go to their homes until 10 weeks because she wants them to get through their first fear period (which typically happens before 10 weeks) before being placed.
Hi, At 11 weeks your pup does not have all his shots correct? You don’t fear taking him outside and risking parvo? Just curious cause I just got my corso and want to start early socialization skills. Awesome pop
Hi Julian, he hasn't had all of his shots, no. Yes, I am concerned about the risk of parvo so I try and be really careful where I take him and avoid places with a lot of dogs. There is always going to be some risk though, every time I take him out of the house. That being said, I feel so strongly about the importance of early socialization, especially with breeds like this, that I think the reward outweighs the risk. I have been pretty paranoid though and will feel a lot better when he is through with his shots! Congrats on your Corso, they are awesome dogs!
I think it is beneficial as far as preventing ear issues such as infections. Floppy ears are more prone to ear infections since they trap moisture. Our dog's breeder has a list of reasons she does it but I think it is definitely a personal choice for people. I'm not for or against it, myself. But definitely the younger the dog is, the better.
So where is mention of the trainer they will hire for a Cane Corso puppy? An amateur with NO ability or skills to handle a dog will fail. A Cane Corso is NOT a regular dog... it is a protection dog breed and powerful and bred to guard and use its teeth. The dog will be abandoned in a shelter and destroyed AFTER it damages another animal or person by the owners, if typical 'no-training' is chosen. And it IS a choice.
Where do you get the idea that no training is being done?? We work with our dog daily and he is very well socialized and well behaved. We are also in constant contact with his breeder and utilize her help and advice when questions arise. Large protection breeds do take extra work, that is for sure. We are doing that work and it shows in our now 9 month old dog. He will not be going to a shelter anytime soon, thank you. And there is no reason to require a trainer unless you don't know what you are doing or are too lazy to put in the work.
Awe he's beautiful. The babies are always so quiet and just observing and learning.
Thank you😊🐶

Appears to be a very smart dog, I like this breed. Best of luck.

Here is his one year update. ua-cam.com/video/rky-qAWzcDA/v-deo.html

What a good listener!! Is bella jealous??
Hi Hayley, I think Bella was a little bit jealous at first but she got over it pretty quick!
my pup is 9 weeks and hes half that size WOW! you got yourself a big dawg
He is a big boy! Lol He is now 130 pounds.
@@AliciaLynnYT OH MY! WOW
Our cat Mushi is sitting on my lap watching with me, and I think he thinks Rocky is a really big manx cat lol.
😂He does have a feline look to him at times!
He is a people person dog he love being with people 😊
Hi Sandra! He does love people!🐶
when did you crop his ears?
We didn't crop his ears, they were cropped at about 6 weeks by the breeder. She crops all her puppies ears.
Ahh gotcha. Have you found it beneficial for your dog? I'm trying to decide before mine is too old.
I have a quick question how much do you feed your 11 week puppy ?
15 oz, divided into 3 meals. That is what we feed up to 12 weeks of age.
@@AliciaLynnYT thank you 👍👍👍
Where did you get him he’s thick!!
He is a thick boy! I don't put his breeder's info on here but feel free to email or DM me if you want more info!

Awww so adorable ") who's idea was it to get a new fur baby ?
Hi sis, both of us. We have been working on getting one for a little over a year now and it finally worked out!
Any puppy is afraid of barking it’s a natural thing. He will grow out of it.
Thanks, he already has for the most part!
He is adorable
We think he is pretty cute😊🐶
Nice what treats do you give Rocky hes Beautiful
We give him a lot of different treats but one of his favorites is chicken jerky. Thank you!
I 💕 the video...so Amazing
Thank you so much Nia 😀
My cane corso gets busy baby
The only dislikes are from a cat and a squirrel.
Love it Beth!!😂🤣
Nah… I actually dislike because they cropped ears for “looks” alone.
Hi rocky so cute
Thank you, Beth!
Hi Bella ,
Bella says hi🐶💛
He’s beautiful
