Sometimes I need to skip around if I am looking for something specific, or if I am coming back to a video and have to remember where the advice I needed is. I think that would be really helpful for people! Thank you!

Ive been watching your videos and it has motivated me to move forward with my business. This video hit home. I tend to over think things at times. Paralysis by analysis. I will start my LLC for my catering business, however, i want to include my catering to content creation. Should those be 2 seperate LLC, or 1 LLC with a dba for the other? Thanks in advance. I am a mom and wife and I’m with my kids during the day, working part time at night, and I’m working on my first children’s book. We are going to be building this business while I’m still working part time until it takes off. This is the grind but we want this and believe in it. I appreciate your videos so so much. Does anyone know if I submit my trademark application and submit an intent to use, does that protect the company name until the gov reviews my application? I hate to wait until they review internet since they are like 8 months behind 😅
It does not protect the name because someone can use it under common law even if your trademark is pending because pending does not grand any protection but it does make it so nobody can register you ITU mark while your mark is pending from my understanding. Not legal advice definitely not a lawyer lol I hope it all goes well
Accountant sent invoice for form 2553 preparation fee. It is billed to my personal name. Is that okay? Shouldn't it be billed to LLC or does it not matter? They are saying it does not matter...
So... You need a job to build a business... Fine. What if you can't find work and/or aren't really in the physical shape to handle standing in place for 8 hours flipping hamburgers?

I would probably work on your mindset or go back to school to develop a skill that will allow you to do something other than flipping burgers.
