I love listening to the podcast, it's a great way to keep in touch with tennis all year round and feeling ready for Wimbledon. I hope Andy gets a good moment to retire but hoping he's really safe to do it. He's an irreplaceable icon in our sport, the talent, integrity and incredible tenacity have made such a mark ❤
Hi guys, the volume on these first live episodes is REALLY LOW on Spotify.. I have to put it on max volume and whenever anything else on my phone comes on, my ears get destroyed.
Love your show! It’s awesome. Thanks for bringing to life my favorite sport and making those who aren’t onsite for Wimbledon or all the other slams feel part of it. Love your insights and perspectives and the collaboration between your trio! It’s a highlight of my day during the slams!
I love Andy's dedication to the sport. He needs closure and so do we, anyone who has been through Andys journey since the beginning or at least since that shot against Gasquet knows that it's hard for Andy to say goodbye to Tennis and hard for Tennis to say goodbye to Andy x P.s. that tournament director is proper politician he said a lot but actually he said absolutely nothing, it's a skil!
I’m gonna be gutted if they move qualifying on site from Roehampton. I study at Roehampton university and I’m part of the tennis team that train on the hard courts at the qualifying centre and I always feel so special when I walk along the pathway past the grass courts. Don’t take that away from me 🤣🤣🤣
@@tennissir1986 dude if you couldn’t tell by the laughing emojis at the end, I wasn’t being serious. Don’t read too much into things, stop being toxic.
Pleaseeee you are eating his words. It is like hearing an addict “ I quit tomorrow ” 😂 Andy Murray’s relentless need to keep playing tennis despite his ongoing physical struggles and lack of recent success can be seen as almost addictive behavior. It’s as if he’s unable to step away from the game, even when it might be in his best interest to do so. His insistence on competing in grand slams despite clear physical limitations suggests a deep, perhaps troubling, attachment to the sport. Maybe it’s time to consider a form of “Tennis Rehab” to help him break this cycle. 😂
No gauff will lose tomorrow, Emma is so much better than when they last played and gauff's 3 itf matches at Wimbledon haven't prepared her to play a real match
People forget that formerly great players like Andy Muarry may choose not to retire because they’re still earning millions in endorsement money. Why else is Venus Williams ranked 516 still paying for travel and coaches and rehab and continuing to embarrass herself. In team sports - if you’re cut and not rehired by another team - you’re retired.
Every sport is different but a better comparison for tennis is golf or boxing as individual sports, they will give you fights or wildcards respectively if it brings extra eyes. Tiger woods could play on the pga tour til he's 90 and people will still watch him and tournaments will still give him entry
@@colinwilcox3437 Bottom line - as long as events allow Andy Muarry and Venus Williams to play - sponsors will throw them big money and they will show up until it gets very embarrassing.
If none of u can criticize this ridiculous Andy Murray situation u shouldn’t have a show. He’s had many, many moments of recognition of his career, including at Wimbledon. Potentially turning up injured again as he did last match makes a mockery of the game. Playing doubles w/o even practicing does the same. If not for endless wildcards his career would already be over. Any comeback was artificial in that sense as he would have never survived qualies & didn’t do well when he tried.

Listening to these guys you would think Jannik Sinner didn't even exist.
Look forward to your commentaries 👍
Awesome! 👍
Would be nice if you looked @ the camera when you say hello and thx to the ‘shout outs’, just a suggestion 😀
Tuned in to make sure you make fun of at least one player. Go Sara Errani.
Wimbledon curfew 👏🏼
Funny 🧸!! ❤️ 👏🏼

Catherine looks gorgeous with her sleeves rolled up
One thing you should ask any guest in charge at Wimbledon, is why the men's final is always last?
Why does it matter ?
Because it's the grandest event to finish with
damn....catherine looking magnificent 😍
She looks fabulous, whatever she is doing keep it up😊

So...first 50 minutes only about British players!
Grass! Grass in Berlin is different so taking into account the results in Berlin makes no sense. And Gauff will lose against Keys.

I guess if you’re a Brit - it’s ok to be delusional about Raducanu.
Better Andy can play with his grandchildren one day than Wimbledon singles this week. No sensation in leg? Hmmm
