For devoted aps-c video shooters, you probably have a gimbal already to obtain those buttery smooth, stabile shots. If no gimbal, it's a an upgrade definately worth considering. Although not evident in the side by side comparisons some of these shots look sharper than what I can get off my Tamron 17-70 wide open. It’s really amazing what Sigma did here for the price. Thanks for the great review.
Look careful at the pictures and you will see where the focal plane is on the wonderful model. In one shot, the wife's nose tip is in focus, in the other pix from the competing lens, the nose is a little out and the focal plane is closer to the eyes. So, I conclude that these are all incredible lens. I'm going to get the Sigma for my son's camera as he doesn't have a zoom in this focal length range. I am so stoked. I'd get one but I have the 18-105mm zoom and it does fine for me and I love the internal zoom feature. But...if I didn't, the Sigma would be in my inventory. Long Live ASP-C cameras. I absolutely love my a6600.
Thank you for making this lens! Could you please make a super light wide zoom f2.8 too? Even if starts at 14mm will give almost 20mm fullframe which is so useful
Lens arrived today. Slapped it on my a6600 and fired off some sample photos. It's tiny, tight and beautiful. It also produces very sharp pictures. My son is going to love using this lens with hopes of getting many close ups and videos of my grandson driving him crazy.
Finally! (😁 ) I made my choice between Sony 16-55mm or Sigma 18-50mm Last week, I order the the Sony 15-55mm for my Sony A6000 (I did mind to pay for the best quality lenses) I wait a week without any news. So I cancel my order to switch to this Sigma for many positive point: The price is $$$ vs $$$$ for Sony, Because I don't do video at all, I have no need to pay for steady F2.8 , the Sigma is much lighter, the quality is only a touch higher on Sony. But, I will miss the focus manual/automatic button (I do have it on my Sony 18-135mm. Great range) Another very positive difference for me is all Sigma lenses have 7 years guaranty in CANADA! 😁 // Thanks Arthur.
Sigma to the rescue once more! I have to pull the trigger on that one! Was looking forward to a lens like this. I have a few primes but they are driving me nuts while travelling. This is perfect!
Dude, I've been watching your videos for a really long time and would like to thank you for being consistent with APSC lenses. I wouldn't of known about this release if it wasn't for your channel. Keep it up!
The Tamron seems to me to be very competitive. Its price increase seems to me to be well justified by the addition of the optical stabilization and the little extra tele. I can see these two holding their grounds. The Sony one though, quite a jump in price. Thanks for the review!
I currently have the Sony 18-105 4.0 and the Sigma 16mm 1.4. I wanted to watch out for getting the trio together, but this lens really makes me reconsider everything
travelling with a Sigma 16, Sony 35/50/55-210 is such a major hassle to switch lenses. i sold all my gear and can't decide yet if i go FF or still APS-C, but if i have to choose APS-C i am going with either the Tamron or this Sigma
I would definitely be in the market for the Sigma for my 6100 but just bought the Tamron . I absolutely love the Tamron and think I would miss the extra 20mm. I know it is bigger but seems to be about the perfect carry range. I am selling my Sigma 30mm and Sony 50mm. Keeping the Sigma 16mm because it is just awesome and I so some astro with it. Love your channel.
Perhaps a strange comparison would be with the Sony 18-135. About the same price and about the same weight. The Sigma gives us a brighter lens (but I’m curious about better quality when at f-stops the two lenses share), and the Sony gives us longer reach.
I would actually like this review too. I have the 18-135 and used it a lot when backpacking (2 years around the world). Now I don't plan to use it traveling as much and perhaps more family picture taking. I have the 12mm Rokinon and the 30mm F1.4. Thinking about swapping my 18-135 for this Sigma 18-50 but want to make sure overall quality is better for the 50-135 I'll loose. I have found the Sony 18-135 a step up from the kit but find it overall a NOT sharp lens and don't enjoy using it. Any insights would be helpful. Cheers. SB
@@scottiebumich for traveling the 18-105 is far better, no questions asked. Covers every focal range. The OSS is super steady (sigma doesn’t have it) and the autofocus is far faster as it’s a native lense. The sigma is the sharper lense but for travel or grab and go shooting, you will be disappointed when you lose the 50-105. If you only had enough money for a single lense, I’d choose the 18-105 over any other lense just because of the versatility.
For me 18 instead of 16 make a difference, 50 instead of 55 does not matter. For the price and size it is fantastic. It is so many lenses for Sony APS-C now, the problem is that Sony don't give us new bodies. a6600 have a mediocre EVF, a bad screen and a lot of rolling shutter, and with those weaknesses it is still rather expensive.
This looks terrific! I have the sigma trio, but for travel I usually carry the Sony 18-105 and only one of the primes. Now, if Sigma would release a relatively compact telephoto zoom to be paired with this lens, that would be perfect! Also, congrats to the whole family!
Dang. I’ve been planning on upgrading my A6000 to A6400 after buying the Tamron 17-70. Now I can get the Sigma and A6600 for roughly the same money! Congrats on the new addition!
Do you still have the 18-105? If so, could you please compare that? I know a lot of people (myself included) who already own the 18-105 contemplating getting this Sigma. The 18-105 has OS, power zoom, and of course the extra reach, but if the photos using the 18-50 range are better, I’d take that unless I really want to shoot video.
10:51 That's exactly me when I saw the price first! Wish it had focus hold button like the sigma 28-70 f2.8 but we'll I'm still so happy with this lens and I think it will sell like hell! Kudos to sigma
Looks like a very nice lens. But I'd choose the Tamron over it again, not so much because of the bit more wideangle but the 20mm more tele. Not to forget the excellent image stabilization. But it's very good to see that Sigma is still producing new stuff for APS-C. Love their primes. Hopefully they make a f2.8 tele zoom for APS-C as well.
It's funny, normally I would complain about 18mm not being wide enough as well, but the Sigma is so much physically shorter than the Sony and Tamron equivalents, I bet the 18mm appears wider than one would expect, simply due to the fact that the end of the lens is farther away from the subject. Well done Sigma! Also nice reveal at 7:05 Arthur 😉 Wishing you guys the best.
I've been thinking about getting the Tamron lens for a while, but its price was preventing me. But this lens looks like it is exactly what I wanted, price included. Thanks Arthur for an exciting video!!
I already own both 30 and 56 mm. I was considering purchasing the 16 mm but this came out and made me reconsider. Today I just put my hands on a perfectly looking 16 mm for 250€. Frankly if I didn’t find this opportunity I would have just gone with this new lens. I am still going to purchase it nevertheless because of its compactness and because it will turn out perfect for family holidays abroad. I might always sell back the 30 and 16 mm afterwards if I am feeling like it but there’s no way I will ever get rid of my 56 mm. I love it too much and it basically turned my into a Sigma fanboy.
Recently got the Tamron, but would have gotten this instead. It's half the size. Tamron is amazing with VR - but just too dang big. This is basically the alternate kit lens that people ought to get with their a6 series. They should make a slightly larger version with VR, would pay money for that.
I have Sigma 56 & 16 (both f1.4), and was thinking of selling off the 16 in favour of this lens as I realised I hardly use it at f1.4 anyway and the versatility of the zoom is too important. The images you posted were sharp af. I think you just managed to convince me to consider this lens, though I had my heart set on the Tamron 17-70 aswell.
Great review. I just bought this for my a6300 and I agree totally with your recommendation. Portability/lightweight for hiking and skiing is a major consideration for my own use (I'm fed up of carrying a huge DSLR up mountains!) This lens is perfect for this and daily walk around use. The compromises on zoom range and lack of OS are totally offset by the low price. Stabilization is also less relevant at wide aperture and at the shorter focal lengths so I don't miss it. The lens is elegantly simple, small and produces stunning images. What's not to like?
Due in part to Arthur's reviews, 4 years ago I purchased a Sony a6000 and the Sigma 16mm f/1.4 lens as an upgrade to using a phone camera for an upcoming road trip here in the PNW, and that setup has been great. Then two weeks ago I took advantage of a killer price on an a6600 (
Congratulations on the baby!!! Happy for you guys. Arthur, I’ve been following since you did the review on the a6000, which lead me to buy it and get into photography. I just wanna say, thank you and god bless! You’re an inspiration 🙌
I'm getting this lens!...Update 2022: I got it and I'm so happy I bought it, is small but powerful, great value and is my go go lens for everyday situation.
This is like the single greatest channel for Sony camera content. Recently picked up an a6300 after binging a bunch of the buying guides, and the lens reviews/comparisons are always great.
I am not happy with my Sony 16-55, because of its size and weight, I cannot use the A6500’s built-in flash, and I find that the jpegs are a bit flat, with just average saturation and contrast. I do love the colors and contrast on my Sigma 30mm F1.4. So, how would you compare the colors and contrast on the new 18-50 to the Sigma prime trio? Is the new lens small enough to allow the pop up flash on the Sony bodies to work without a shadow? Thank you for the helpful review.
Congrats to the growing family! Thanks for this review. Sigma seems to have done a great job. The price is just awesome. If this is going to drop its price over the years, no one will use the kit lens anymore...
Thanks for a great first take on this lens. I hope a 3-way comparison with the Tamron 17-70 and Sony 16-55 is in the near future. At the end of your review of the Tamron 17-70 you suggested selling everything and buying that lens. Has this lens changed your mind?
The Tamron is great, I cant describe it in any better way other than this Sigma feels more special. And its less money, smaller, and optically a touch better so far in my comparisons.
@@DanOehlsen I would love to see this comparison. Especially with the Sony 16-55. I am really impressed about the sharpness of this lense compared with the Sigma 3. This would be my first choice but the price is not from this world. On the other hand it becomes cheaper maybe because of Sigmas new competitor. In Europe you can get it with Sonys winter cashback for about 900€ Btw.: Just found this comparison between the three: ua-cam.com/video/ObH5uqmRwH4/v-deo.html
Is this finally worth upgrading from the Kit lens to? I was about to buy the Sony G F4 zoom lens till I saw your comparison with the kit lens and there was really no point buying it, so I ended up buying the Sigma 16mm F1.4 (which I'm super happy with).... Now I'm thinking when this is available at a slightly lower price second hand next year I should get it to replace my kit zoom lens....
I also bought the Sony 35f1.8 and the Sigma 16f1.4 instead of one of these expensive Zoom lenses. Especially because the Sony is not stabilized and the Tamron is so large. I now really consider buying this lens to be more flexible with a better performance than with the kit lens. My only doubt is the missing stabilisation on a a6400. If i want to be flexible with a zoom, than it would be nice to be able to film some usable footage...
@@markusschewe2350 I’m using an a6500 so luckily I’m ok with stabilisation… the thing I’m worried about is if it’s really that much better than the kit lens. In so many comparisons the kit lens performs equally to so many really expensive lenses so other than the constant aperture it’s hardly worth buying. I’m shopping video mainly too…
@@Scotian280 the only expensive lens where I remember a review saying that it is merely better than the kit is the zeiss 1670. Especially at the 50mm end the sigma is surely way better than the kit with f2.8 vs f5.6. And apart from aperture I am pretty sure that the quality of the images will be better, too. I will wait for some indepth reviews nonetheless.
Could we get the equivalent for the Sony 18-100mm f/4 G? I.e. something almost half as light for a smaller price maybe even with better optical properties?
Hey Arthur, you are by far the best Sony APS-C reviewer on UA-cam. Thank you for your clear assessments, I always make sure to watch your videos before making my decisions on gear!
I was hoping for a 1.8 from sigma. their 18-35 1.8 dslr one was amazing. I was hoping they bring it back for mirrorles. I still hope, they will be able to do it. Even for double the price of this. Even if being that big and heavy like the tamron. but be it a 18-50 1.8.
Given that this lens is actually Sigma's first ever 2.8 zoom for native mirrorless aps-c, if this lens is proven popular Sigma might design the new 18-35 1.8 DC DN in the future. I myself would prefer Sigma to design 16-30mm 1.8 instead.
While specification wise it's not in the same league but usage wise at least for a part of its range the Sony 18-135 competes with this. Sony pricing too is close to this. The Sony 18-135 performs much beyond what's expected from it so I am interested to know how far behind it is compared to this sigma. Please do include it when you are doing a detailed comparison.
agreed. Just bought the 18-135 (its the same for the 18-105) and would like to see if this makes a nice addition or if I should go for the Sigma Prime.
Just bought the Tamron but this seems like a better travel lens, I do like the VC on the Tamron though since I’m on an a6400. So now I’m considering if I want to bite the bullet and get this lens as well for days when I don’t want such a chunky lens like the Tamron. Hmmm
Before Tamron gave us an APS-C lens I tested the 28-75 as Full-Frame on my A6400. I was just disappointed with the lens. Quality was okay for the price but damn - Missing OSS is just a Pain. If you're not living in the bahamas with Bright sunlight all day long you will miss OSS. It's not that I can't take pictures without it - I know the rules and how to use it unstabilized. Rocked a 50mm Minolta for a year. But it's just frustrating when you have to really work hard for pictures when you know that there is a better solution for it.
The dramatisation made this video for me. 😆😆 Thanks for your reviews; I’ve bought a a6100 and the sigma 30 in the last two weeks 👍👍 as a result of watching them.
The fact that you got so excited with with the Sony G and took the lens with you to the trip & then with the stabilized Tamron came and you were really excited about the value. Now, when this Sigma compact came along you are so impressed and excited, tells us that this is a really really awesome lense!
All these f2.8 standard-zoom lenses never really appealed to me. Until now. Most of the time, these lenses are monster things. Sure, they're probably good optics, but I'd rather just bring a prime and zoom with my feet, plus get an even faster aperture. But this is actually tempting because it's kit-lens-small yet f2.8 fast. If they ever make one for Fuji, I'll probably buy one really quick.
Awesome review..if you have SONY a6600 IBIS, which one u wish to buy? Tamron 17-70mm or Sigma 18-55mm? Not so important about focal length difference..
Kinda wish it was a bit wider at the low end, 16-50 would be the perfect affordable step up from the 16-50 kit lens. 18 is just a bit too wide for vlogging to me personally
@@EinzMY Yeah I guess, but everything I do is between 16 and 50 mil. It’s only 2mm from being able to be the only lens in my kit, but because it’s not that bit wider, it’s no longer a do everything lens. When it could be, for a lot of people. Especially if it was a 15-50 instead of 16
I was a bit worried when I saw these reviews popping up on this lens, since I recently went for the Tamron 17-70 and so far I have to say, that I am still happy with my decision. Not having any vibration control on the Sigma is a bigger deal on my non-stabilized 6100, the Tamron does have a larger zoom range and in the more technical reviews the Sigma did not perform quite as well as the Tamron (especially in LoCA, slightly in sharpness). The Sigma is a great lens for the price / size, but I think I'd personally still go with the Tamron.
I recently went for the tamron as well, and oh boy, after 2 years of shooting with non-stabilized lenses I don't think I am ever going back. Hope sony makes OSS a default for future APSC bodies.
Great lens, this will be a huge step for Sony APS-C. Nevertheless I will keep my Sony 16-55 because for me it makes a significant difference to have 16mm instead of 18. When using the lens for travel photography/ landscapes, you can't have enough wide angle.

If it had Image Stabilization at that price, it would be a no brainer…
@@SebiKoerner do you want it to also make french fries at that price? what else?
Sigma needs an apsc zoom trinity!
Lens arrived today. Slapped it on my a6600 and fired off some sample photos. It's tiny, tight and beautiful. It also produces very sharp pictures. My son is going to love using this lens with hopes of getting many close ups and videos of my grandson driving him crazy.
Amazing image quality and colors!!! also CONGRATS ON THE NEW BABE ON THE WAY!!!!
Finally! (😁 ) I made my choice between Sony 16-55mm or Sigma 18-50mm
Last week, I order the the Sony 15-55mm for my Sony A6000 (I did mind to pay for the best quality lenses) I wait a week without any news.
Great range)
Another very positive difference for me is all Sigma lenses have 7 years guaranty in CANADA!
Keep it up!
I told myself I wasn’t going to buy any new lenses anytime soon, but I’m sold on this one
I’m on the same boat
travelling with a Sigma 16, Sony 35/50/55-210 is such a major hassle to switch lenses. i sold all my gear and can't decide yet if i go FF or still APS-C, but if i have to choose APS-C i am going with either the Tamron or this Sigma
Thank you for sharing your gear equipment, yeah i think to keep sigma 16mm f1.4 + tamron 17-70mm f2.8 will be perfect combo
Cheers. SB
@@scottiebumich i’m also looking for a new lens from my 18-135mm as i found it not that sharp but i didn’t know if that was just me
@@scottiebumich for traveling the 18-105 is far better, no questions asked.
@@kevinrodriguez9659 Thanks but it seems you didn't read either of our comments. We never mentioned the 18-105 in our comment.
The a6600 seems kinda heavy now too, seeing as the full frame a7C weighs about the same.
@@kane4013 I don't worry about the weight. a7C is a small camera with a bad screen and an EVF even worse than a6600.
Hoping they will announce new APSC on oct 21st
@@andreaslim1336 I am almost 100% sure they would not. If they don't release one by april next year I give up Sony APS-C.
@@kane4013 The big battery is a huge plus, though. I use to walk around with 5-6 of the a6500 batteries.
Thank you for the review. That nodding face in the ‘dramatisation’ part was top notch.. and congratulations on the good news.
Why not full frame
I'm putting this lens on a a6700. This is my first camera. I'm soooooo excited.
Do you still have the 18-105? If so, could you please compare that? I know a lot of people (myself included) who already own the 18-105 contemplating getting this Sigma.
The 18-105 has OS, power zoom, and of course the extra reach, but if the photos using the 18-50 range are better, I’d take that unless I really want to shoot video.
the shot at the 6:10 mark is gorgeous, the bokeh looks great for a f2.8
10:51 That's exactly me when I saw the price first! Wish it had focus hold button like the sigma 28-70 f2.8 but we'll I'm still so happy with this lens and I think it will sell like hell! Kudos to sigma
OMG! Congrats on Baby #2!!! (great lens thou)
Looks like a very nice lens. But I'd choose the Tamron over it again, not so much because of the bit more wideangle but the 20mm more tele. Not to forget the excellent image stabilization. But it's very good to see that Sigma is still producing new stuff for APS-C. Love their primes. Hopefully they make a f2.8 tele zoom for APS-C as well.
and ultrawide angle with stabalization
It's funny, normally I would complain about 18mm not being wide enough as well, but the Sigma is so much physically shorter than the Sony and Tamron equivalents, I bet the 18mm appears wider than one would expect, simply due to the fact that the end of the lens is farther away from the subject. Well done Sigma!
Also nice reveal at 7:05 Arthur 😉 Wishing you guys the best.
thats not how focal length works
Thanks for answering the question that I was about to ask😂
Recently got the Tamron, but would have gotten this instead. It's half the size. Tamron is amazing with VR - but just too dang big. This is basically the alternate kit lens that people ought to get with their a6 series. They should make a slightly larger version with VR, would pay money for that.
6:12 That overall rendition of background, foreground & person. I am sold on this lens. Its an interesting lens.
This lens is completly outstanding. Very compact, nicely priced and pretty sharp.
Is this lens at least 90% sharp as the TRIO (1.4 line-up, primes)?
Thanks.
That’s a really great news! Now it would be the right time for a 2.8 telephoto for APSC
Man you're killing it. Photos are awesome.
I do believe this will be my next lens purchase. Thanks for the review, the shots look amazing!
is this good for Product Photography?
I have Sigma 56 & 16 (both f1.4), and was thinking of selling off the 16 in favour of this lens as I realised I hardly use it at f1.4 anyway and the versatility of the zoom is too important. The images you posted were sharp af. I think you just managed to convince me to consider this lens, though I had my heart set on the Tamron 17-70 aswell.
In the end, which did you go with and why?
And now waiting for the Viltrox 13 1.4 vs the Sigma 16 1.4 in November! Counting on you! Thanks.
Congratulations on your second child!
Congratulations on your second baby!!!
Thank you!!
Wow. Definitely a game changer. Count me in for this one. Sony 16-55 NEVER at $1400
Due in part to Arthur's reviews, 4 years ago I purchased a Sony a6000 and the Sigma 16mm f/1.4 lens as an upgrade to using a phone camera for an upcoming road trip here in the PNW, and that setup has been great. Then two weeks ago I took advantage of a killer price on an a6600 (
Really looking forward to a comparison between Tamron and Sigma, does a6400 benefit a lot with the stabilization in Tamron when taking photos?
Congratulations on the upcoming addition to the family.
Sony 6400 with Sigma 18-50 + 56 f1.4 = great combo for travel
That would be awesome, I already have a6400 & 56mm. But I hope sigma release the ultrawide lens too
I just bought this lens because of your glowing review and seeing the test shots in your video.
I need to get that for my sony a6000 photoshoot behind the scenes :D!
Can’t wait!!!!
I'm getting one. Really wanted the Sony 16-55 but wasn't ready for its price tag.
Wow! I just mentioned wanting the Tamron 17-70mm and then this comes out!
This is like the single greatest channel for Sony camera content. Recently picked up an a6300 after binging a bunch of the buying guides, and the lens reviews/comparisons are always great.
That dramatization though lol... Love your reviews man... Keep it up. Helped me decide on getting the sigma 16mm
Great video, would love to see a comparison between the sony 16-55 f2.8 g vs the new sigma 18-50mm 2.8; to tell if spending more make a difference?
Congrat for the baby belly :-)
Tanks for that awesome video.
so sad that it so not 16mm 😞
Had one on order before even finishing this video. It just came in and so far it's outstanding
@@ArthurR Thanks for the reply. It's great to have so many choices for Sony APSC. Can we look forward to a 3-way comparison?
@@DanOehlsen I would love to see this comparison. Especially with the Sony 16-55. I am really impressed about the sharpness of this lense compared with the Sigma 3. This would be my first choice but the price is not from this world. On the other hand it becomes cheaper maybe because of Sigmas new competitor. In Europe you can get it with Sonys winter cashback for about 900€
Btw.: Just found this comparison between the three: ua-cam.com/video/ObH5uqmRwH4/v-deo.html
used the lens last week for a two days hike in a drizzling weather. it works fine, no water intrusion.
I’m shopping video mainly too…
@@Scotian280 did you mean 16-50 retractable?
@@Scotian280 the only expensive lens where I remember a review saying that it is merely better than the kit is the zeiss 1670. Especially at the 50mm end the sigma is surely way better than the kit with f2.8 vs f5.6. And apart from aperture I am pretty sure that the quality of the images will be better, too. I will wait for some indepth reviews nonetheless.
@@markusschewe2350 there was that video and then a video between the Sony G F4 and the Zeiss which showed very little difference in quality.
Hi Arthur,
Love your videos, for videography should I get this or the 18-105?
Could we get the equivalent for the Sony 18-100mm f/4 G? I.e. something almost half as light for a smaller price maybe even with better optical properties?
Hey Arthur, you are by far the best Sony APS-C reviewer on UA-cam. Thank you for your clear assessments, I always make sure to watch your videos before making my decisions on gear!
I was about to sell my 6400, then this happened...🥰😍🥰😍
Sigma should bring out more fast zooms for Sony Apsc systems...😍🥰
Great video! I'm excited because I only use primes, so I now motivated to try this lens! How does the sharpness compare with the 56mm F1.4?
This. This is what I really wish would happen
This is the one i've been waiting!! Nice video!!
The constant 2.8 will be the big advantage on the sigma. It looks a bit sharper than the sony as well.
@@coryjhoover it will be better is expected. How big is the gap and where all is it is the question
agreed. Just bought the 18-135 (its the same for the 18-105) and would like to see if this makes a nice addition or if I should go for the Sigma Prime.
@@Thraciel I have the exact same question. Could Authur compare these two?
I would like to see the Sigma 18-50 vs Sony 18-135 comparison. I have the 18-135 & Sigma 16 1.4 for travel, but the 18-50 could replace my 16.
Can you please compare this to sigma 56mm 1.4 ?
Just bought the Tamron but this seems like a better travel lens, I do like the VC on the Tamron though since I’m on an a6400. So now I’m considering if I want to bite the bullet and get this lens as well for days when I don’t want such a chunky lens like the Tamron. Hmmm
Same!! But I’mma grab this one to use with a gimbal
@@benuovir I've ordered Tamron yesterday and today this video pops-up... Hopefully I wont be dissapointed :)
for travel, more zoom is better
Before Tamron gave us an APS-C lens I tested the 28-75 as Full-Frame on my A6400.
I was just disappointed with the lens. Quality was okay for the price but damn - Missing OSS is just a Pain.
If you're not living in the bahamas with Bright sunlight all day long you will miss OSS.
It's not that I can't take pictures without it - I know the rules and how to use it unstabilized. Rocked a 50mm Minolta for a year. But it's just frustrating when you have to really work hard for pictures when you know that there is a better solution for it.

For vlogging u got to choose between the samyang 12mm F2 AF, tamron 11-17 2.8 and sigma 16mm 1.4.
@@EinzMY Yeah I guess, but everything I do is between 16 and 50 mil. It’s only 2mm from being able to be the only lens in my kit, but because it’s not that bit wider, it’s no longer a do everything lens. When it could be, for a lot of people. Especially if it was a 15-50 instead of 16
@@nerdsunscripted624 panasonic 20-50mm is the best kit lens, would love to see aps-c kit lens like that one
