    Thank you for this valuable conversation. As a survivor of gang rape, after being drugged by the man I thought loved me, I was 17, and he was much older. I can't talk further about it because things actually got worse. However I'm just blown away by Giselle and her bravery and how long she endured her torture, to come out and stand up to those vile predertators, what a courageous woman. May justice be the beginning of her healing.

    Totally agree. Consent is known. They just see others as non-humans and not valid. It's a lack of empathy, which is an issue in sooo many things, like war, capitalism etc

    and not a single men who did it, or was in the audience, ever reported this man. He was caught in real life because he committed another crime

    Thanks for this discussion. It helped me to articulate things I've been thinking about around rape and consent. I also appreciated the pushback against the idea that hook-up culture is a greater problem than longterm relationships.

    Do the math , what we have here is a very large group of unreasonable circumstances versus a single man willing to do his job , whats the difference ?

    Yes yes yes!!!
    We need to keep repeating this for our new generations.
    The best makeup is a physically and mentally healthy life. That has by far the biggest influence on our physical, mental well-being and also beauty

    Honestly, investing in our modern markets is so harmful. It's basically a gamble, where the house (market owners, which are the 1%) always wins. I wish that this was reverted to only basic stocks, without all the derivatives, and other shady ish

    Yeah nooo. Unsubbed immediately.
    This feels like watching an Andrew Tate video, only the genders have been swapped.

    • @bevs9995
      @bevs9995 День тому

      No it doesnt. Andrew Tate openly condones and promotes R-word and you know that. He also has millions of followers and a HUGE appeal to male audience. HUGE. Ive seldom seen any XY person condemn the likes of Andrew Tate -- and in fact, we seem to have more of an opposite issue. We have more dismissal. We have a Normalization.
      And now the discussions are here.

    The podcast was really engaging, and I fully condemn rape in every way. However, I found the guest's appearance a bit distracting given the seriousness of the topic. She looked very attractive, and her outfit emphasised that, which felt out of place for such a sensitive discussion. I think a more professional approach would have kept the focus on the important issues being addressed.

      If you're unable to focus on the topic is your problem. If you find women's outfits distracting, and you feel the urge to police women about how they appear in public and do their job, you're part of the problem with rape culture. Women can be professional regardless what they look, we don't care about you preaching.

    • @TanM-q7q
      @TanM-q7q 2 дні тому +1

      @/bossssss - Wow... So women you find attractive are not allowed to discuss serious topics and you will only pay attention to rape discussions if it's done by someone you deem unattractive. Sounds like a YOU problem... The lack of self awareness to leave a sexist comment like this on a video discussing rape culture.
