Super cute style, but the hardware doesn't seem to be the best quality. I did manage to fix the small tear in the leather finish, and may post a video about it.
I bought two bags from Strathberry - the Lana Osette and the nano tote. I returned both. Horrible quality! The edges were worn, the feet was rusty, one of the bag has a small tear on the side. I bought it during the sale and it’s suppose to be new but it looks like someone has used this bag before. Super annoying and won’t purchase from Strathberry anymore ☹️
I'm so glad you brought up the feet hardware issue! I own the tote and mini dome bags and even though I'm not one to place them on the ground (I usually place them on fabric surfaces) or even use them beyond a special occasion, I also noticed that chipping effect as well! I love Strathberry, their craftsmanship, and leather, but the feet, which should be durable, is a bit disappointing :(
I have the princess street purse which is just a zippered card holder, but some of the gold has already faded off showing the silver underneath. I've had it for 2 weeks now.
I bought a new lana osette bag but it has a small tear on the handle. How did you fix yours? I live overseas and shipping back to fix is just not feasible
When I got it, I checked the bag over pretty thoroughly and did not notice these issues so I don't believe that was the issue. I specifically remember the feet NOT having the tarnishing it does now.
@@sunshinefashionlove ohhh I have 3 Strath bags now coz I love the quality. I checked the feet in the mini Dome and mini tote after watching your video today, they're not tarnished, still in gold.

Yeah, that has put me off buying any more Strathberry... I did manage to fix the tiny leather crack, video coming soon!

Color matched Angelus Leather Paint and used a small foam swab Q-tip to apply to the little torn area.
My wife just received a brand new one. However the base was rusty and chipped. What kinda of qc do they have?? Super disappointed
That is such a disappointment! Did you purchase direct from Strathberry? Please update on on your customer service experience...
