I love the new editing so it’s easier to watch, thank you!!!
I been waiting for someone to say something lmao I spent so much time on it trying to make it a better experience
@@weirdguy805 No bro , You remeber the comments on Your reaction to 22 Jump Street ?
semetimes less edit is better!
Your old edits are easier to watch because we could see your reactions and movie scenes and your reaction simultaneously.
It makes no sense to only show scenes from the movie, what we want to see is your reaction.
Don't change the good things you have, don't try to copy other channels, your style is great.
Remember that the content you are creating is your reaction, the movie scenes are just a complement.
i'm not a hater i'm a old fan , i miss a lot of your reaction because are blocked :(
When I refer to your reaction I refer to your facial expressions, I feel that your editor only focuses on your comments and only shows those ''reactions'', I ask him to please not cut your reactions when you are not commenting, your facial expressions during The scenes are just as interesting as your comments.
It is totally unnecessary to show the scenes of the movie without the reaction.
This is constructive criticism.
@@sebastianandres8781time for a change man see how it works for a lil while and give the people something else to look at other than that lil small screen…. Plus all the reactors that get big viewers does it this way i can’t keep being stubborn I want to grow !!
it's significantly better, thanks for the update
It is implied that Russel's parents are divorced. His dad remarried to the person named Phyllis. He's too busy with his new family to be there for Russell sadly :(
The first ten minutes of this movie hit like a dump truck filled with dynamite... It is visual storytelling at its finest. Even in a reaction video, I still tear up....
Right?? My wife and I based out wedding theme on this movie
I can't remember if correct but I found this world in 1993 and this movie was first or top 5 at least that made me well up and cry (most movies even sad ones I struggle to cry to)
@@mlee6050this movie didn't come out anywhere near 93 so not sure what you are talking about. It came out Nov 2009
@@sunshinyday8648 I know, was on about born in 93 and this movie was at least in the first 5 that ever made me tear up
@my_randomology same ....
The beginning always gets me. No matter how many times I see it, I’m always in tears.
Same here! Even when I watch reaction channels react I cry 🥺
🤣🤣
The fact that the start of up makes people more emotional than whole films is still one of my favourite things, the whole film is great but the opening is masterful storytelling
Only someone without a soul doesn't cry in the first 10 minutes. I tear up just thinking about it.
4:50
They didn’t lose a kid, she found out she couldn’t have children.
I think they left the details of russels tough home life ambiguous on purpose so its more relatable to everyone. Also because its a kids movie. My personal opinion, is it contrasts how ellie couldn't have children. I think Russell's parents didn't want him or have problems with drugs. Its ironic and good writing because carl and ellie would've probably been good parents but the universe didn't allow for that.
I always took it as he remarried, that was Phyllis, and he was putting his new family above his own. Sadly many remarried parents do this
His mom is in the picture. She is at the end clapping for him. His dad left and is now with Phyllis.
4:55- The bit where they're in the hospital, they discovered Ellie can't have children. It's okay because Carl and Ellie have each other and their relationship IS the adventure.
9:24- What I love about this film it teaches people to let go. Carl tends to hold on the past and stay stuck where he is, but at the end he realizes that Ellie never wanted that for him. She wants him to keep having adventures and thanked him for the one he gave to her.
You didn't miss anything. Russel's dad is a selfish a-hole and didn't come to his wilderness badge ceremony. It seems his guardian (forget her name) was there though, so that's nice. I'm glad Russel ended up with a father figure in his life.
Nah i think that was his mom at the ceremony, just looked like him, 'Phyllis' is the fathers girlfriend (pixar wiki says so.. i thought his secretary first though).
Russell's dad is the main villain for real lol
The house they based the house on is in Seattle. I walked in front of it several times without knowing until it was pointed out to me. It’s in a district named Ballard. Most people don’t realize the treasure in front of them, but that’s nothing new.
All you missed is that Russell has a deadbeat dad and a crappy caregiver. His dad is one of those, “Oh, sure, I’ll come to that important thing, son,” kinda dads who say that to look like they care but never show up. He came to see him when it was convenient and couldn’t be bothered later. He was never coming to that meeting.
Karen seems nice though
@@samwallaceart288 Name a sentence that was never said in the history of mankind
@@lukesmith3356 Hey, not all Sams are supportive sidekicks. I would know I'm one of them.
@@lukesmith3356 Yeah, all Karen's throughout history have been horrible because people decided to quite literally ruin a whole-ass name within a few years cause they really wanted to make fun of middle-aged white women.
@@LadyBeyondTheWall I feel so bad for people who are actually named Karen lol.
There’s a quality drop off in Pixar once John Lassiter left. Once all you see are mostly sequels and spin-offs, that’s where they collapse
Amen. You are so right!
To this day I've nvr heard so many ppl crying in unison inside a movie theater lol it was an experience 😭💓
Watched this movie when I was young.. Definitely left good scars. The music at the beginning gets me everytime.
Carl and Ellie were so desperate for kids… and there’s Russell. Desperate for a dad… they both needed each other. Also 33:20 🤣🤣. $25.99 for the window cleaning Muntz 🤣.
Man, listen. I went to see this at a summer outside showing with my baby nephew and my sister, who had seen it before. I was NOT ready for the beginning of this movie. I loved it, though.
There is scene in Ratatouille, where you can see a shadow of Doug when Remy is running through different apartments in Paris
Great editing on this, and a fun reaction. My wife can't watch this movie without bawling her eyes out at the beginning and at his finding the note from Ellie.
I really like your commentary. It's always positive and uplifting. Big fan here!
Great reaction. Have you seen those “talking buttons” that people are getting to communicate with their pets? Maybe if you really want to talk with your dog (and have him talk back), you could get those? At least until talking collars are invented.
This one of the few movies that can consistently get me to cry.
" Your hair line's gone so it was ready . " LOL a sweet burn and quick with it too !
yup, the opening of this movie got to a lot of people, myself included.
Such a beautiful and touching story. One of the most emotional kids films. BTW...trust, we women have our ways in nature too, lol. Thanx darlin' take care, Peace
He said he's never pooped in the woods, even I have done that lmao
Lmao, Me too, have no prob ploppin' a squat in the woods.Ive always been an avid camper/nature type grl and learned many tricks. When u gotta go u gotta go. Take care, Peace@@sydneyice
Dang you’re hilarious 🤣. Idk it’s weird but I feel like you would be great at acting in a show. And I would watch it.
I absolutely love this movie, it's the kids and mines is favourite we bawl iur eyes out and laugh so hard too especially the doug leave Kevin alone 😂😂 great reaction Leo ❤
I've been waiting to watch your reaction cuz this movie really pulls on the heartstrings. It's such an amazing movie, and I loved your reaction.
9:46 OMG you kill me!! 😅😂🤣
Really enjoyed watching this with you!!!
Seen this so often by now and still cry every time she dies.
They come out swinging with this movie! Tears immediately 😅
16:10 ladies. If he wanted to, he would.
Just found ur channel and just wanted to say I love it. I needed a good laugh little nervous about starting my new job
good luck with the new job. You got this
It’s an extraordinary movie is _Up._ Peak Disney Pixar. It never got any better . . .
It’s hard not to tear up watching this. I’m loving these reactions so much, they get me through some really difficult days. Thank you for posting these, we can’t get enough of them!
Fun reaction vid and good editing! I laughed when you warned Carl about that thin air up there lol
The one thing that always bugged me about this movie is how old is muntz supposed to be ?! Like Carl is OLD and muntz was an adult and when Carl was little so is Carl like 70 and muntz like 90?!
Maybe with having to live “alone” in the wilderness, Muntz has been healthy with all the hard work living such a life would involve. That’s my guess 😂 But he deff looks at least 20-30 when he left
They should have made him a young teenager trying to prove himself that’s why he needed the bird
I don’t get it: I’ve seen this movie plenty of times, so why do I keep getting so teary eyed? 😢
Spoken like a HAL 9000.;)
Love your work! ❤
There was a comic where the kid grew up and named his own daughter Ellie and gave her the badge.
Neighbor's cuttin' onions again...
The movie UP! Is one of the more recent animated features that are great for allowing men to cry due to honest emotion. Utterly amazing movie.
Finding Nemo soon plz….my absolute favorite one
Same it was one of the first Pixar movie i seen in theaters or cartoon in general with my mom, has lots of nostalgia for me
That one or Finding Dory
@Slawsers it was the 20th anniversary to
The edits were on point. One of my fav I've watched so far.
Boyyy I was bout to roast this channel for stealing your videos then I realized it's your second channel 😂😂😂
I shall subscribe
Hey man, I just wanted to let you know I love your content. Your reactions are always fun, and you seem like a super cool dude. Happy New Year, and keep doing what you’re doing.
The best reaction I've seen. Awesome brother keep up the great job. Made laugh seen your reaction.
“Man I don’t know where I’d be without a GPS” 😂
Great reaction !!
Your killing these movie reactions Leo I loved every movie you’ve done this week 🙏
The first 10 minutes is like skydiving with no parachute.
Up tells a more beautiful love story in its first 10 minutes without a single word of dialoge than most movies manage to do in 2 hours.
I have been an avid hiker throughout my life. Even went on an Outward Bound. Women can very much go outside. We just squat. Not as easy, but gets the job done. Plus they make this plastic thing women can use to make it possible to pee standing up. Sorry for the TMI, but hey, it's all natural.
On another note, I love your reactions. So genuine and relatable! I love this movie too.
Such a great film.. kids and parent all enjoy it.
I loved this movie. Seen it in theaters. I was 25.
Lol that was so funny when Russell is making noise on the window it sound like fart😂🤣33:07 33:08 33:09 33:10 33:11 33:12 33:13 Muntz face😆33:14 33:15 33:16 33:17 33:18😅
Also, when this came out my friend refused to watch it and I told her it was just as good as finding Nemo and she said “shut your mouth”
The next week I begged her to watch it, then on Monday she came back to school and could barely look at me because she said I was right and that it was a sad and sweet movie
I'd like to see the face on Russell's mom when he tells her about all the near death experiences lol.
As far as "is this legal" I think its illegal because he's in airspace and not in contact with air traffic control, which I do think is VERY illegal actually. 😅
bro im 6ft 243 44yrs I sobbed like a baby my man, no shame this movie hits hard, I HIGHLY recommend : Inside out - i also recommend a box tissues cause man i broke hard on that one.
Im a 30 year old man and i cant wait till my kids are old enough to watch this movie with me! Love it!
LOL, one of my favorite animated movies. Great choice!
I was a boy scout too! In West Covina, California
Dad is a dead-beat dad.
Personally, I really like the theory that everything after the court date is in Carl's imagination. You should look up that theory. It's very compelling. Unfortunately, it means that Russel doesn't really get a happy ending. Then again, maybe Russel doesn't actually exist in the first place...
I love how we can have these interesting fun movies that are touching, entertaining, hilarious and just awesome, yet there’s always a person with a dark theory just… because that either looks too much into things or has to add an “edge” to an overall wholesome or interesting/fun movie.
Can’t just be a movie anymore can it?
If the opening doesn't bring you to tears, nothing can.
And Carl giving Russel the Ellie badge brings out a different kind of tears.
This was one of the best Pixar movies ever made, and I won't hear a word against it.
It's always fun seeing someone experience this masterpiece for the first time.
I love this movie!!
This movie always makes me cry. I can't imagine loosing my husband like that. Omg I hope I go first
I’m not one for grand statements, but that opening montage is one of the most beautiful and saddest things put into a film (that’s a really darn long this though, but still).
Hey. If you haven't already, please react to Wall-E and Megamind
Megamind, especially, is awesome.
"The goggles made it too heavy." Byeee lmao
The Upside ❤
I'm late on the comment section here but messing with the mailbox is a federal offence. The man was in the right to protect it.
I heard about this theory where since the movie takes place in the days when they still used lead in paint that that was the reason why Ellie couldn't have children (and possibly miscarried?)
A pigeons knocking at carls door i can't 😂😂😂
I love you, Leo!!!!
In the film he says his Dad left and got a new family and does not bother with him anymore, I wonder if they have cut that out the film now?
Ok if you're looking at the comments...I have a vintage one:
"Sword in the Stone". The humor is unlike any other Disney movie
Your comment catapulted me into my childhood lol. My big brother gave me the audio cassette of the sword in the stone as a birthday present when I was a kid and 2 or 3 years later, he gave me the VHS because I loved it so much and I could finally see the pictures of the dialogues and songs
Bless you Leo, thank you for the entertainment thru the years. Hope you had a happy new year. Glad that you seemed to enjoy this movie, I loved this when I was a kid and I suppose I still do. Peace and love
MEEP MEEP🤣💀
Time for you to watch Iron Giant!!!
It's okay, man. If the Ellie And Carl montage doesn't bring a tear, you ain't human-- simple as that. 😭
Hey I was a Boy Scout too growing up had a lot of fun
I think the problem with Russel's Dad is his new girl ... She doesn't want Russel in his life and she tells Russel not to call... I gather his parents are divorced... anyway... since the new woman in his life Russel is kinda been back burnered so to speak... Rather sad. But that's what I got from Russel saying that "Phillis" I think he said told him that he bothers his dad too much. I'm guessing she screens his calls and just tells Russel to quit calling him... anyway... Carl is good to Russel... and kinda the Dad stand in that Russel needed.
Honestly I'm here for any disney or pixar movie you wanna react to!!
The game with Michael Douglas it will BLOW your mind
"Up": The movie that tells the story of a life in 10 minutes and reduces Humans to tears. (Consider it an "Are you a Robot?" test movie.;) More to come, "Dug Days": ua-cam.com/video/N-fFL0jWHbM/v-deo.html
HARDBALL bro!!! Keanu Reeves early movie. Nobody on UA-cam has reacted to it!!
My sister only got as far as that intro and refused to watch more.
Me: 😂
Her: 😭😭😭😭
Thank you for being the first UA-camr to claim anything is possible, not because of you hit something more superficial 😂.❤GB.
It makes me sad 😢 when, he lost his wife Ellie.
Please tell me you’ve watched Emperors New Groove. It’s my absolute favorite movie 💜
I'm here only because i wanted seeing you crying lol
Hey what's up with UP is it is a emotional roller coaster to say the least!. It's so sweet so healing for this old man and it's like she's wanted to go to South America since around the time they Matt and he felt like such a failure for never being able to take her so he felt like okay I have to symbolically take her by bringing their house but he never looked at the rest of her adventure but she didn't really care about going there anymore it was all about the kind of everyday journey that they had to gather that was her adventure it's one of those Disney movies that I feel like most people probably wouldn't have much interest in the movie unless somebody told them about it being super good because based on the description of the movie you know an old man wants to take his house to South America because of a promise he made to his dead wife when they were kids it doesn't feel like that would be an interesting movie it doesn't feel like it would be trauma
We called an Emu we had Emmy Lou...till later lol...we discovered a definite change and changed the name to lolol
Emmanuel Louis. It happens.
You owned an Emu?
This movie wrecks me! Just watching little pieces with you is too much.
This movie isn’t fair. That first 10 minutes is just a gut punch
