Great tutorial. It shoots some bottles out from time to time and doesn't turn every single block to mud. But still way faster then making them manually. Chill out people. It's just Minecraft.
The hopper isn't getting the water bottles fast enough even when breaking mud with bare hands. So the bottles just stay floating there and all you get is dirt. It works for like 6 seconds then it's all dirt until the water bottles are refilled.
This farm breaks in 1.21. At first there are a bunch of floating water bottles, eventually it's just water bottles circulating from one dispenser to the other and mining your dirt back.
was wondering why mine wasnt working, just realized its because I used a dropper instead of dispenser for the water stream bit. those crafting recipes are far too similar

I saw the weird gray bar appear on the first repeater after you placed the second one and thought, "oh, so it's a hoax" and then I saw it in my game and like- I've been playing this game for nearly a decade and I didn't know repeaters did that
I'm having some trouble with this farm. I keep mining dirt before it's been converted, and it's spitting bottles back out at me. Anyone have a clue? Update: I'm playing on a server with claims, and apparently claim borders can affect how water flows. Also, I ended up making part of this a block too high on accident. Issue solved

@@RaymondBraun1 You can try holding both buttons and then pressing F3 + T. And release buttons while loading screen appears. It should lock your buttons pressed and you can walk away

If you’re on java, hold down both the left and right mouse button at the same time, and as your character is mining and placing the blocks you press F3 + T and that’ll restart the game (you want to let go of the mouse while this happens), your character SHOULD keep moving without you having to click- i do this for my tree farm so hopefully it works for you too!
My dirt is not turning into mud. the water bottles are just shooting outside through the dirt like when you fill up a hole with dropped items and it just pops out :/ please help
When I use this farm, half the dirt stays as dirt, and it leaks empty water bottles into my inventory. I've tried the world download, stone shovel, iron shovel, bare hands. In a test of 128 dirt, 59 dirt stayed as dirt with the rest mud and my inventory got 13 bottles. v1.19.2
Hi! This works amazing in singleplayer however idk if its the server im on or just servers in general but the delay between the placing the dirt and the dispenser firing is so long ive mined and placed 2 dirt blocks. Was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this? or if its even fixable i guees. Ty in advance!
@@boredjerboa Yeah, i have noticed this as well. From other comments it seems we can try both an unenchanted iron shovel or better yet haste II with just punching. idk if you have access to a beacon yet, but the latter seems the best since you don’t have to worry about tool durability
i don’t think there was a need for this video at all. Ilmango already shows how to build his machine and he provides a better explanation. A great example is at 1:22, how is that helping anybody understand what locking a repeater does or how it is being used. If you are going to make a redstone tutorial with a redstone machine designed by ilmango or whatever other youtuber you are copying from, try to elaborate or explain what they didn’t.

You, who has left and incredibly logical, fair and eloquent comment offering good feedback that also dunks on the creator a little bit for blatant theft without adding or transforming the content in anyway. Then we have the creator chiming in defensively saying something to dissuade conflict without actually acknowledging the point you made. And finally the child, played by ahmadtime in this case, who will immediately go to ad hominem attacks, calling you a hater of one (or a fan boy of another) for offering anything other than overwhelmingly positive for the borderline reuploaded content. This is the part of youtube that always confuses me. Why have they come to the content creators defence? Do they prefer their content over ilmangos? Or is it because he didn't understand mangos tutorial, and he could grasp this simpler, worse tutorial, therefore he clings to this video because of self consciousness about low intellect. Whose to say.
it does, only modification is that trapdoors can't be waterlogged in bedrock so they'll need to go on the outside of the block, or just ditch the trapdoors entirely and case in the water with solid blocks. And there's no offhand so you'll need to switch between tool and dirt so it's slower than on java, but still a lot quicker than manually converting mud.

i dont really like this design. ur not even allowed to use a diamond shovel as even THAT breaks the dirt too fast and then ur inventory gets full of water bottles and it'll eventually break. very messy. I'd rate this design a 1 out of 5

Don’t use an enchanted efficiency shovel this will fix the issue. If that doesn’t fix it, could be the version of Minecraft your on or launcher.

Which type of shovel are use using and what is the efficiency level on that shovel?

You can use a diamonds shovel just not an enchanted one
