why do I experience a green dot/pixel when game master is on? it disappears when I turn it off, and I do not notice it when using the tv for something else like watching movies, but as soon as I switch to hdmi and turn on the ps5 the dot appears on the same place. is it a dead pixel? why do i only see it with game master?
I have the same problem and I know one other person with this problem. Apparently this is the case in all copies of this model. TCL service knows this matter and it is the software's fault. There will be an update, but it is not known when.
It sucks as Game Master does not work for PC. But how do I reach the advertised 144Hz VRR in 4K resolution for PC with an RTX 3070Ti GPU? I already use HDMI 2.1 Cable plugged into HDM1 port of the TV. But I can only reach 120Hz in 4K. This is for TV model C735.
I can get in PC mode 4k 120 HDR but no VRR In game mode it will do 4k144 with vrr and allm but will absolutely not show the hdr pop up for whatever reason
On my TCL C845, i can turn on 144Hz support from the game bar. The feature is called "High Framerate Support". When I enable it, the option to select 144Hz appears in windows with a 3070 Ti.
Just got the update. There is no 120 fps an VRR anymore, the settings have changed and I don’t have the option to enable them as the previous version. Why?

Dear company! For God's sake, we ask from the entire gaming community! Enable game mode support on Personal computers. Many people bought this TV so that it would work on an nvidia 4090 video card. There is also a special expensive hdmi 2.1 optical cable. Enable support for game mode on PC, please!!!!

98P745.. RTX 4090. TCL changed Mobo... VRR Flickering since Last Update is nearly gone. But 4k 144hz never got it. Even with Premium Oelbach cable or fibre Glass cables on 0,5m length ... No way.

@@pandar3n459you need the toll CRU to Set the 144hz modes to right way. Reduced blancing Mode 2. RB2. To your question. What GPU do you have? If Nvidia, than its easy, and yeah it will Show you 1440p If you Set it right with 120hz gamemode even with VRR enabled. But only "Game" Mode, Not the accelerator Mode, gives you real RGB 444 full range. ALL other modes dont.

Exactly same issue and graph card here with a c805 @TCLTVs. Also ALLM shows as off.

I'm having problem making my Nvidia GPU work as good as my PC monitor. Even though I'm getting 85 fps at 4k it feels like 30 fps😢
Check the frame time graph and the 1%lows is even more important than just FPS
