oh wow its such a good idea to colour the dough! I only ever saw and made the traditional non coloured ones and never thought they could turn out this great! also great twist on the Eifel tower theme!
Hi, Nick! I'm very impressed with how you baked your profiterole with a cookie on top. I've never seen anyone do that before! And the result was stunning: the profiterole ended up looking like it's covered with red rose petals 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Amazing technique right there. Keep it up!

Another awesome recipe! I really like the texture the cookie crust gives, it's really interesting :). I liked the different layout for this video too, showing the ingredients as you go is really helpful. However, I think it would also be helpful if you described each component of the cupcake in the beginning, like you do in some of the other videos. That way we have an idea of how many components there are to make. Keep up the great work!
I am so glad I didn't try to guess on these lol. These are way beyond gorgeous Nick! I often imagine you as the composer of a symphony when you are creating the concept for each cupcake. They just flow so beautifully designed on the paper. 💗🙌😃
