    I actually felt my inner muscles working during this video today! I don’t know that I’ve ever noticed them before in doing exercises like the clam shell. This series is really great so far- thank you! Looking forward to doing more videos with you. I’ve honestly never targeted my pelvic floor before this.

    I’ve noticed with these stretches how tight my hips are. Felt good to stretch them out !
