The passengers need to be held accountable, too. Especially the owner of the lap he was sitting in.
I said the same thing..SHE MUST BE CHARGED TOO..fckn idiots..and the fool didn't even have INSURANCE..now what kind of craziness is this..if an accident occurs passengers have NOTHING TO GET..
And can you believe all those passengers did not appear to object but just sat there? Couldn’t bring me like that. I would get out. Apology accepted but you must pay a price. 3 years suspended license and a fine sounds in order.
That's the sad thing. NOBODY said or did anything. also sad is thast this must be something he has done before and I'm sure that quite a few of these drivers do this thing.
