Hi Heidi, I especially loved Gomphrena truffula pink this year. Just magical the way it sits atop a planter and lightly spreads throughout. Loved it! It was my first year with it. It’s funny how you can pass by different plants year after year, never thinking much of them and then all of a sudden you notice a particular plant in a different way and it becomes a new favorite. Happy New Year!
This was very fun to see in winter, thank you. I also love seeing your container combos. I go back and watch them in winter for some color. Fwiw I like Jazzberry more than Bubble gum, and now that I know how Jazzberry performs I will be buying more of that. Plus the color goes better with autumn colors than bubblegum, so I can leave it until November. I couldn't find any Bordeaux last year, and that and Latte are my favorite supertunias.
Thank you for all the information! I love the top 23! My favorite annual is salvia rockin playin in the blues…I live in Michigan have an issue growing coneflower's which I was not aware it was a native plant.
Great video Heidi. I'm surprised that geraniums didn't make your list. I think geraniums with diamond frost euphorbia in a terra cotta pot is classic and always a great performer in my area. I also love the playing the blues salvia, and the midnight sun weigela is on my wish list for this year.
Thanks for the fun video to watch in the winter while we’re planning our gardens! Tater Tot is absolutely one of my favorites, as is Lemon Coral Sedum. Both of these are sprinkled throughout my garden. I did want to introduce some peach tones into the garden, so I planted some of the Echinacea Cantaloupe Supreme this past year. They were fabulous! Loved the structure of the blooms and the color was exactly what I was looking for.
You look beautiful and ready for spring! I’m jotting down all the plants I want for this year and so excited watching you take us through these. Thanks Heidi!
One of my favorite annuals from the past 2 seasons has been the Chocolate Drop coleus. I love using it as a ground cover. It fills in quickly and winds all around the other plants. Also easy to propagate and make more plants. Thanks for this video. Great information!
Yes, I saw them in your gardens, beautiful!!! I have some still going in a large container with a canna, white diamond euphoria, white mums, yellow/orange lantana and broccoli!!! I have a large trellis in the pot with a germanium white and red, with wire vine hanging and another christmas cactus... Totally LOVE FLOWERS... I LOVE IT!!!
Hi Heidi, just to let you know I love your channel. You are interesting and informative and one of my go to channels I watch with my morning coffee. Thanks and keep em coming.
Great video, Heidi! Very informative and just perfect for brightening up a cold rainy winter day. The timing is also spot on for our spring garden planning. Thanks for putting together this very helpful guide 😊
Awesome video, my very, very favorite is supertunia bubblegum. That was the first one I planted and I will always love it. I was really hoping cashmere verbena would be in the top 23.But all the flowers plants and shrubs you talked about. Thank you for sharing this with us. Also I love all coneflowers.❤
There are so many choices of the perennials and scrubs. I wi) need to watch again. I do have deer. We live in the country on 10 acres, I have lots of space . I need to update alot of my landscaping.
Great video Heidi. From your list, I planted Russian sage, allium, wild berry coral bells in 2023 but come spring I hope to plant more hydrangeas and Gomphrena into my gardens. I might have to squeeze in some Midnight Sun shrubs, very eye catching.
I thought you would feature your Alstromeria that you include in your garden tours and has always been sold out when I try to purchase. I'll be pre-ordering for the upcoming season. I purchased the magicballs two seasons ago. They were very small and turned brown the first winter. I thought they were dead but they came back to that gorgeous chartreuse color in spring. They are now brown again this winter but I know they will survive. Very slow grower but great in small gardens.
I wish I had the Inca Ice available to sell. That probably would be a very good seller. There has been a production issue with that plant from plug growers and it is no where to be found any more. That is so sad.
LOVE this video, Heidi, thanks! I’ve made note of some plants I need to preorder. Such as Supertunia Vista Paradise, Heuchera Wildberry and Empress Wu hosta. I would love to visit you this year but you’re a long way from southern Indiana. Love that I can preorder from you. Thanks again! Happy New Year!
The smaller size is a 1 quart sized container. It is about 6-8" tall when it ships. We trim them every 2-3 weeks to promote branching before they ship.
I planted three Little Lime Punch hydrangeas last year. Could you suggest some perennials or annuals that would complement them that are rabbit resistant. Bonny
Would love to do a Patriotic theme using Blue My Mind XL in a container. Michigan zone 6b & looking at annuals. What would you recommend to plant with it that’s red & white? Thank you!
If planting it with other things you will want to make sure they are drought tolerant plants. Royale Red Zone Lantana and maybe Diamond Frost or the new White Bidens Marshmallow.

You got that right. And I think when you use it in different applications you can favor it more as well.
I love this variety!! It withstands heat and sun in July/August.
Yes it does for sure! @@janebalek9791

I personally like Jazzberry just a touch better as well. I think I may be Bubblegumed out.
Let me know where to send pic, thanks!!! Your flowers are so beautiful, love them ALL!!!

Coneflowers like to be in well drained soil. Maybe try Magnus or Ruby Giant to start, they are the easiest I think.
I love them all- thanks for taking us through all these beautiful selections♥
Thanks for watching!
I love love Supertunia Saffron Finch. I think that’s gonna be a super hit.
I think it will do very well in 2024. We will see if it hits near the top. I would not be suprised.
Oh my goodness! My pre order list just got bigger! Lol
Sorry, not sorry 😉😂❤ I am glad that you liked a few of them.

I do like geraniums but they are not a huge seller for us. I think people can find them locally and dont need to look online.
That makes sense now. I didn't realize the survey was based on your online store purchases.

You are going to love the Cherry Drop that is new for 2024. A bit brighter and very vigorous.
🎄Love them all!!! My sunpatients are still looking great, and a few others, it was a very hot summer here but they made it in the shade!!! Love PW
I too love Sunpatiens! And they are amazing

❤ that midnight sun! Dreaming 😊
It is such a pretty shrubs.
I really enjoyed this video ! Thank you !
Glad you enjoyed it!
My favorite is the supertunia Black Cherry. Dont see it used much in any channels I watch. Its beautiful with any white petunia!
That is true is is a good match with white. I don't use it much because I don't love the habit of that one.
There are so many choices of the perennials and scrubs. I wi) need to watch again. I do have deer. We live in the country on 10 acres, I have lots of space . I need to update alot of my landscaping.

Playing the Blues salvia.. fantastic grower and the deer left it alone. Doubled my pre order this year
Thanks for subbing. Playing the Blues is great. I am surprised the deer ate it.
Interesting to see the best-sellers!
I was surprised by many in the list.
Thank you Heidi! Awesome video.
Thank you for watching
I’m eyeing Midnight Sun, great video!
Thank you. That was a surprise to me to be in the top 23 so early in its existence. It is a great plant.
LOVE this video, Heidi, thanks! I’ve made note of some plants I need to preorder. Such as Supertunia Vista Paradise, Heuchera Wildberry and Empress Wu hosta. I am glad that you found a few good ones to add to your list. Happy New Year
Thanks for the video Heidi. Am considering a couple of these plants. Take care.😊
Glad it was helpful! So many good ones to choose from.
Great video 📹
Thank you, now to start making a wish list, right?
You know it
Hi Heidi .... I am interested in the Arctic Fire and was wondering about the size of the smaller plant that you have to offer ... ???
The smaller size is a 1 quart sized container. It is about 6-8" tall when it ships. We trim them every 2-3 weeks to promote branching before they ship.
Okay Thanks ... !!!
Hi, I put lilies bulbs in the pot inside my sunroom for spring, they are tall now growing, what should I do? Water them with fertilizer?❤
What kind of lilies do you have?
Will Little Lime Punch change to pink in zone 8 even if nights don't get cooler? We have trouble with hydrangeas going straight to brown here.
I can't say for certain. I hear from gardening friends in the south that the Hardy hydrangeas do not get the nice pink shades

Love them, but I need rabbit resistant. They ate all my coneflowers :(!

Blue my mind intrigues me
it is a great plant
Not trying to be rude, but your pronunciation of nepeta, is incorrect. The accent should be on the first syllable. I love your videos and watch daily!
No offense taken. We all say things differently. At least we understand what the main point is.
Добрый вечер вам рабочи нужно ?
