Will it run? 1968 Sears Suburban Tractor sitting 15 years.

Brought this up to VA to move cars from one building to another in 2006 or 2007, didn't bring it back, have not had a way to load it to get it back until recently... Stupidly left it with half a tank of gas, which, of course, turned to straight varnish.
Tractor is for sale. $500.
