I think you can get a free trial then it is $10 a month for Lightroom + photoshop
You know that you can use the more advanced Lightroom on the iPad or you can get affinity photo for 10 dollars and it has hdr merging, stacking, focus stacking, and panorama stitching. Lightroom mobile is pretty powerful though
Oh cool! I’ll look into that. Yeah I used photoshop for a bit but I didn’t like it very much. Maybe I’ll get Affinity photo to do my real estate photo merging

I’m considering move 100% to iPad workflow from my heavy Macbook Pro 16”. But I use a lot 6-7 VSCO Desktop presets in LR for color and Silver Efex Pro 2 for Black and White... is there anything similar? Cheers!
Yeah, there are a bunch of Adobe Color Profiles that are actually really good! It's fun to pick a color profile and do some adjustments from there. I like using "Modern 4" + adjustments for wedding photos.

Great video Jon!! Question...What Apple Pencil do you recommend for editing?
The Apple Pencil literally depends on what iPad you have. The newer iPad Pro, without the home button, only allow you to use one specific Apple Pencil...the newer one. The old iPad’s only allow you to use the old pencil.
I like the new one because it sticks to the iPad better. The older one kept falling off and I would loose it in my bag or accidentally leave it at the coffee shop

Do you find you miss any features from the desktop version? I’ve never used it but I do find the selective edits a little limited in options and I’d like them to also isolate colours better. The geometry isn’t as good yet either, I’ve seen it requested on the forum but not actioned. Love the vid though thanks, only just starting with it but bought the iPad for it!

Number 1, use a telephoto lens! Lenses at both ends have a role...

Hi any way to add captions and other metadata to multiple photos at once? I can do it on Lightroom on my Android phone, but not on the iPad. It is essential toy workflow
Im looking for a tablet that can run adobe cc for digital illustration, photo editing, and simple video clip edits. I've heard good things about the new ipad but would you recommend it for adobe cc use? What size storage do you use?
Hey - I don’t think the iPad supports adobe CC illustrator. Only the MacBooks

Yeah its like $19.99 a month for LR + Photoshop. You can use an SD card dongle or use the wi-fi function on your DSLR

Can you import raw files into lightroom on an ipad?
Yeah for sure!
You have to pay to edit raw images sadly, but you can with snapseed
Video Maker change the extension file to .dng with “Documents” app and import in Lightroom ;)
