  • Roadracing World's Sam Fleming and Melissa Berkoff visited the MV Agusta factory in Varese Italy in April 2022.
It is very rare to be able to video inside a modern motorcycle factory so you can join Sam and Melissa in a detailed walk through the factory.
    This is a multi-part series.
In Part 2 we see the engine assembly, the motorcycle assembly, the engine testing and the motorcycle ABS testing.
Most of these videos are unscripted and had to be shot contemporaneously with the tour so forgive any verbal slips or the handheld nature of the camera work.

An amazing insight to the build, they were so accommodating to you filming. Both parts were really great thank you 👍

Gearbox discussion - they are called shift forks or selectors forks. The “undercut” normally refers to the face on the engagement dogs in the gearbox. Great looking motorcycles.

I was a machinist for 40 yrs., I'm impressed with the lack of "just get it done and out the door" attitude.

TM mainly makes enduro race bikes but if you like exquisite machining... ua-cam.com/video/KxP_RQnEa6Q/v-deo.html

We were fortunate to have press credentials from Roadracing World so we were invited for the tour. We hope you enjoyed the first two parts. We are still editing footage as we still have at least one, and maybe two, more videos.
