- Roadracing World's Sam Fleming and Melissa Berkoff visited the TM Racing factory in Pesaro Italy in April 2022.
TM Racing makes arguably the most exquisite racing motorcycles for MX, Enduro and Supermoto in the world. They also made a championship winning Moto3 roadrace bike!
Join Sam and Melissa on a very indepth tour of the factory including the machine shop (s), the hand crafted engines and the assembly.
These videos are unscripted and had to be shot contemporaneously with the tour so forgive any verbal slips and/or the handheld nature of the camera work.

Funny, I had a deposit on a Beta 300rr and was lucky enough to find a TM en300 that was ordered but not spoken for so I put a deposit on it too. I figured I'd just take whichever bike came in first but as the time went on I really wanted the TM. Well the TM did come in first and that's what I have now and I can tell you it's pure sex in two dirt wheels. I can't see myself owning a different brand of dirtbike. I love being a part of something special and limited. Such a high quality machine and guess what, you don't even pay a premium for it. It costs less than the orange or white bikes and is on par with any other bike that I looked at. Love it.
hey dude. How much did you pay for your TM? I’ve heard that they are bit pricey. There is no a TM market in my country, the newest ones are like 2014 models here. I am really interested in TM bikes. How do they ride and feel compared to KTM 2 stroke enduros? Are they really cost less than the KTM or Husqvarna?
edit: mistype
tm have the nicest triple clamps better than any after market
truly works of art. Cant believe the total cost of Bikes are about the same as KTM
I just ordered a '23 motard after watching this. I am so excited to get IT!
Looks old school verging on chaos. Totally wonderful!
Thank you, I am now shaking with anticipation. Port and polish? YUP, standard procedure.
I own a 2012 tm300en Enduro best motorcycle I ever owned it has 500 hours on it and I've only put two pistons in it and I ride it to this day 2022 right on I'd buy another one bill Leonardo
Heaven!
Love how he keeps saying "Engina", normally that would be ridiculous but in case of TM it actually makes sense to combine "engine" and "vagina" to describe your power trains.
Very happy TM 125 owner myself and hoping to add a 300 Supermoto in the near future.
I'm not a manufacturing expert, but it looks like a lot of process bottlenecks, and batching going on. Not what I would consider optimally efficient, nor lean. But no question, the parts are incredibly beautiful, and quality looks excellent. I want one : )
Almost like they are motivated by the passion of excellence, not just trying to make another Euro. :)
Would have loved to work there.
It’s unfortunate that TM has virtually zero dealers and support in the US…
T-Bone and Earl's in North Central Maryland is excellent. But that's the only TM dealer that we've worked with.... letmegooglethat.com/?q=T-bone+and+earls&l=1
he said fusion when pointing out some of the castings i think they might be 3d printed
Some of the parts are forged and some are cast but he uses the term "fusion". No 3D printing in production.
Gee the workers look happy, must be under paid
TM, Please fix the power valve problem on en300 2t.
Hi Matt- I'm looking at buying a 2019 300mx 2t - what year are you having the power valve problem with?
Having pv issues with my ‘22 en300fi. I’ve never met another tm en owner without a pv problem. The only fix that my local dealer and everyone else he’s talked with is to whack the throttle after starting the bike. Four seconds later the valve is back to normal. My dealer is great because he’s trying to sort out the issue but has very little support from TM. I’m living with the issue and making it work for me but I’ll never buy another TM.
how to set the gas distribution mechanism?
I want a new 300 2 stroke
Its natural for enduro enthusiasts to have those sorts of feelings once the sap starts rising in the roots of spring. There is no shame in it.
55 HP from a 125cc? Is it carburated and is that number of horsepower at the rear wheel?
I motori da kart per i kz 125 hanno 50 cv da stock ma il pistone dura tipo 60 litri
When can i expect part 3 coming out?
Hey! We should have it done by Friday. We're working on parts 4 and 5 as well. We got interrupted by a Yamaha MT-10 press launch and...well, good riding weather.
@@armyofdarknessmotorcyclesb2883 Awesome, these videos are superb great to get in depth insight to the Tm factory. I´ve been riding Tm´s for the past 16 years.
Very italian: These silly masks!
