A little helpful tip with dandruff/dry skalp from a danish med student ❤️
Dandruff is a result of the microflora on your skalp being out of wack, with an overproduction of yeast. To combat this you need to use a product specifically targeting this. Dry shampoo and hydrating serums will not make a huge difference 🥺
Dry scalp on the other hand can be a result of drying products, such as dry shampoo.
It might be helpful to first find out which you have a problem with, and use the best products for that specific problem ☺️
For the k18, really rub it in your hand first until it turns white. It goes a long way when you do it that way, it makes it creamy and the product doubles so you should only need a pump or 2 depends on how thick your hair is.
Another K18 tip! You actually CAN use it in shower post shampoo after you squeeze the hair out really well, then leave in for at least 4 min then you can rinse and condition! Works so much better for me this way 🤓

Hi! Just a tip, try working the K18 in your hands first so it turns creamy and then apply to hair. Also, take a break from Dyson dryer and try another one for a bit to see if your hair health changes. 😊

Why do you say that? Just curious cause sometimes i feel the airwrap does more damage by blasting hot air to curl.. and i was thinking Im the only one.
@@nehalele08 I loved the Dyson blow dryer for about a year but then over the next three years i noticed dry, dull hair with lots of breakage. I tried changing up my hair care routine with no real success and the finally i switched out the blow dryer for a less powerful one and over the next 6-9 months i noticed a turn around in my hair. It was just my experience and the dyson is truly innovative but perhaps too aggressive for my chemically treated hair (even on low heat). i think that if you are attached to the dyson, then use a good heat protectant to see if that helps or reduce how often you use it.
@@danielar that’s what i wanted to hear! I have been feeling the same.. sometimes when something is so innovative (and expensive) your brain stops questioning whether it could be the reason for problem. I have been having a similar experience.. nothing against the dyson.. but perhaps the reason is the airspeed that’s taking more moisture away from the hair than required. Especially with my fine hair i think that is the case. Cause when i get a blow dry at a salon that doesn’t use the dyson my hair feel really soft for longer! Thanks!

Vichy shampoo helps me (and many of my friends) against dandruff. They have a wonderful hair care line!
L’Oreal Professionell Vitamino shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair (in a pink bottle) is really good. I don’t rinse the conditioner but work a small blob into soaking wet hair, then wrap it in a towel for 10 minutes. I have bleached hair and it’s really improved the condition. Also, as someone else said, you can make the K18 go a lot further if you rub it into your hands so it goes white. Let’s face it, it’s expensive stuff so you want to get the most out of it! xx

The ouai air dry foam was recommended to me as well and it is a good one! I am on my 2nd bottle! It doesn’t leave my hair crunch but soft and wavy.😊

I saw a hack to put micellar water in a spray bottle to use on roots in loo of dry shampoo.
I have finer oily hair I LOVE the Derma E shampoo in the blue bottle. It says it’s for eczema and psoriasis but I have found for oily hair it’s also FABULOUS. My hair gets so clean and shiny and it makes my scalp feel so good!! It’s clean, cruelty free, and affordable. I pick mine up at my local natural med store or Whole Foods. I’ve also been loving the Color Wow Extra Large mousse for volume!

I have been going through a long hair journey for the past few years.
Biggest tips I’ve learned that have helped my hair grow back to my lower back is double cleansing for scalp health. I use head and shoulders as my first cleanse (the zinc pyrithione is great for dandruff and a deep first cleanse. I then follow up with whatever my favorite shampoo is at the moment.
On days that I’m using k18, I will then do that, rinse after the 4 minutes, and follow up with my favorite mask at the moment. On days that I’m not using k18, I will use a pre shampoo oil treatment at the ends of my hair to protect the ends in the shower.
Following washing, I will let me hair air dry about 70% of the way, then I will put in my favorite products and only use a comb to brush through the wet hair.
I use the dyson to dry and style the rest of the way, and then I make sure to use a finishing styling oil every single day before my next wash to protect the ends throughout the week.
Most importantly, I stopped coloring my hair as much. Everytime you color your hair, you have to restart the entire 6 wash process of the k18 each wash all over again. At this point, I just use k18 once a week or as needed since not coloring my hair. Lastly, I sleep on a silk hair bonnet to protect my hair during sleep.
I really hope this helps you and you gain some tips. As a back story, I bleached my hair for years to the point that it was like straw and at the point of my shoulders. Could never grow further than that bc my ends were constantly breaking off. After changing my techniques, it is down to my butt.
It’s journey and an adjustment, but it’s a lifestyle change, and a rewarding one at that :)

Try Lisa Eldridge’s Skin Enhancing Mist. It’s a gorgeous very fine mist with no added fragrance. I love Vieve but won’t buy hers due to the parfum.

I think I found a good NYX Nude Beige dupe for you. Try Essence Legendary lip pencil. A tinge less greige on swatching but if applied heavily looks just like Nude Beige on the lip.
