One of the most neglected muscle groups when training for parkour or flips is abs. Core strength is so important for a variety of reasons:
1. The ability to engage your abs in the air will help with rotational problems.
2. A lot of twisting power comes from your torso. Fulls and b-twist will become easier with the strong trunk.
3. Quite a bit of jumping power comes from your abs surprisingly. Working out your core can give you valuable inches of height in the air.

The standard plank is not a good excersise. It's very easy to hold for a long time and that is not good when working out abs. Ab workouts should be short and intense. Instead of a normal plank I suggest doing some plank variations which are a lot harder to hold and so are much better. Great video apart from that, I really enjoy your videos and tutorials, keep it up 😀
