When learning parkour the most difficult vault to learn can be the kong vault.
One of the first milestones you'll achieve when training is learning this vault, because of its difficulty.
What's really amazing about this move is its versatility. The dive kong, double kong, kong pre, and kong cat are all hallmarks in parkour movement, but learning these moves first begin with learning the kong.
This is the first video in the kong series I'm uploading to youtube.
Consider this to be the ultimate guide to learning all techniques and moves using the kong.
Hope you enjoy!

a very underrated channel wish i can subscribe and like twice
Best kong vault tutorial I've seen until now. I wish I've seen it when I started out. For years I did the kong wrong - with the punch technique so I never got any distance. Then I had to painstakingly re-learn the split-leg technique. I still suck at it because my body automatically does the punch so I have to think about the move each time instead of just vaulting.
Bruh you deserve more subs! Good job 👍🏻
Awesome video. I have seen plenty of tutorials on the komg vault, and this is by far the best
Great video, your videos are so helpful. Even though I had already learned the kong vault your videos always increased my knowledge/ understandIng of vaults.
Will you make a video about how to do a triple kong vault?

Okay I'm excited for this series because I have very little distance with my kong
That first training method of putting focus on bringing the hips up is interesting. In the three years that i've been training i would say that my kong's are decent but i don't do them over any surface that is above my waist level out of fear of not being able to bring my hips high enough. I'll definitely give this a try once my knee starts feeling better.
Great video
How to back flip in easy way
