Where can I find more information about the relations between the iterated Public Good Games and the world survey values, please? I googled it, but didn't find anything significant. I mean an scientific article, book, etc. Thanks!

Why does it in secret? In the shopping street example, other businesses would know who is contributing and who isn't. In the case of a public park, it doesn't matter because the people who don't contribute are typically the ones who can't for one reason or another.
