VanIsle 360 | Port Hardy, BC

Each year approximately 40 yachts driven by sail power look to race around Vancouver Island. They circumnavigate around the entirety of Vancouver Island starting in Nanaimo and hitting various legs all around the island from Telegraph Cove, Campbell River, Winter Harbour, Ucluelet, Victoria and my home town of Port Hardy to name a few. The Van Isle 360 spans 625 nautical miles, with nine legs, and will consist of 350 sailers, including some from the Armed Forces.
It's quite the sight to see and fun for everyone to watch as all the ships make their way into various harbours every few days.
