Minecraft - Single Player Commands 1.1, 1.0, 1.8.1 No Damage Upon Fall Glitch Walkthrough

If you ever find that after using a combination of commands in SPC you either:
-Do not take fall damage
-Run at 2x+ normal speed
-Moonjump
Then watch this video for a walkthrough. You take similar steps to solving all the problems. As for Jumping and walking speed problems . When I first discovered this issue there were no walkthroughs on how to fix it, so here's a solution I want to offer to everyone else who faces the same problem.
I don't address the jump and walk speed glitches in this video so here it is:
1. Open the command line and use "/setjump" or "/setspeed"
2. Set the value to 1. (e.g. /setspeed 1)
3. You should now be walking/jumping at a normal pace/height.

@adam09putra I'm guessing because the glitch wasn't addressed in these later version, it is possible that this method can be applied to earlier versions. If there was a changelog available, it may be easier to pinpoint the exact arise of this issue (if the date of noclip and flying were released were known), however updating to the latest version of the game seems to have eliminated that problem.
