One can know how genuine their interaction is. I am personally sensitive when it comes to broadcast. I can feel when celebrities are sincere through their body language. That’s why I love ReDVelvet because i can feel or sense their sincerity towards their staff and people they come to broadcast with. You cannot fake being sincere coz viewers will know. Come to know these girls since 2015 and somehow grow up with them, seen their hardwork and hardship. I am teary eyed right now😭

Yes she's a detailed person. She knows what to give to the person she likes and without expectation of getting something. The way she forget that she give that person something is like it's a common thing to her to give gifts to other people. This is what a true relationship between her & their staffs. They are very comfortable talking with each other.
The thing about Red Velvet that set them apart for me, is their style is natural. Idols don’t have control over the concepts and are under tight control of the even smallest of details in its execution. This fosters fear and tension among the members of such groups that can come off as fake and wooden. Red Velvet’s music is really high quality and they all have a wide range of abilities that are complimentary to each other that really boosts their brand. They are all such accomplished young woman. And this video shows that They are backed up by equally accomplished professionals working in support of Red velvet. I learned a lot from this video. All idols should be applauded for facing such difficult and high stress work environments. Idols are forced to make the best of things. When they fail, as we all do, they do it in front of so many strangers. Plus Korean culture is hard on all idols, particularly girls/women with added beauty standards. If you start young, you have awkward phases of puberty that could cause rejection amongst fans. With all the stress and pressure, Idols would be way more sensitive to criticisms. I think Red Velvet has a great support network of older women who help them , guide them. The make up artists/hair stylists end up being like their therapists. They are in a position to help them feel good about themselves when they are in the dumps.

Woahhh so the idea of this whole show is to give thanks to the poeple that works for them. Its so touching in so many ways. When they talked that the makeup director’ baby is already 7 years old, just like their career journey it hits me really hard. Idols don’t have control over the concepts and are under tight control of the even smallest of details in its execution. This fosters fear and tension among the members of such groups that can come off as fake and wooden. Red Velvet’s music is really high quality and they all have a wide range of abilities that are complimentary to each other that really boosts their brand. They are all such accomplished young woman. And this video shows that They are backed up by equally accomplished professionals working in support of Red velvet. I learned a lot from this video. All idols should be applauded for facing such difficult and high stress work environments. Idols are forced to make the best of things. When they fail, as we all do, they do it in front of so many strangers. Plus Korean culture is hard on all idols, particularly girls/women with added beauty standards. If you start young, you have awkward phases of puberty that could cause rejection amongst fans. With all the stress and pressure, Idols would be way more sensitive to criticisms. I think Red Velvet has a great support network of older women who help them , guide them. The make up artists/hair stylists end up being like their therapists. They are in a position to help them feel good about themselves when they are in the dumps.

Woahhh so the idea of this whole show is to give thanks to the poeple that works for them. Its so touching in so many ways. When they talked that the makeup director’ baby is already 7 years old, just like their career journey it hits me really hard. This show showing the real Red Velvet, how some of them are bubbly and love to talk, and some of them prefer to stay in the back and take care of everyone’s food. Stanning Red Velvet is like growing up. This group taught me so much, after a lot that happened in the past years. I hope nothing but happiness for the rest of your journey girls. Love you all
