No wonder, Irene and Seulgi are now oozing with MORE confidence because this unit taught them lots of lesson and they learned a lot from it. Like them, I'm excited too for their next album.
Also, they're very sincere and the fact that they said that they only did their job but they're thankful towards their staff and to all the people who works behind the camera explains a lot why RV and staff has this great chemistry towards each other. They don't only see them as colleague but rather a comrade.
I couldn‘t agree more. How blunt she put it that they‘re actually just doing their jobs. But you could feel the sincerity, how touched they were that everyone was putting extra care and working so hard for their success and it’s so wholesome. I mean yes, they leveled up their dance and vocals too for this subunit but most of all they had a huge boost of confidence and mentality. Irene said that she was more open about her flaws and therefore could target it properly. And that growth of their mentalities is in my opinion the biggest and hardest step to overcome

이번 화가 제일 좋다 슬기는 항상 방긋방긋 웃는상이고 성격도 너무 밝고 착하고 서글서글하고 귀엽고 아이린은 너무 예쁘고 조곤조곤 뭔가 털어놓는 모습이 예쁜 화였다
아슬 한잔하는 모습을 보다니 정말 편해보여서 좋다ㅠ 조상즈가 초심으로 돌아가 진심으로 준비한, 스텝분들과 레프제작진분들의 진심이 모여 정말 케이팝에 한 획을 긋는 멋진 고퀄의 몬스터, 놀이 활동이었다ㅠ 앨범 컨텐츠 비쥬얼 헤메 안무 보컬 무대 모든게 완벽 그자체 정말 함께해서 고마웠어 다음 레벨 완전체 진심으로 기대됨!
열심히한만큼 결과도 좋아서 다행이었어 사실.. 준비하면서 성장하는 과정도 중요하지만 그에 맞는 결과를 얻는것 또한 중요한데 성적도(음원차트1위, 초동 최고기록 등) 첫 유닛으로 너무 좋아서 러비로써 뿌듯
늘 발전하고 성장하며 도전하는 모습이 아름다운 사람들이기에 이 사람들 팬이 된 걸 후회한 적 단 한번도 없다는게 자랑스러워요.
늘 노력하는 그 모습을 응원할 수 있다는 사실 자체가 감사합니다.

Legit that last talk had me on the verge of crying, it's so nice to see how they actually feel, what they think, and how they struggle sometimes, even though in the end they always manage to pull it off

I feel like, given the right avenue, Irene & Seulgi are full of wisdom to share, not just to Wan Joy & Yeri, but to all their fans as well. Being a performer is hard, but being a celebrity is harder. I'm glad to hear that, after all these years as Red Velvet, they still know how to look at the people around them and be thankful. They never forget how it is to be humble.

Shipping aside Irene always build something within her when Seulgi is beside her. I know all of the members support each other but I think Irene always find that support with Seulgi and this unit helps her a lot especially her confidence.

Dear Seulgi and Irene, i don't know if you girls will ever read this. But you are my role model in my early 20's. When Seulgi opened up about her worries after not performing for months, and got scared of cameras. I feel like she's talking to myself. Because this Covid-19 situation, i havent been able to return to my line of work. And the anxiety, not sleeping before the day before working, thinking that i was not enough. It's taking the toll on me. And what Irene unnie said "It feels like going back to the trainee days, and i wan't to accept my flaws on dancing." I'm crying because she clearly stated that hardwork pays off. That nobody is perfect but if you keep on trying, and embrace yourself, you will ended up done it the best way you can. These two girls is so much more than an idol. They are an artist in their own way. I would forever remember this conversation on how they truly thankful for their staff and team behind the album. Now i will not look at their work as just 'song' and album. It contains hundreds of people hardwork and passion. remarkable. Thank you SM CC for this content!

She just started to open up the things that she want to tell to staffs/producers for her to improve and listening to others on what she lacks. She was just starting there, man.
I remember that one staff that defended, she said that she's perfectionist and will say what to improve or add in a specific situation but I really think other took it in the other way around.
@@cheez6161 I think so too. They took advantage of her situation during that time. I think people should know that it was work. There are some misunderstandings between them that never should had been reveal it on public and I think it was the 1st or 2nd time the stylist/editor working on RV.
It's kinda sad, right? Hopefully that "incident" won't affect her in giving her opinions to the staffs/producers.

I feel like with the situation we dont really know what goes on behind the scenes and we don’t know the kinds of things these idols have to deal with on a daily basis and it is unfair for the stylist to talk about this with the world. If she had a problem w Irene should have said something to her and now she is taking a good persons name and making her seem like a bully when she isn’t (I dont think she is). Can anyone honestly fault her for lashing out at a situation she didn’t like, we all get angry and yell at people because we are human beings who aren’t perfect. Irene is a good person and she didn’t deserve it. I hope when RV comes back the girls and Irene get all the success and support from fans.

The way Irene is always the quietest one but full of sentimental thoughts and Seulgi, while being a carefree butterfly, is actually always full of deep careful thoughts of everyone around her. I am grateful we are shown how they might be behind the scene - the way Seulgi attentively listen to Irene, and Irene being able to open up slowly to her by virtue of trust on Seulgi...I just LOVE these moments. That's how you cultivate a long-lasting friendship!

When Irene unnie said on their q and a feat monster box before that she wanted to grow and have time as Bae Joohyun not just Irene, and Seulgi saying "there's more time" that really make me so sad. Like she doesn't had time for herself this past years because of being an idol. But now watching them here, having deep talks tells me that little by little Bae Joohyun and Kang Seulgi is already growing and as a fan I am really happy that because of this show and subunit helps them even just a little, share and open up.🥺🧡

8:09 (this might be the first and last time I will talk about this) With this statement alone, anyone can feel joohyun unnie’s sincerity. She really appreciates the staff members working with her and feels so much gratitude for them. From the stories of the staff themselves, Joohyun unnie was always the type who sends them gifts and handwritten letters and she always treat them like her friends. I just hope people would realize that and stop antagonizing her every chance they get for one mistake she’s done and clearly reflected on. Despite that one thing, she has done tens or a hundred more good things which I hope people won’t overlook. Idols are humans too. They deserve happiness, understanding, and forgiveness. You might think one comment is nothing, but it may mean a lot to them. I’m just thankful Joohyun unnie’s been hanging in there and gets a lot of support from her members. Saranghae, Joohyun unnie. I love how transparent Irene-eonnie was in here. I mean she's a kind of introverted-type but here she is. Talking deeply. Sharing her genuine thoughts and that hurts me. We don't deserve her. The recent issue might actually had an impact on her and probably being open,verbally would definitely a hardest thing for her. It's been months since she's not updating on her social media account/s and I understand her. The world hurt her so much just for a single mistake. I hope she would regain her confidence and be in this kind of personality again. I don't want Ireneonniee to change😭

Its nice seeing Irene express herself, she’s definitely not the type to put her personal life out to the public but actually being able to tell someone you’re very close to your feelings and thoughts about something once in a while is always good, bottling up your emotions won’t do you any good because eventually you will reach a breaking point.
