The oil cooler problem is common on the Fiesta 1.4 & 1.6 TDCi's (Peugeot/Citroen diesel), i've had to change a few, i've got one in now & the oil is like treacle in the header tank
How about the 2014 Fiesta EcoBoost 1.0, we've just had the oil pressure warning pop up, checked the oil dipstick and oil filler cap and it's going slightly milky, coolant reservoir was bubbling also... was hoping it could be the oil cooler but now watched this video I'm unsure it might be the head gasket?

Hi I have taken my oil cooler of my 2008 nissan navara d40 I submerged the cooler into a bucket of water and put air into the system there wasn't any air bubbles dose this mean it's fine or is there still a problem with it as I have a small amount of grey creamy oil in the top of my radiator and header tank any information or help would be appreciated thanks

So I had my oil cooler replaced and two weeks later we had the same problem again! Now the shop wants to remove the timing cover as they suspect oil pressure too high and say there is a relief valve in the timing cover. The relief valve on the side of the block is fine. Problem is its an NP300 4x4 and shop says they need to drop the front diff down to remove oil pan to get to remove the timing cover! 12 hours labour! Any other suggestion would be great. We fitted an original nissan oil cooler. Was there a bad batch? The car had done 205 000 km before first failure. YD25 motor!

It was the o ring seal inside oil cooler that is broken again, so i change it. after 1 month oil was back again in my rad. it has been the third time i change it and It makes me wondering, what make the o ring keep broken? Question, our 2013 Ford Truck F150 V6 has never overheated, no smoke or running bad and maintained religiously at dealer. My husband noticed oil in the coolant. He took it to one place and they said blown head gasket because gooey residue in vacuum lines.

SES VDC SLIP lights and when it starts in park or neutral the headlights turn on and the Tach and temp gauges flatline. When in drive gauges return and headlights function correct. Car runs and drives normal but when turned off will not start for hours. Have you ever come across these symptoms?
hey question how you diagnose slipping clutch or slipping gears ? because while driving my navara i get a drop in rpm when i press on the accelarator pedal
