I received these Dr. Ken workouts on VHS tapes back in the Fall of 2007!! I remember being gifted with these like yesterday, along with a few binders of Brooks Kubik's DINO Training Files!

This is so frickin awesome. I just bought your book, the encyclopedia of underground strenght and conditioning, and it is awesome. Best book on training I have ever layed my hands on. I'm sure everyone is gonna complain about it. This is something to do some of the time, or maybe 1 or 2 of these exercises. We have gotten so damn fancy there is NO work anymore!!
He once SQUATTED 180kgx25 atg with no gear. Amazed by his knowledge and experience of training. And he only slept 3 hours a night.
