Now I live in a house on a remote island with 150 feet of private shoreline on a private pond and a five foot waterfall next to the house. No debt, I own my car, an exotic roadster. The house she took from me has since fallen down due to lack of maintenance and she's living in tenement housing and will the rest of her life. btw I'm about to put two early 18th century cannons out front of my house as a welcome mate for home invaders. Married men don't get to do this.

But what's good for her is very much not good for him and ultimately the relationship. so she turns him into something she doesn't respect due to her own efforts and then files for divorce because of the result. A women will spend 25 years trying to change a man then claim he’s not the man she married and divorce him.
I got custody of my daughters in 2021 after being accused of sexually molesting them, accusations of domestic violence and it goes on and on. I finally got custody but it cost me my life savings. I knew I was going to lose everything, but if I were to lose, I’d want to lose fighting for my daughters. I’d rather live in a box with my children, than to be a billionaire and live without them.

Clogging drains with hair, toilets with “ products”; scratching polished hardwood floors; accidentally throwing things away; messing up the interior of cars; leaving gas tank close to empty; each week the trash can and recycle can are full. The list goes on. I dont know where this consumerist lifestyle come from

It is the ONLY contract that does not state the terms and conditions. Funny story but true: before i signed i asked for the paperwork. Both the official and my future wife thought that was the most hilarious thing they had ever heard. Imagine, 2 out of 5 marriages fail and you sign on the dotted line in ignorance!

I keep hearing from all our family friends that have been married for 10 - 15 years that their relationship are at all time low. Being in 11 year marriage myaelf I can attest to that.

I'd say, in this day and age, men should apply the same thought and careful choice when it comes to who we sleep with.
I know, I know - not talking about one-night stands or the first weeks of dating a woman. I am saying be selective with whom you CONTINOUSLY sleep with, living together or not.
If you have a strong selection at that stage already, by the time the "living together" or being exclusive questions start coming in, you will have a much easier time deciding.

I had a female move into my house (needed roommate after my divorce) and shortly thereafter she started coming upstairs but I said no and had her move out. She dated one of my male friends and they had a child out of wedlock while he was married. I learned she had other kids, diff dads, and I thank God that I did not let her in my bed. She was hot then but not now.

When I got divorced my wife was clear, she wanted a righteous settlement and not a "my rights" settlement.
When we got married she had a suitcase, I owned my house, fully paid (spare me the idiot comments).
She left with her suitcase and some of our savings, I got spared and she was true to her believes.
And that wasn't easy, because ALL of her girlfriends called her an idiot for not claiming wat was her right to claim.

Obviously anything can happen in court(thats the point of court) The point here is the court ruled that because he put his asset into a trust in anticipation of de facto relationship(right before she moved in) instead of using the proper contracting out agreement for such a thing. "Supreme Court found that because the transfer of the Point Chevalier was made in contemplation of the de facto relationship, that it fell within the scope of Section 44. The Court was persuaded by the fact that there was the ability to enter into a Contracting Out Agreement (aka “pre-nup”) with the mandatory benefit of legal advice. Mr Sutton did not take this step. If people were to be able to simply transfer property into a trust in contemplation of a relationship, it would defeat the purpose of Contracting Out Agreements and the need for both parties to obtain independent legal advice. It is important that parties to a relationship know what their legal rights and obligations are with respect to relationship property."
Talk to a lawyer. His mistake was using a trust in anticipation of de facto relationship instead of using the proper relationship property agreement which is far better than a trust. NZ has some very good trust-busting provisions and one is a court finds that you used a trust to protect assets from your partner which is what he did. Like I said, nothing is full proof but for gods sakes at least use the proper legal paper work if you are going to attempt to protect assets.

Except for her killing my kitten due to not liking how he attacked her bully cat, psychologically abusing me into oblivion and making me fear for my life so bad that I fled 1,200 miles, systematically set me up as a rapist to her friend group, and had her techie friends hack me and exfiltrate all my private information, while baiting me into aggression by being obscenely unreasonable, leading to me screaming and insulting her consistently (was def my weakness but she knee how to solicit that reaction and what my vulnerabilities were), recording the screaming, then sharing that with her friend group to rally them all further against me.

- she left today to go to the gym in a t-shirt that is 25 years old and a sweatshirt that is 30 years old with shorts that go down to her knees.

- She had a $120 haircut once when she went with her sister in law.
- Her shoe count is really low. I had to tell her today it is okay to eat the $200 shoes that didn't work .

I get the idea and I do see that women do like the social ladder and love money, however; most men are in the middle and lower cast of society. So I’m not sure how many women are finding guys that can provide all the benefits that was mentioned at the onset of this video. I’d say it’s more about the social ladder than the monetary one. Women want to be looked at as royalty and I think that’s more achievable on a social level than a monetary one.

In Australian law you don't need to be 'living' together for the 'couple' laws to take effect. Happened to my lady friend. Her partner turned out to be flat arse broke, in debt, and she wasn't. You are completely wrong, she does not have any legal rights to any premarital property you owned before you met her, as long as you do not co mingle and that's what many men do not realize. I didn't co mingle anything much to her disgust. Nothing her attorney could do about it. My stuff, my house, my money. Dude this exactly happened to me. My utility bill was around $150-$200 a month. Thank god she was only with me for 2 months. Ever since she moved out my utility bill has been around $35 a month and yes I’ve save TONS of money in addition to that.

I was married for four years. The last three years were hell. I just moved out of a custom built house on an acre and a half of land and we’re now going through a divorce. I moved into a apartment and the peace of mind feels so unbelievable.
