15 years ago I lasted 6 months in my home with a fiance. She piled on 50lbs, did nothing around the house except invite her equally heavy drinking friends over while I was working 12hr night shifts...without me knowing of course Came home one morning after work with 6 passed out drunk women sprawled out all over the place with vomit all over brand new carpet. Asked her to move back in with her parents, while we went to "Therapy". I never went, changed the locks immediately. She went for half of everything I worked for. I could type 10 pages of crazy stories you would not believe, and 2-page story on the divorce alone. Not enough space here.
My ex said to my back as I walked out of my house, the house the state had given her. 'If only you had money.' Now I live in a house on a remote island with 150 feet of private shoreline on a private pond and a five foot waterfall next to the house. No debt, I own my car, an exotic roadster. Lol it's so true about the garbage bag thing. Women always telling males (the man or sons that live with them) to throw them out when they're only about 1/3 full. Those things are expensive!
Any food scraps go right in the trash outside so it doesn't sit and rot in the trashcan. Women can't figure that out. They throw heaps of food in there and then wonder why it smells.

I'm turning 50 in only a couple of months. People, coworkers, family, friends, even a couple of neighbors hate that I have never married or have kids at my age. The concepts described in this video regarding the State's legal interpretations of male/female interactions and financial/emotional/other resource consequences compounded with the modern feemail's delusional and even narcissistic character is THE CORE of why I refuse to agree to marriage/cohabitation/kids and even allowing an interaction to progress to satisfy the legal definition of a "commitment." All of this is perpetuated into a 24/7 enabling of feemails to extract from men's genuine want to build lives with a feemail. Why men continue to volunteer for these liabilities that feemails have no problem inflicting onto a man no matter how great of a soul and caring heart he has is at minimum mind boggling with gut wrenching on top of that. I was born in and have lived in Los Angeles California 49 3/4 years of my life. I keep hearing from all our family friends that have been married for 10 - 15 years that their relationship are at all time low. Being in 11 year marriage myaelf I can attest to that. The questikns is do they really want to, or sometimes have to learn to love together when small kids are tangled in in between their crappy relationship 😢
It took me 30 years to find a woman I could live with. This is how I did it. I was totally honest and up front with my needs BEFORE we moved in together. I told her what I needed to maintain my sanity, and I held firm. I told her I need my own bathroom, my own bedroom, and my own office with TV so I can have some space when I needed it. Everywhere else in the house is mutual territory, 24/7, including kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, and garage. While I don’t have 100% freedom, everyday I feel grateful that I found a woman who is willing to respect my boundaries as I respect hers. It’s been nearly 10 years together now, and I owe it all to the courage of being honest from the very beginning.
Correct, we get better sleep that way. We are both heavy snorers and move around in our sleep, and both wake up to go to the bathroom multiple times a night. At our age especially, it just makes sense to prioritize sleep, which gets more difficult as we age.
There’s a lot of women who want their own space too but never get it really . But I agree it’s about being upfront at the beginning .. I do feel men are brought up in western society for the man to feel like he’s doing the woman a favour .. my take on it is as a woman .. 1 in the beginning talk about finances 2 make an agreement if kids come about for support 3 agree to have an amicable split 4 let’s face it until men carry babies for 9 months and shoot a melon out of their orafice it’s always going to favour a female and rightly so . But if going onto a relationship a man should protect some of his wealth .
5 years ago my hubby and I designed a custom home with 2 master suites on opposite sides of the house-his and hers. People were shocked at what we chose to build. However, any male (especially the contractors) who saw the home when it was being built/done was envious and admired the logic of the layout. Females largely judged the quality of our marriage because 'after all, how good could it be if you're not even sleeping in the same bed??" I'm married 30 years, still crazy about him and our sex life is still pretty darn good. Like you, we know what works for us. Kudos, sir :)

1:00 "Nobody tells you up front" about how marriage really is. This reminds me of this one skit on SNL back in the day with with Will Ferrel in it where he and this other guy met this 3rd guy at a bar to talk to him just before he gets married. Will then proceeds to tells him all these lies that go against marriage stereotypes. He's telling him the sex only gets better and more plentiful. The food is always great. She never pushes you around. Everybody is laughing because while everybody knows this isn't true, we all get married anyways. Finally the guy leaves and says "Yea, I am going to get married. Thanks for the advice." Will Ferrel and the other married guy are left looking at each other silently until Will finally breaks the silence and says "WHAT!........Screw him. Nobody told us!"
I have been divorced for 31 years. We agree of spousal support because I married her because, she was pregnant. Into the marriage it was brought to my attention I wasn't the biological father. i never signed the birth certificate did not have to child support but yes, to spousal support. She is on her third marriage. My spousal support has not stopped because she allegedly never worked so the spousal support will continue.
Today I drove my a house and the guy was doing some construction while the lady was looking at flower beds. It made me think of all the women online that go on about guys not doing the real work like dishes and vacuuming but instead are out mowing. My point is- what if we started posting moronic videos about how they aren’t doing the real work while we are siding a house and they are contemplating the potential curtain color
It's a great deal: 1) Guaranteed sex 2) Don't have to listen to hours of their self-centred nonsense 3) Different woman each time if you like 4) Don't have any drama, revenge and stalking, unlike pump-and-dump 5) She won't break your heart.
I am now 61 and have never had a girlfriend or lived with a woman. I can see from my friends who have partners that their lives are not their own and they live a life of constant compromise. My advice is stay single and keep your privacy, your independence, your sanity, your money, your time and most important.. your total freedom!
I'd say, in this day and age, men should apply the same thought and careful choice when it comes to who we sleep with. I know, I know - not talking about one-night stands or the first weeks of dating a woman. I am saying be selective with whom you CONTINOUSLY sleep with, living together or not. If you have a strong selection at that stage already, by the time the "living together" or being exclusive questions start coming in, you will have a much easier time deciding. Build your choices upon a strong foundation.
Bottom line is that cohabitation in general isn't for everyone, whether it be with another of the same sex, opposite sex or if the relationship is platonic or romantic. If a person prefers to live alone, then cohabitation would probably be an unpleasant experience, regardless of the relationship of the people cohabitating.
If only it were that simple, the state and family courts dictate that you are placing half your life's work completely at the mercy of her whims if you decide to cohabitate
I have been married more than 20 years. I left home completely broke, I lost children and mental health. I'm fighting with her in court for 4 years. Never more!!
So is there any solution to all this? Even if you're lucky enough to find your dream girl and you get married, she could change her mind at any time in the future -- and 50% of the time she will -- and decide she wants a divorce. So how do men protect themselves, other than just staying single forever and not having a family? Are there any states in the U.S. that aren't toxic to men when relationships break up?
We almost left out the fact that they had children…as he was reading this, I was banking on that fact. Surely don’t have children, she’s getting half. As a man, you get one marriage, if that doesn’t work, no more marriages.

I am perfectly content and happy living on my own. I consider my home a sacred space and my place of peace. Inviting someone into that space has zero appeal to me. Will that change when I'm an old man? Maybe, but I can only speak for how I want to live my life in the present. I did live with a long term gf for a couple years several years back. It was not fun-nothing too crazy really but it just was an unpleasant experience that I would not repeat.
There is no benefit to me that I'm not already getting from having a GF. I cook my own food, clean my own house, sometimes have a cleaning service, etc... This idea of near 24/ undiluted time together doesn't work for me. Most women push for it to get some level of security and someone to pay at least half of the bills (usually more). They are very pragmatic and clever when it comes to pushing for this sort of thing.

It's important to explain to these guys something very crucial if you stupidly decide to marry. Do not co mingle your premarital property! Homes, cars, stock investments, inheritance, ect and keep separated bank accounts. The woman can not touch it nor can her sneaky attorney. Mine tried and fought me during a 5 year litigation and custody battle. Her corruption, parental alienation tactics and past criminal record, which I only discovered after she tried to toss me out and keep every cent I had, sealed her fate with the courts. There's no such thing as a perfect marriage or relationship; they're all unique. What makes one person happy might not make another person happy. But I've learned that there's always a way to solve problems. Five years back, my wife and I were almost divorcing because we had problems in our marriage, but we managed to work things out. It was a hard time, but we got past it.
I understand why what you're saying is important, and I genuinely want to be happy as well. I'm in a relationship, and even though we're apart, I can't think of life without her; my love for her is solid. I really want her back, and I'm committed to making it work. We've tried different things, like therapy, to mend things.
Parting with someone you love is always a challenging process, but in my experience, I had the guidance of a spiritual guide who prevented my marriage from collapsing. Her name is Suzanne Ann Walters.

This captivating video triggers a flood of painful memories from the end of my 5 year relationship just three months ago. The woman I loved with all my heart chose to walk away, leaving me grappling with an insurmountable sense of loss. Despite my relentless efforts to salvage what we had, I'm left feeling disillusioned and unable to imagine a future without her. Despite my attempts to move on, I'm drawn to express my deep-seated longing for her here.
The struggle to release someone dear to your heart is undeniably arduous. I empathize, having experienced a similar circumstance when my 8 year relationship concluded. Refusing to accept defeat, I pursued every conceivable avenue to reclaim his affection. Eventually, I sought the assistance of a spiritual counselor, whose wisdom and intervention played a pivotal role in reuniting us.

All of this is perpetuated into a 24/7 enabling of feemails to extract from men's genuine want to build lives with a feemail.
Why men continue to volunteer for these liabilities that feemails have no problem inflicting onto a man no matter how great of a soul and caring heart he has is at minimum mind boggling with gut wrenching on top of that.

Yep, I like most men had to find out the hard way by trial and error.
Marriage and relationships as defined in western societies today is a minefield. Don't step into it. Statistically, you are very likely to be damaged by attempting to live there.
While it has always been a messy endeavour, so much interventionist law and legislation governing every little thing has developed in recent decades that it is essentially an industry for lawyers and the courts. And yes. Those in possession of a vagina have a distinct and unfair advantage. Do your research. Read the data. DON'T GO THERE !
In the end women all have evil intentions.

When the love is gone, and the bliss is over, the rose glasses come off, and the couple has to learn to live together once again.
It’s been nearly 10 years together now, and I owe it all to the courage of being honest from the very beginning.
so you dont sleep with her?
Correct, we get better sleep that way. We are both heavy snorers and move around in our sleep, and both wake up to go to the bathroom multiple times a night. At our age especially, it just makes sense to prioritize sleep, which gets more difficult as we age.
There’s a lot of women who want their own space too but never get it really . But I agree it’s about being upfront at the beginning .. I do feel men are brought up in western society for the man to feel like he’s doing the woman a favour .. my take on it is as a woman ..
1 in the beginning talk about finances
2 make an agreement if kids come about for support
3 agree to have an amicable split
4 let’s face it until men carry babies for 9 months and shoot a melon out of their orafice it’s always going to favour a female and rightly so .
Females largely judged the quality of our marriage because 'after all, how good could it be if you're not even sleeping in the same bed??" I am now 61 and have never had a girlfriend or lived with a woman.
