  • Hi, I am Melissa, the Insurance Exam Queen. I’m the most requested Exam Prep Instructor in the U.S. and have helped thousands of people pass their Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance exam with ease.
With a long string of ONLY 5 star reviews, I've become known for my casual and simple teaching style, and my students love the fun memorization techniques, charts, graphs and other visual aides I use to help you understand the material.
Most of my students pass their 1st or next time after going through one of my Class Series Packages. I simplify everything, tell you what to study, and even include everything from Study Notes to my own personal Practice Test to help you focus ONLY on what you need to know in order to pass the test.

If you love ALL the fun details and back story...keep reading.
In my years of working for companies like United Healthcare and Hagerty where I was the most requested instructor, I determined the quickest way to pass the state licensing insurance exam.
My method is to focus on the most tested topics for all four state licensing exams (Property & Casualty, and Life & Health) and knowing and understanding the most tested topics instead of memorizing practice exam questions. (Tip: You should not be doing quizzes or practice exams very much and if you are- STOP. The questions in your course will not be the same questions on your exam.)
Knowing and understanding the material will serve you far better than multiple hours doing practice questions, which is why my class series packages (see link below) have seriously become a GAME CHANGER for securing that pass!
I get numerous messages each day from delighted students who passed their test after watching my videos and taking my courses that explain how to pass the Property & Casualty and Life & Health state insurance exams in the simplest of terms.
I would love to help you secure your pass!

      YAY! In MN,
Insurance terms and related concepts, and policy provisions and contract law are two of the simplest chapters to study since they have the least amount of material to study, usually about 20 pages in total for both chapters. It is very easy to grab many points here, then it is to grab them in any of the other chapters. I teach both of these concepts in these two classes:
This class teaches just insurance terms and related concepts and policy provisions and contract law and it is for 2 hours:
      insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/p-c-general-insurance-terms-and-policy-provision-and-contract-law-pc-basics/ghsp8
This class teaches insurance terms, policy provisions and contract law, and also covers homeowners as well and it is 5 hours: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/p-c-5-hour-class-general-terms-policy-provisions-homeowners-and-math/ghsp8
For the types of property chapter, it can be really difficult to grab many points here, because the chapter is so large, a hundred pages worth of study, that trying to secure points across hundreds of pages worth of material can be difficult. What I encourage people to do is focus on dwelling, homeowners, and flood.
I have a FREE dwelling lesson here on UA-cam: ua-cam.com/video/RMJBonh4qms/v-deo.html
I have a FREE Home and Auto lesson here: ua-cam.com/video/n5RRJh5mTL0/v-deo.html
I have a homeowners and dwelling lesson class recording available here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/pc-home-and-dwelling-class-recording/ghsp8
I have a flood and umbrella insurance class here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/pc-flood-and-umbrella-class/ghsp8
For types of casualty, this is another hundred page chapter that can be difficult to secure points in, so we focus on personal auto and commercial auto, mostly sticking to personal auto. Umbrella also comes from this chapter, so if you get the flood and umbrella class above, you will be able to understand more types of casualty.
This is my auto class: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/personal-auto-policy-2-hour-class-recording/ghsp8
Additionally, you need to be pretty decent in state law, and I just taught a class on that : insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/insurance-regulations-state-law-1-5-hour-class-recording-all-lines-life-heath-and-pc/ghsp8
While you can buy all of these classes individually, I also offer them all together bundled with any content that I have created for property and casualty, and if and when I teach new classes, all the recordings will be uploaded as part of this package too. So if you want as much help as you can, I would encourage you to buy the All Access package which would give you everything I listed above plus more: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/all-access-property-casualty-personal-lines-exam-all-pc-pl-content-currently-created-165-if-sold-seperate/ghsp8
If you want to see ALL my stuff, you can check out the full listing here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/
Additionally, you can find free resources in my Facebook group here: facebook.com/insuranceexamqueen
And free videos on my UA-cam here:ua-cam.com/channels/2-mT7QUl_jHYQRIaw0Ihpg.html

      You got this!
Hello! I am Melissa, the Insurance Exam Queen.
Read this message to know what’s important for your state exam, what you should focus on as you study, how you should study, and how I can help you secure a passing score on your exam!
I have helped thousands of people pass their insurance licensing exam. Companies from United Healthcare to Hagerty have requested that I be their instructor for all their new hires in order to secure a pass as quickly as possible.
During my years of working for them, and securing high pass rates, I was able to determine the quickest and fastest way to pass the exam.
My method is to focus on the most tested topics, and knowing and understanding the most tested topics instead of memorizing practice exam questions.
You should NOT be doing quizzes or practice exams very much and if you are- STOP. The questions in your course will not be the same questions on your exam.
Knowing and understanding the material will serve you far better than multiple hours doing practice questions which is why my class series recordings make such a difference and why I have over 140 5-Star Reviews on my Google Business Page.
My teaching style is very casual, I keep things simple, I use memorization techniques, and I create a lot of charts and graphs as visuals to help you understand the material.
Below, I have outlined what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies.
Insurance terms and related concepts, and policy provisions and contract law are two of the simplest chapters to study since they have the least amount of material to study, usually about 20 pages in total for both chapters. It is very easy to grab many points here, then it is to grab them in any of the other chapters. Most of these chapters are definitions that can be easy to memorize when you use my class series. If you have already studied and failed these are most likely the chapters you need help on.
For the Types of Property chapter, it can be really difficult to grab many points here because the chapter is so large. You’re reading a hundred pages worth of study, so trying to secure points across hundreds of pages worth of material can be difficult. What I encourage people to do is focus on Dwelling, Homeowners, and Flood. Dwelling and Homeowners can seem difficult to understand but after I break them down in my Royal Treatment Class Series, you’ll see how easy you can get a lot of points in these chapters. You want to focus on Policy names, Policy coverages and amounts, which are named or open peril.
There are also math questions related to Property Policies, but you never quite know if you’ll get 0 or 5 questions with math. It won’t break you to fail every math question if you are strong in other areas, but it certainly helps to be prepared for them and I teach them very simply. The math on the exam requires a memorization of insurance rules, coverage amounts, an equation to learn and input into a calculator (most every state allows calculators). All my Royal Treatment Class Series include math examples.
For Types of Casualty, this is another hundred page chapter that can be difficult to secure points in, so we focus on Personal Auto and Commercial Auto. Personal Auto is easier, so make that your biggest focus. Memorize the Parts of an Auto Policy, how they respond in an accident and definitions like Split limit and Per occurrence. Umbrella also comes from this chapter too and that’s an easy concept to get points on. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include an Auto and Umbrella Class that tells you what to focus on.
Commercial Policies are inside both Types of Property and Types of Casualty. Commercial Policies are hundreds of pages worth of study and content and you don’t need to know it all. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Commercial Class that tells you what to focus on with my Gold Series having the most extensive commercial videos including CGL, Workers Comp and Bonds.
Lastly, you want to be really decent in state law. Most state exams will have this chapter at around 20% or more of the exam. While every state is different and has different numbers, you need to know which numbers are important, and which things you should memorize from this chapter. I teach that information in my insurance regulations classes which are included in all my Royal Treatment Class Series.
So in short, Get My Royal Treatment Class Series of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum all come with 100 days access.
Bronze is a Basic Review with 8 hours of class recordings.
Silver is a Deeper Review with 14 hours of video.
Gold has over 30 hours of the most in depth classes with a more intensive teaching of the topic, plus colorful student notes and practice questions. With Gold, you will also get access to Silver and Bronze!
Platinum is Gold + the ability to talk to me daily as you study in Group Tutoring Telegram Group, it’s like having me on speed dial, plus you’ll get free tickets to all P&C Classes during your 100 Days Access. Additionally, there are over 30 extra hours of classes of unreleased exclusive content in the Platinum Membership.

    • @insuranceexamqueen
      @insuranceexamqueen  2 роки тому +1

in GA, Insurance terms and related concepts, and policy provisions and contract law are two of the simplest chapters to study, also, they have the least amount of material to study, usually about 20 pages in total for both chapters. It is very easy to grab many points here, then it is to grab them in any of the other chapters. I teach both of these concepts in these two classes:
This class teaches just insurance terms and related concepts and policy provisions and contract law and it is for 2 hours:
      insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/p-c-general-insurance-terms-and-policy-provision-and-contract-law-pc-basics
This class teaches insurance terms, policy provisions and contract law, and dwells into homeowners as well and it is 5 hours: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/p-c-5-hour-class-general-terms-policy-provisions-homeowners-and-math
I have a homeowners and dwelling lesson class recording available here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/pc-home-and-dwelling-class-recording
I have a flood and umbrella insurance class here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/pc-flood-and-umbrella-class
This is my auto class: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/personal-auto-policy-2-hour-class-recording
Additionally, you need to be pretty decent in state law, and I just taught a class on that : insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/insurance-regulations-state-law-1-5-hour-class-recording-all-lines-life-heath-and-pc
While you can buy all of these classes individually, I also offer them all together bundled with any content that I have created for property and casualty, and if and when I teach new classes, all the recordings will be uploaded as part of this package too. So if you want as much help as you can, I would encourage you to buy the All Access package which would give you everything I listed above plus more: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/all-access-property-casualty-personal-lines-exam-all-pc-pl-content-currently-created-165-if-sold-seperate
If you want to see ALL my stuff, you can check out the full listing here: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/
Additionally, if you want to work one-on-one with me, I do that in two ways.
You can get one-on-one audio support where you message me on either Voxer, Telegram or WhatsApp, and we can talk about your exam, you can ask me questions, I will provide you with guidance, and you have access to me for 7 days and that is for $297 and includes my all access package above: insuranceexamqueen.podia.com/royal-treatment-teacher-in-your-pocket-on-voxer
Or, the other way to work One-on-one with me is my royal treatment package. Right now it has a 100% first-time pass success rate. This is where you will have the audio support mentioned above, my all access packages of class recordings, and I will also give you direct guidance on what exact steps I want you to take, and what I want you to study, additionally, we will meet on zoom as needed leading up to your exam. That is for $997 a month, and most people only need a month.
In fact, my last Royal treatment client, we did all four exams (property, casualty, life and health) in a month, and he passed each one of them the first time: buy.stripe.com/4gwaEM07Lbzu9dmeUV
Additionally, you can find free resources in my Facebook group here: facebook.com/insuranceexamqueen

In VA, The major things to know are General Insurance, PC Basics, Dwelling, Homeowners and Auto. These categories require memorization of names, amounts, some math, and a working understanding of how this type of insurance works.
The math on the exam requires a memorization of insurance rules, coverage amounts, an equation to learn and input into a calculator (most every state allows calculators)
Next up is State Law/Common to All lines.
Since you need 70% correct to pass, the more you can memorize for state law, the better you can secure a pass.

Knowing and understanding the material will serve you far better than multiple hours doing practice questions which is why my class series recordings make such a difference and why I have over 900 5-Star Reviews on my Google Business Page.

My teaching style is very casual, I keep things simple, I use memorization techniques, and I create a lot of charts and graphs as visuals to help you understand the material.
Below, I have written up what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies.
In CA you want to focus on General Insurance(31% of your Exam) and Personal Lines(38% of your exam) is made up of Dwelling, Home, Auto, Flood and Umbrella. These categories require memorization of names, amounts, some math, and a working understanding of how this type of insurance works.
General Insurance is 31% of your exam and is the foundational chapter and when you know it well, it helps with all the other chapters. You want to be very good at knowing these terms, especially anything related to contract law. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a General Insurance Terms Class.
Dwelling and Homeowners(Property Policies) can seem difficult to understand but after I break them down in my Royal Treatment Class Series, you’ll see how easy you can get a lot of points in these chapters. You want to focus on policy names, policy coverages and amounts, which are named or open peril. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Dwelling and Homeowners Class.
Flood is also a part of personal lines but it’s not a highly tested topic. There are some key things to know about flood and my Royal Treatment Class Series will go over them and tell you what to memorize.
Now, in CA, Commercial is a big chuck on the exam, over 30%, BUT you do not need to know Commercial Policies to be able to pass because you only need a 60% to pass your whole exam. Commercial is hundreds of pages worth of study and content and you don’t need to know it all. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Commercial Class that tells you what to focus on with my Gold Series having the most extensive commercial videos including CGL, Workers Comp and Bonds. If you’re taking the Personal Lines exam, you do not need to know any Commercial Policies.
For Auto insurance, you’ll get tested on both Personal Auto and Commercial Auto. Personal Auto is easier, so make that your biggest focus. Memorize the Parts of an Auto Policy, how they respond in an accident and definitions like Split limit and Per occurrence. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include an Auto Class that tells you what to focus on.
Umbrella Policies are an easy concept to get points on. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include an Umbrella Class that tells you what to focus on.
Pet insurance only makes up 2% of the whole exam so it’s not worth your brain space to know it. I do not cover it at all.
So in short, Get My Royal Treatment Class Series of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum all come with 100 days access.
Bronze is a Basic Review with 8 hours of class recordings.
Silver is a Deeper Review with 14 hours of video.

Platinum is Gold + the ability to talk to me daily as you study in Group Tutoring Telegram Group, it’s like having me on speed dial, plus you’ll get free tickets to all P&C Classes during your 100 Days Access. While every state is different and has different numbers, you need to know which numbers are important, and which things you should memorize from this chapter. I teach that information in my insurance regulations classes which are included in all my Royal Treatment Class Series.

In another video you said the co-insurance equation was Should Carry divided by Did Carry. This video reverses those numbers. Which is it?
