I was going to go this route but ended up buying a Lap3 1.5 ECU tune when they had the 4th of July sale Can’t wait to install the ECU and HKS plugs If the JB4 is that fun the ECU tune should be a blast!
@@Strociak the jb4 with the Bluetooth module should be $678 and the fuel wire adapter is $69. I don’t remember about the plugs but they’re on the website link in the description
I am wanting a JB4 for my GT-N, and wondered if the app can do Apple CarPlay? I haven't seen anyone post about that, so thought I'd ask. Great car man!
So i've seen it on forums and facebook pages. You basically need to jailbreak your interface in order to run it. Kind of sketchy but it doesn't work as an app on the interface if you plug it in unfortunately. What you can do in place of that is run a small tablet and it'll do the same
Do you have any other mods? I bought a 2019 vn 4 months ago and the previous person has done a cold air intake and intercooler upgrade (there may be more but thats all i can physically see without starting to take shit apart. I guess my question is, does the jb4 take into account other engine upgrades like the 2 mention?
i'm FBO minus intercooler. The JB4 adjusts to any new mods on the car. So if you did a downpipe, it'll adjust accordingly. I run Map 2 which is 93 octane
The beauty of it is you can remove it in like 5 minutes as long as you have pliers handy to remove the zip ties. As long as you’re cool with the dealer, most of the time they don’t care.
Sir you've tapped the wrong wire on the fuel wire adapter. You need the black wire in pin position 2. Page 10 of install instructions. Lots of folks make this mistake.
@@planetbusOG went 90k miles with not a singular issue, just as long as no one grabs your key and turns your car on while working on it. Everything should be gravy baby

Nice bro! I’ll probably upgrade to an ECU tune later on, but for right now the JB4 is a blast!
What price did you end up getting?

I run 93 and use map 2 as well. I seen 21 psi in lower gear as well. I noticed it on the graph layouts
Yeah looking back at the footage it looks like I’m hitting 21.7 at one point from 2nd-3rd so that’s sick!

Does the JB4 have an OTS tune for E85 blend ?
Can VN pump/injectors handle an E30 mix ?
Liked and comment for algorithm

Have you noticed any stumbling? I've noticed with it my JB4 on my Forte GT.
Nope ran smooth, sounds like a spark issue though
Stumbling? Can you elaborate
@@lemueljarreb7719 It's a part-throttle stumble. So the car hesitates or loses power briefly.
Assuming he means WOT the sputter you get from a misfire.@@lemueljarreb7719
@@LrodriguezMedia Nope, not WOT. It's in daily traffic at part throttle.
next vid muchomacho tire review?
Ling long tire review first
How this go about with warranty wise I’m looking for something like this too!💯❤️

What was the 0-60 time with the jb4
Are you stock height or lowered?
Lowered on H&R springs

I have had it for 80k miles and haven’t had one single issue. Either I did it right or I’m just really lucky the car hasn’t exploded
Do you no lift shift bro?
Nah, I lift
@@LrodriguezMedia nice shifting dude hahaha🔥
@@elpipofx thanks bro! The car makes it easy to shift tbh
What phone mount is that. ?
I’m not sure, they sell it at Home Depot lol
