Classic Legends launched the all-new 2021 Jawa 42 V2.1 in India earlier this year, and the motorcycle has received a bunch of cosmetic updates like a blacked-out theme for its hardware, alloy wheels and new paint schemes. While the changes are mostly skin deep, Classic Legends also revised its seat cushioning for an added comfort. We finally get our hands on a BS6 Jawa Forty Two, and it now comes with a bunch of upgrades. The alloy wheels, blacked-out engine and the matte paint scheme might give it a sinister look, but the new Forty Two is a very easy-going and friendly motorcycle.

My only issue with the Jawa is that it is a retro looking bike but isn't a long stroke engine like the Classic and CB. If one is looking for a relaxed ride then they are better off with the REs and the CB. This bike would have ride characteristics like the FZ25, Gixxer, Dominar 250, etc.
