this should be a forge guard/sentinel passive point. if they can't have the tankyness of any of the other class they should at least get the unga bunga damage of 2h weapons with an offhand. make them take 15% more damage to compensate but even then I think it would fit pretty well theme wise
A little further down in the comments on that forum post there's a link to a Reddit post where EHG acknowledges the bug and say they "have a fix internally, and will be releasing it in a hotfix." The post also talks a little more about their stance on mid-cycle bug fixes.
Ward vs health is a general issue. There are so many ways to generate an insane amount of ward without a real cap. Health builds have no chance to get close to this.
Today I managed to recreate the same bug with the stash and put 2h sword with shield, but i didn't understand how i did it. Now when trying to re-create it i am unable to do so. This happens after it was fixed, so i guess the bug can still be recreated but i need to future out how i did it in the first place.

Good to know. I still reported it in game and I am no longer going to be using it. Did it for one day to demonstrate it
