fabulous, thanks for uploading, i went here from 1973-1979, it was a fab school then, so many memories and just a pity you couldn't get into the old hall which was just to the left as your final pan round at the end was, this side was the first part and the bridges over and the first side was built in 1973, just after i started in autumn of 1973 there was a severe flood in the new part,

Hi Andrew, glad you enjoyed it. I've only had positive comments about this school, it seemed to be popular.
Your right, it was a shame I couldn't get into the rest of the school, I was planning to go back for another try but we ended up in lock down, due to the virus and it had been demolished when I did go back.

I went to school here 2010-2015, loved going to this school. In 2014-2015 when they decided to close the school years 7-9 left the school and they kept years 10 and 11 so we could carry on our GCSES. In the end there was just the one year group which was year 11 and they cordoned off the school. They used the H block which was the block you didn’t enter which looked pretty new, the new PE hall, some of the science and art rooms downstairs in the main building and the sixth form block which was the new-looking one which you explored. Everything else was out-of-bounds. Really loved this school and am gutted it’s currently being knocked down.

Hi Sophie, thanks for all the information, it's always nice when someone knows the history of a building. I was planning to go back, one more time to try to get inside the rest of the school but then the virus happened and I haven't been anywhere since. I'm hoping it hasn't been demolished yet so I can try one more time when this lock down is lifted. Glad it brought back nice memories and thanks for watching and commenting ❤️

Unfortunately it’s being knocked down as we speak! :( I’m not sure how much is left of it to be honest. Such a shame to see it go, have so many memories there it’s unreal. It’ll be missed ☹️

@@Soggydoggies such a shame. I'm sure lots of people will miss this school. The only upside is that a newer school is going to be built, instead of housing which is what usually happens. Thanks so much for the continued support.

Hi Raven, since I started exploring, I've been surprised how many abandoned buildings there are. I hope to find many more so I can keep making videos. It's so addictive. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment

@@themargatemarauder6149 yes I have to agree its very addictive lol I started exploring around age 12 me an some friends that lived close to one another would meet up in this old barn in the woods not to far off the road an walk up an down the road exploring a few old empty houses thats what got my start an I found one to be haunted so it was like 2 for one deal I was the only one that was brave enough to keep going into that house lol my friends was chicken 😄 I would find myself going quite a bit just facinated with it. I guess growing up an already lived in several by that age that was haunted I was used to it an just more curious to learn about ghost an prove its not as scary as my friends thought so they would love it like I did. But they was to scared so I went mostly alone to visit the 👻 and it's why I'm not scared to this day to go alone if I have to. But I have come across some that I didn't stick around long because of it being very negative I'm smart enough to know when danger arises 😊

That's an amazing story Raven. I've always had to check out abandoned buildings but never used to film them until April this year my son suggested setting up my UA-cam page. I find it amazing that people like to watch but knowing that inspires me. I didn't believe in spirits before I started exploring but so many unexplained events have happened to me, I'm becoming a believer. Lovely to chat with you, it's always nice to hear other people's stories x
