John TheriUlt I was clearly kidding just to act like all the other liars on these videos. My fastest time in the 100m was 10.97, but I was more of a 200m guy
I started walking at 2 months and was running solid 15-20 secs in the 100m by 8 months. Now I'm 70 and have stopped walking. It's funny in life how you reach your peak anywhere between infancy and your 30's and then steadily go downhill.
People underestimated Bolt,he really didn't even bother, because as he said in the documentary. "I choose the time,I choose when I want to beat records,it doesn't just happen" God he's my inspiration. c:
***** I think he's playing it up a bit for the show but he is a very good championship runner and his coach has him peaking at the right time every season. People in the track world knew who Bolt was from the time he was 15 when he won U20 worlds. I'm Canadian so I saw him on tv when he was here for world youth and figured he would have a chance at Michael Johnson's WR. In fact, Bolt was even in the 05 world championship final in Helsinki when he was quite young. I didn't see him breaking Asafa's record in the 100m though. Asafa's 9.74 WR at the time seemed unreachable.
I know. I've attended most of his runs since about 2009 Never disappointed. He only has "bad days" just like EVERY human because after all,we're only HUMAN. We are not robots,we cannot reach "perfection" I've spoken to him before
I checked Bromell's stats on wikipedia. This guy is a professional wind rider. All his best times have come courtesy of wind aid, the two quickest ones being above the legal limit.
No, because any sprinter with enough experience and races under his belt would have managed a few good times with legal wind readings. In addition, the elite always peak at Championship events, and tend to perform their best on those occasions regardless of wind readings. Case in point: Usain Bolt ran his (and the world's) 3 fastest 100m in the Beijing Olympics, Berlin WC and London Olympics. Anyway, Bromell did well at the USATF meet last week, but he did get blitzed by the Canadian Andre De Grasse a few weeks ago.
Missed Japan's Hakim Sani Brown's 10.05 in the 2017 IAAF World Championships. He ran a 20.34 200m in the same meet, youngest finalist in history. He's now a freshman at UF.
Maybe change your title to "8 fastest times you could find". The fastest high school 100 meter runner was Ken Zachary of Sapulpa, OK in the early 1980's. He consistently ran under 10 seconds. I believe 9.85 was his best time in high school. At age 18, Big Zach also set the world record for fastest 60 yard dash ever run at 5.92 seconds in a State High School Indoor Meet at Myriad in 1982. There is no internet video of it, but it is well documented. Unfortunately, he was more interested in football than being a world-class sprinter.
That's impossible. The world record in the 100 wasn't even 9.85 until the late 80's. And the high school 100 meter world record was 10.08 until 2011. So everything you just said was a lie. Maybe hand times but those are way off.
I'm just saying what's on the record books. Ken Zachary hold the "World Record" in the 60 yard dash with a time of 5.92. When he did it, he was more than 10 yards ahead of everyone else. That was in 1980. That doesn't make me a liar. As far as his 100 time, I said I wasn't sure. But will check into it. He went to Sapulpa HS in Oklahoma if you'd like to check for yourself.
+The Guru That Grayson Anderson fool thinks all of the world's talent gets found one way or another... NOT!!! So much talent gets passed by for various reasons. A lot of talent found is because of connections. I've seen so many athletes big, small, fast, strong, smart get passed up because they knew nobody nor wanted anything about furthering their talents. They just wanted a normal life. But, go ahead Grayson Anderson, you know it all bro.
+The Guru I looked everywhere for Ken Zachary "World Record" in the 60 and I found nothing 'Official' and I suppose if this was a fact their would some record ,because that would have been amazing. Now he could have but it obviously wasn't Official.

Some guys are always fast until they are no longer classified by age and the falsified date on their birth registration catches up with their real date of birth.
Whenever you discuss high school sprinting.......please pay respect to the GOAT. Roy Martin still serves as the greatest high school sprinter to touch a track in Texas
In 1962 I saw Trent Jackson of Rochester NY run a 9.3 in the 100 U.S.. dash at Franklin High school on a funder track. I don't know what that would equate to but he was even better in the 220. Earl Evans ran 2nd at 9.45 as I remember. I wish they had recorded those races as they do now. From people that grew up with my father in Washington State, he ran 9.7 before starting blocks! I wish the speed hadn't skipped a generation!!
This is a great amount of speed. People wake up we are made in God's image, we honestly can do anything that we put our heart to. About 4,000 years ago man got together as one and nothing was unstoppable for them to do. WAKE UP

Matt Boling did not run the 100m in high or middle school although he competed in the 4x100. While in high school one of the guys got injured on the relay team with no other substitutes hence the coach put Boling on the 100m instead. It was anticipated he would do something like 10.3. The rest was history. We'll see if he could do a sub 10 in college.
When I was running track back in 2001 and 2002 I ran a 9 second 100 meter dash & a 17 second 200 meter dash but it was never recorded because my coach was very jealous of me and my school did not care about colored people being advanced at anything. Shawnee high school is a horrible school in Louisville, Kentucky. My dreams of running track was ruined because of them Coach Jet & Coach Tremell. Everyone in Shawnee knew I was the fastest & broke 3 worlds record at my school. 3.975 in the 40 yard dash as well. I wish I would have had UA-cam and a video camera back in 2001 and 2002 people really would have seen a spectacular and amazing race. I love to run fast & made sure I did not let my friends down & I feel like a loser even though I am still ""Thee Undefeated Of The West"" No 1 in the tristate area can beat me & I never run for free because I was just that fast. in 1976 Houston Mctear from florida ran a 9.0 100yd dash.. as a JUNIOR. its still the world record.
Well white kid from Texas AKA white Lightening went 9.98 in the 100M this year
No he doesnt you fucking idiot. His 9.98 was illegal. Many of the guys here have legal times. Removing wind their times are faster than boling .Stop chatting bs
You can literally SEE and HEAR the wind aid on that last runner.
My friend is 15, ran 10.9 at district and wants to play fucking football (soccer)
Such a waste...
+ÐØV∆OGËDYR What else?
+Sulfatal
What are you talking about?
ÐØV∆OGËDYR What other sports should he do to not waste his potential?
+Sulfatal
It's a waste of great genetics. He could be a great 100m sprinter but he would rather play football, therefore it is a waste of a great sprinter FML
Nah. I mean he would be one hell of a sprinter but he will excel in any sport with that sort of speed.
Now that I'm seeing this from another angle, major win assist for Trayvon. Look at those flags blowing like there are 30 mph winds.
trayvon was SOOOOOOO wind aided to get that 9.99 that wind was NASTY behind him
Atto boulin
How’d you miss trentavis Friday? Highschool record of 10 flat
Roy the Robot brought me here..would have been the greatest ever. Michael Johnson even said he was just trying to get second every time he raced Robot..DFW,Tx ..still the leader in producing athletes
what about "robot" roy martin in the 80s? he is considered the fastest high school sprinter ever, he ran for dallas Roosevelt. look him up ya'll.
I couldn't find any videos of him :/
Henry Neal as well.
Yep I saw him running at the state meet and also at Texas relays
Terrance Wheatley ran 10.05 in 2003 while he was at Plano East.
im 14 nd i run 9.98 I'm so fast. Its not int he record books but i promise it happenenened
Im 3, and I can run a 7 second quarter mile. It totally happened.
bryce e I can move my molecules faster than the speed of light. That's why no one sees me when I run, so I had to become a purely 10K runner. I got my times down to under 3 seconds. I'm not even born yet
Yeah right Bryce ud be the fastest kid under 15 in the world load me a video maybe your 55 meters times like that
John TheriUlt I was clearly kidding just to act like all the other liars on these videos. My fastest time in the 100m was 10.97, but I was more of a 200m guy
Nice man
These are fast as hell but can we get the wind legal list. Those gusts of wind giving crazy boost lol
if you play number 2 sprinter in 0.25x speed he actually crossed the line at 9.70 but it said 10.1
Nobody is as fast as Matthew right now... lol
0:09 lane 5 what the heck
looks like he broke is ankle
looks like he broke is ankle
This video is outdated because of Matthew Bolling
...only the japanese one was actually legal and not wind aided...
The Meister And Gemili
Cameron has a ridiculously good start.
1:40 white boy gets dusted!
That's the bomb!
^^^^
Lol Isis nigga too
You are a racist curry mouth
I started walking at 2 months and was running solid 15-20 secs in the 100m by 8 months. Now I'm 70 and have stopped walking. It's funny in life how you reach your peak anywhere between infancy and your 30's and then steadily go downhill.
Was expecting Usain Bolt.. :(
He didn't run the 100m in high school. He has the youth and junior 200m world records though.
People underestimated Bolt,he really didn't even bother, because as he said in the documentary. "I choose the time,I choose when I want to beat records,it doesn't just happen"
God he's my inspiration.
I know.
I've attended most of his runs since about 2009
Never disappointed.
He only has "bad days" just like EVERY human because after all,we're only HUMAN.
We are not robots,we cannot reach "perfection"
I've spoken to him before
Bolt didnt even start running the 100m until 2007, he did 200 and 400 when he was younger.
Bruhhh these Kids are frikking Gods !!!!!
I'm good and I run 14 years is that 12,4s?
I'm 14 and my PR is 11.50
+ThatTallGiraffe AndThatShortZebra I'm 13 and mine is 11.57
I'm sprint and I 100m the 1337.69 in 14 years
you guys realize that SirFillip 1 is joking right?
Heyab Eeyob NOOOooooooo....
I checked Bromell's stats on wikipedia. This guy is a professional wind rider. All his best times have come courtesy of wind aid, the two quickest ones being above the legal limit.
*****, wouldn't everyone's best times probably be the ones with wind aid? isn't that like common sense?
No, because any sprinter with enough experience and races under his belt would have managed a few good times with legal wind readings. In addition, the elite always peak at Championship events, and tend to perform their best on those occasions regardless of wind readings. Case in point: Usain Bolt ran his (and the world's) 3 fastest 100m in the Beijing Olympics, Berlin WC and London Olympics.
Anyway, Bromell did well at the USATF meet last week, but he did get blitzed by the Canadian Andre De Grasse a few weeks ago.
***** lool true, thats weird though how no commentator ever said that when commenting on him in races
Some of these races are over the legal allowed wind speed.
didn't know that was a thing.my school will makes us run with fucking 80 MPh wind
AceLobster SAME
Missed Japan's Hakim Sani Brown's 10.05 in the 2017 IAAF World Championships.
+Frogtown Slim Holy crap you're gorgeous! Marry me! :-D
Thank you all for your comments and questions. I'm seeing a lot of suggestions about certain times and races that were faster than those on this list. So let me explain, the first thing is if the race doesn't have a video anywhere on the internet I can't add it to this list, so some of yall suggesting races from the early 90's and before, there isn't any videos of those. Also, to be considered on this list it had to be a race with automatic timing. Hand timing is incredibly inaccurate. Another point I want to make is these times are by HIGH SCHOOL athletes. So even if they are a Junior athlete if they arn't in high school anymore it doesn't count. Also, I included wind-aided times because simply, they are still covering 100 meters regardless of the conditions so I thought it would be interesting to add those in.

And they were alllllll black 😆 never a white guy, how do you run so fast
Yoshiru guy I don't know his name
African Americans tend to have thicker hips, giving a speed advantage
BroKan: And they’re packed full of what they call fast twitch muscle fibers, which facilitate speed and explosiveness, but tend to exhaust energy supplies more quickly.
Anthony sefo a white guy won number 4
@@jackjordan5254 a white guy is now number one
Obadele Thompson from Barbados was the world recorld holder in this event at 10.08. He's not on the list??
Are the elite high school freaks in this video on performance-enhancing drugs? There are grown ass Olympic athletes out there that take steroids to run a 9.99...how is Bromell doing it "naturally" as a teenager? Raises some questions...
an illegal tailwind
Teenagers have higher natural testosterone levels than adults. Combined with training and early physical development= world class sprinting.
Jalen Daniels bromell is from the same neighborhood as me. Kid is literally just a freak athlete. Was running with us even though he was 7-8 years younger. Just a freak of nature even as a kid
he is fast but that tailwind isnt legal
Your profile picture makes this 10x better
10.1 Quincy Watts Taft High School 1986 Woodland Hills, CA.
Bill B I already know. He has 2 Gold medals as well.
I went to Taft High with Q, know him personally, & followed his career as well.
Bill B Funny!!!
Bill B Like me, you're a fan of track. It's no attack on U Boss.
I ran track as well, but I wasn't as fast as Quincy & these other top sprinters. I just happen to know all about Quincy since I went to school with him. He set all of Taft High Sprint records before I got there actually.
Freshman in highschool and in top 3 fastest in my highschool at Plainfield east. My best time is 10.40... Watching this makes me feel salty... Now I don't feel like going to state.
shut up, everyone posts fake ass times.
Im not fucking around
Yeah I don't think someone who ran a 10.4 would be called flame ninja. Thats a division 1 time..
that's my username and I know its a division 1 time but what is your point of saying this?
Flame Ninja What's your name and what state do you live in? I wanna see if you're bluffing.
at 3:15 on homeboy wit that 9.99 had a 20 mph wind at his back look at those flags blowing towards the camera on 2 angle . that time is b.s. Demps just a beast ! that form , he makes it look like a Sunday jog while the rest look like they running for they life lol .
Yoshihide Kiryu, current world youth record holder, previous world junior record holder, Japan's first ever sub-10. Bromell might be faster but Kiryu will be remembered as an asian T&F Phenom
I saw a dude run 10.9 and I didn't know that it was that fast like he literally looked like the flash literally
To be fair there was some tailwind on the last runner at 9.99. Not to take away but should be shown with wind aided. I would have like to see if that would have been within limits.
My best ever 100 meter time was from my senior year in high school. I ran 8.76 a d was 6’10” tall 330 lbs
Brandon Poindexter that’s like a near second better than the world record, so, LIES
This is a great amount of speed. People wake up we are made in God's image, we honestly can do anything that we put our heart to. About 4,000 years ago man got together as one and nothing was unstoppable for them to do. WAKE UP
I liked the comment about Brommell, "Oh my God, who is this guy?".
You can see Brommell made the 2016 olympics in Rio.
wiki/Athletics_at_the_2016_Summer_Olympics_-_Men's_100_metres
I'm in 8th grade. Last year (when I was 13) I got 12.58 in the 100, and won first in districts. I got 25.9 in the 200, placing first in districts, and ninth in state. It was my first year of track and it went pretty successful& I even won Mvp! Let's just hope this season goes the same
+Carson Shield your district must not be that good.. i run an average 12.3, and don't even medal at invites.
MacKenzie Elliott This was in 7th grade so its middle school. Our high school team consistently makes state
Caarson Bill-Allen ur district must be kinda bad no offense. I ran about 13-13.5 second hand timed 100 at the same age and I don't do track
Where's William Reed Jr, Central High School in Philadelphia???? He ran a 10.0 sec. 100m as a 9TH GRADER back in the mid 80's.
rest in peace and power cameron burrell
DEWORSKI ODOM ('95..'96) OUT OF PHILLY WAS THE NATIONAL RECORD HOLDER FOR YRS!.
you forgot matthew boling he ran 9.98
Omg this was uploaded way before that race go check the date before you be a smart alec
These kids should be getting paid for their talents
Stop trolling.
@@gudlukkay no body trolls bitch actual big as facts. No one has to lie about physical attributes and a weak ass school system that never recognizesd my abilities
In 1981 wallace spearmon sr. Ran a 9.95 wind aided 100 meters at the Illinois high school state meet.
STFU he couldn't even tie his own shoes back then.
This needs to be updated
I know from experience running a 90 yard sprint with those football pads is relatable to swinging a bat with a large donut on, it builds a ton of endurance which is how I'm the fastest white kid in my county
Real talk. Last one was running WITH the wind. That is some HEAVY wind. You can hear it and see it.
All these times would shatter the best professional Women's times.

Gotta make a new one for Matthew since ur counting wind aided
